I accidentally changed my birthday on my profile and got locked out of my account. I've created a new Facebook account since then. The email associated with my old account is [redacted], and my name is Bologna Savage, which is just a nickname. My real name is Gage Plourde, but my ID has my real name on it. These changes occurred around September or August of [redacted]. My birthday is 02/27/[redacted]. I hope to regain access to my account before losing all my data. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Facebook Support Team, I am Tika Maya Bhattarai from Bhutan, and I had a Facebook account created with the phone number +[redacted]3 that was hacked. I lost my mobile phone in [redacted] along with the SIM card. The SIM card was registered under my brother's citizenship card, and he was not nearby to retrieve the same number. I now use a different mobile number and ended up losing access to my old Facebook account. Even though someone else is now using the SIM card, they managed to activate my old Facebook account. Despite my efforts to contact this person to retrieve the verification code, they claim ignorance. My old Facebook account has been compromised; the individual has even changed the account's name. Although the account was inactive since [redacted], my husband received a message from it in September [redacted], which I have attached as a screenshot. I kindly request the Facebook team's assistance in recovering my account. Thank you.

I am concerned that my identity has been stolen, as someone across the United States is impersonating me. I want my photos removed from the hacked account. I have tried contacting support, but my other phone was lost and hacked, leading to this issue. They have my ID picture from my old phone when I applied for unemployment last year. I am willing to do a video call to prove my identity, as they are not accepting it. I need assistance in resolving this as it is causing me severe distress. Sanni, you disagree with the decision. Usually, it takes just one day to review your information. Your account is not visible to people on Facebook, and you cannot use it. What happens next is we will review your account once more. Due to the global pandemic COVID-19, we have a limited number of people available to review information, meaning we might not be able to review your account. If we find that your account complies with our community standards, you will be able to use Facebook again. Hello, my Instagram account (@rachaelCHECHEjeli) has been hacked for the last three days. It all started when I thought my friend needed help with an online business he messaged me about. I wanted to support him, but it turned out his account was hacked, and scammers from Lagos, Nigeria took over our conversation. They tricked me into changing my email thinking it was my friend. Moments later, I was logged out, and I've been struggling to regain access for three days now. The hackers are now contacting my family and friends, asking for bank details and money, putting them at risk. I'm concerned more people will be targeted due to my compromised account. I've had this account for years, and the phone number linked to it is outdated, making recovery difficult. I urgently need help to regain access or have the account deleted. I recently received a notification from Facebook stating that my password had been changed, even though I had not done so. Following the prompt, I attempted to reset my password, only to discover that my contact information had also been altered. Subsequently, my account was suspended due to activity that Facebook deemed suspicious. After submitting my ID for review as requested, I have not received any updates for over a week, raising concerns that the hacker may be monitoring my account. I am frustrated by the lack of support and protection provided by Facebook in such situations, especially considering the decade's worth of pictures and videos stored on my account. I am eager to regain access to my account and its contents.

After being prompted by Facebook to set up two-factor authentication for added security, I am now having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I keep receiving a message requesting a login code, but I have not received it via text message or email. How can I ensure that the login code is sent to my email so I can regain access to my account?

I created a Second Life account on Facebook under my Second Life name to avoid associating it with my real identity. Yesterday, I attempted to change the birth date to prevent receiving real-life advertisements on Facebook. I set it to 01/01/[redacted], making it seem like the account was just one month old, leading to Facebook blocking me assuming I was under 13 years old. I tried to provide proof that I am over 13, even sending my real ID with my actual name different from the account name, explaining the situation thoroughly. However, Facebook has not yet unblocked the account, which is frustrating as I don't want to link it to my real name. I've been active in Second Life for 15 years, creating the account in [redacted], and I'm actually over 40 years old. Previously, the birth date was set to 01/01/[redacted], and no one questioned my age even when it showed I was [redacted] years old. A few days ago, my Facebook account got disabled due to being hacked, and I had to go through the process of providing ID for access. The ID step went well, but now I am facing issues with the SMS security check. When I receive the code and attempt to input it, I encounter an error message stating it couldn't be sent, despite receiving the SMS. I am stuck in this loop for two consecutive days, where I can't bypass the SMS step. I'm unsure how to proceed from here.

I play pubg mobile, and I found a promotion on Instagram offering free rare items. The site asked for my account information and phone number. Soon after, I received an email from Facebook about inappropriate content on my account. Someone hacked my account and posted troubling content, causing an investigation. Since my Facebook, Instagram, and pubg mobile accounts are linked, I lost access to all of them. My pubg mobile account, where I invested a significant amount of money, is now hacked.

Hi FB Support, I have been unable to access my FB page for 8 days now. I have reached out for assistance previously but have not received a response. I really need to manage my page messages and promos. Could you please help me regain access to my account? Thank you, Tikki I am encountering an issue where I logged out of all my devices and now cannot log back in. When I request a password change via email, I end up in a loop. I tried to generate a code from the generator, which I do not possess, and the two-track authenticator was not enabled, preventing me from accessing my page. The last problem was with the FB Ads Manager, and even though it was reactivated, all progress was lost after a password change. It has been 6 days since I lost access. I am Andrew Greaves, born on 23/04/[redacted]. My email is [redacted] I've been locked out of my Facebook account since October [redacted] without a proper reason or explanation, only a request for ID due to suspicious activity. Despite sending several pieces of ID showing my name, I have been ignored. I am unable to use the option of having my friends verify me. Being locked out affects my connection with family and friends in the UK and Australia. The account location is set to Acle, but I have not changed it as those important to me are aware of my new location. I even communicate with my ex-wife in Perth through the account. I need help to regain access so that I can set up 2-step security with a mobile number and send verification codes to contacts on my account. This issue has been ongoing for too long, and I seek assistance in resolving it.

My name is Hope Roberts. Today, I discovered that two of my websites were hacked and are now on Heidi Lucky's website. She was a friend on my site. 1. Golden Age Group, which I have had for over 5 years with [redacted] followers. 2. Health & Wellness website, which I have held for over 5 years with over 10,[redacted] followers. I attempted to reach out to Heidi to inquire about why she took over my sites, and suddenly I was temporarily blocked for allegedly misusing the platform according to the community guidelines. I am confused about why I was blocked while her site remains active. I have evidence in pictures that my websites are on her platform, and she has made me an Admin Assistant to my own group. Despite reaching out four times and stressing the charitable nature of our page, it has been blocked for the fifth time. I made a mistake trusting someone offering me a work-from-home job involving Bitcoin mining. Unfortunately, I have no income and am dealing with health issues, which makes me vulnerable. The person, Rebecca Brashear Simmons from McDowell, VA, reached out to me on Facebook where she asked for financial information under the guise of offering a grant to help me start the job. After providing all the requested details, she locked me out of my account, changing my email associated with Facebook to [redacted] I'm concerned about what she might do with my personal information, especially my driver's license details. I want to warn others and also regain access to my original Facebook account. Despite reporting her and being temporarily banned from Facebook, she has not tried to reach out to me, even blocking my new account. I worry about her intentions and urge others to be cautious.
