I went in store and purchased a simple mobile service plan.and I kept asken manger where cards are.she said they do on receipt and reassured me it would work.well I bought and when she printed there was no Fifteen digit pin so I couldn't use.i took back to store and showed a couple mangers .they seen there was no code .so I couldn't use.the reprinted receipt.it did same.so I had to purchase another plan at different store.they did same way and I have pin on there the family dollar I bought at on MLK bld wf tx reassured me they would fix cause they seen wasn't my fault.its been four days.i hadn't received the service I b paid for from yaull or least my money.i bought other at dollar general cause I have to have phone for medical reasons.i have a bad heart and asthma .and it's documented.this isn't right.i heard I'm not only one.but I don't have money to throw away .need help and answers
