Help with my Family Mobile issue

The issue in GetHuman-lizlewi's own words
Cancel my service. They keep billing me. Customer service lied to me. Kept saying they were transferring me to a supervisor, but it was the same person. ... ***-***-****. I activated this line for my son. I have moved him to a different phone line on my monthly ATT plan. I tried taking my automatic payment off my account for this phone number on July **, and I asked for a refund for the July service. I was told, that I did not qualify for a refund, but my automatic payment was taken off. Now, August, my checking account was once again debited for this service. I called very frustrated to have a refund and to cancel this account. After being hung up on SEVERAL times I am told I do not qualify for a refund because my account is deactivated. I DID NOT deactivate it! I was told they would go ahead and process my refund. I stayed on the phone for * hours and then was told sorry, they cannot do it. I cannot log into my account, because you deactivated it. I am so frustrated.
I have been billed twice now for a service I am not using. Customer Service was rude, and immature.
I want my account canceled and a full refund.
I have beeen with Walmart Family Mobile for a year. Always paid my bill. I don't understand why they treat their customers this way.
I tried calling customer service all day. I was hung up on * times, after they were supposedly putting me on hold...for a 'moment'. I spent a total time of * hours on the phone throughout the day, to resolve nothing.
