I placed an order for a football kit on November 4th but did not receive it until November 26th. Upon realizing it was too small, I returned it on November 28th. I contacted Fanatics on December 13th regarding the refund, but have not received it yet. I am disappointed as I was informed it could take up to 28 days to process. My name is Wendy Mitchell, and my order number is 21-7[redacted], with the tracking number DA[redacted]86GB. I expect my refund to be credited to my bank account by Friday. If not, I will escalate this matter further. I am dissatisfied with the service and do not plan to make any future purchases from your company.

I recently spoke with customer service regarding my order of 2 soccer shirts placed on November 25th. Upon delivery today, I received only one shirt. I was informed that the size I wanted for the second shirt is out of stock, which I was not notified about. While trying to order a different second shirt today, the price came to $23.49 after my shipping charges were applied. I also received an $11 discount for a previous order, but my call got disconnected during the ordering process. I am unsure if the order went through. I am in a rush to receive the second shirt quickly. I need to pack the present to mail to Colorado in time for Christmas.

I still haven't received my order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I hope to hear back from you soon because since November 28th when I placed the order, I haven't received any updates and can't track my order. This lack of communication is unacceptable. However, the payment of 77.13 was successfully processed.
I really hope to receive the order before December 25th as it is a jersey for my grandson for Christmas 🎅. If I don't hear from you soon, I will be contacting my bank.

I placed an order for two pairs of pajama pants, one XL and one 2XL, but I only see one pair ordered in the order status reminders. However, my credit card has been charged four times for this order. I would like to cancel order #[redacted] [redacted] with ID [redacted]. When I called customer service at 12:00 pm today, I had difficulty understanding the representative. After being put on hold for 34 minutes, I was disconnected. I urgently need someone competent, preferably with clear communication skills, to contact me immediately regarding the three extra charges of $31.19 each on my credit card. I am contacting you because I have yet to receive a confirmation email from your company. I placed an order via email more than a month ago (Previous order number: [redacted]-[redacted]), but unfortunately, the order was mistakenly shipped to Germany instead of my intended destination in Luxembourg. After discussing the issue on Fanatics.com's live chat with a representative, I was advised that a new Kansas City Chiefs Jersey priced at [redacted].99 euros would be sent to me. Despite these assurances, I have not received the replacement jersey or any further updates despite my attempts to communicate via email. I am now requesting either the delivery of the new jersey to my correct address at 8, Op den Aessen L-[redacted] Fentange, or a refund. I urgently require a confirmation email with a new order number that reflects the correct shipping details. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with requesting a refund. I am puzzled by the delay in resolving this issue and hope for a swift resolution.

Hello, I received the wrong order. I received two poor quality T-shirts, but I actually ordered a sweatshirt and a T-shirt. I want my correct order. I have paid for it, and it's disappointing that there has been no communication. My son was supposed to receive this as a Christmas present, and it's upsetting that it's delayed. I placed an order on October 31, [redacted], for an Elite Vapor jersey of the Miami Dolphins in white size 52XL with Tua's number 1. Instead, I received Tyreek Hill's number 10 jersey, which was shipped to the wrong address and never reached me. I contacted customer support on December 2, and they said a replacement jersey would be sent on January 11, [redacted], but I have not received it or a refund. I am extremely disappointed with Fanatics' customer service and management. I have been a customer for five years and expect a full refund and the correct jersey as soon as possible. I received the first item as expected, but the second item I received from Fanatics was incorrect. I had ordered size Large flannel pants with the Creighton University logo, but instead, I received flannel pants with the GT logo in the correct size. Despite emails confirming the Creighton University pants, they sent the wrong ones. I've tried calling all three numbers provided, each time waiting for 55 minutes before being disconnected. I initially responded to the email for assistance but faced difficulties with the website's verification process. My goal is to return the incorrect pants and receive the right ones. -Cynthia H. I am reaching out regarding an order I placed on 10/12/[redacted]. I purchased the PSG's 1st kit of player Leo Messi, already printed on the shirt. The kit was supposed to be complete, as shown in the attached file. I ordered a size S, suitable for ages 8-10 as indicated in the dropdown menu. The final description also specified it was for a BOY, not Little Kids. To my surprise, the package contained a suit for a 2-3-year-old. It is one day before Christmas, and my child was eagerly awaiting this gift. I hope we can resolve this issue promptly. I noticed the return fee is €14.95, which seems unreasonable since I did not reject the order out of choice but because I received the wrong size. I have attached several files from my order and look forward to a swift and appropriate response from you.

I returned items from three orders to Fanatics in July and August [redacted]. This was a significant purchase for my business/camps, and I've been a customer for ten years. The items fell within the return policy, were shipped correctly, and were approved for return as per my customer portal. Despite the poor email confirmations and their unreliable computer system, I diligently documented everything, including printing my packing slips and screenshots of return confirmations. Even before shipping the items, I contacted customer service regarding the issues I faced. Nine months later, despite weekly calls to multiple Fanatics numbers and discussions with various levels of staff, my orders were wiped from the system. Although the warehouse received the shipments, the proper items were not credited, resulting in several thousand dollars unaccounted for. Fanatics suggested involving my credit company, although this is unjust since their return policy is valid for a year, not just 60 days. I managed to dispute two charges, but Fanatics rejected them, causing financial inconvenience. I've struggled to obtain a corporate contact after encountering unhelpful responses from supervisors and managers. Fanatics disregarded my documented records, and several supervisors who initially approved the return failed to ensure the refund. The company's lack of honoring their return policy and erasure of my records, along with the disappearance of my phone number from their system, is unjust and dishonest. I urgently request a corporate contact to address this grievance involving thousands of dollars and years of customer loyalty.

I expected the product to arrive within 4-5 business days, but the confirmation email states that the estimated delivery date is June 21, [redacted], which is too late as it is a birthday gift needed by early June. I am unsure if Fanatics Commerce Holdco Inc shares the same phone number as fanatics.com. After purchasing from what I believed was fanatics.com, my receipt states it is from Fanatics Commerce Holdco Inc. This came as a surprise as the customer service representative mentioned they are not related to each other. It is puzzling why orders are being filled by a separate company. I hope that my recent order placed a few minutes ago goes through smoothly, but the situation is perplexing.
