I have been buying my shoes at this store for years. Please check my customer history to verify. Today will likely be the last time I buy shoes from your company if something is not done to resolve this. I wear a size ** shoe and you have always carried the best selection of my size to choose from. I was in there today to purchase a couple of pairs of shoes. When I went into the store there was no one in sight to assist me whatsoever. I had found the a couple of pairs of shoes to try on myself before anyone even spoke with me. The lady was nice enough and made at least some effort to assist. I had set a pair of boots down to purchase and I let the people behind me in line go ahead of me because I felt I was taking too much time and thought I would be nice and let them go. So I looked around a little more and when I asked the other person working there. Associate ******* from the receipt about the lack of size ** shoes to choose from he snickered and said that I would have to purchase online. The way he said was without doubt discriminatory. If I was black and was treated like this by a white employee you would have a lawsuit on your hands. I don’t know if your company even cares if you lose me as a customer as I buy * to * pairs of shoes per year from you. But as I was driving home it made me angry the way I was treated. My name is Curt Riley. The boots I purchased today at store ** transaction ****. Reg* from associate previously mentioned. I would like some sort of show of good will to continue doing business with your company. A store credit to cover fully or partially a pair of ** shoes would be sufficient. Also a manager should be notified at once to address the clerk that rang up my receipt. Just because I wear a ** gives him no right to talk to me in that way. And if your store has decided to discontinue stocking size ** shoes then this is a waste of time anyway
