I contacted you last week via email, but the issue I inquired about remains unresolved. The problem is that I cannot locate my friends once they go offline. Currently, I can only see the friends who are online at any given time, making it challenging to reconnect with others. Previously, it was convenient for me to have my friends (contacts) readily available on the side for quick communication or messaging. However, these contacts disappeared a few weeks ago. I kindly request your assistance in restoring the previous setup, as it is difficult for me to track down my friends each time I wish to interact with them. Upon waking up, I received a time-expired login prompt. After attempting to log in unsuccessfully, I found an email urging me to change my password due to potential hacking. Despite following the steps, I still couldn't access my account. My daughter mentioned that my profile seemed to have disappeared as she was unable to tag me or advise against accepting a friend request supposedly from me. This situation is concerning as I rely on my page for various purposes. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I enabled the extra security password feature on my Facebook, but I forgot the password now. I tried to log in, but I am unable to do so. It is asking for 3 friends to provide me with an OTP code for which I need help. I don't know these friends, so I am unsure how to get in touch with them to get the codes. Also, when I enter the number and password it was associated with, a different account opens up. This account is linked to my house. What should I do now?

My Facebook account was hacked, and the email address and password were changed. I was able to reset the password, but I can't access my old account. I'm concerned that the hacker may be using my personal information stored on Facebook. I feel frustrated and would appreciate a phone call to address this issue.

We have unfortunately been targeted by spammers and keyboard trolls who are being insulting and accusatory. Despite replying politely to their attacks via email and Facebook, they persist in spamming us and even our regular customers. Their actions show a clear lack of understanding of the situation and resort to cowardly methods of attacking us through the keyboard. This ongoing situation is not only affecting our business but also our mental health, leaving us feeling drained. We have been attempting to delete their messages, but they continue to return with fake Instagram accounts. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My marketplace has been under review for two days, and I keep receiving a message stating it would be resolved within 24 hours. This time frame has now passed, and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated. There was no justification for scrutinizing my marketplace activity. Strangely, they seem to be targeting my Facebook account as well. Initially, I was locked out for logging in from a different device, and I had to reset my password twice to regain access. Now, they are conducting a review of my marketplace, despite my adherence to the community standards. I am eager to have this matter rectified promptly.

As a musician, in February, I began running Facebook ads to boost traffic to my band's Spotify page. I unfortunately fell victim to a scam by a seller on a marketplace. Despite my loss, I want to ensure others are protected from falling into the same trap. The seller assured me a refund if the freezer I purchased turned out to be faulty, documented in our text exchanges. However, the appliance was indeed defective, and now the seller is refusing to honor the refund. Although I have the seller's details and conversation saved, since the ad has been removed, I am unable to follow the site's reporting process. I fear that this seller may continue scamming others, considering their extensive inventory. I seek assistance in preventing further scams by these individuals.

On the morning of July 9, [redacted], I received an email from Facebook at "[redacted]" indicating that someone attempted to access my profile. I attempted to reset my password using my correct email "[redacted]" or phone number, but it was not successful. I have not used my Gmail account since [redacted]. I am experiencing issues with my older Facebook page where certain features such as Account, Notifications, Messenger, Menu, My Name, and Groups are frozen and inaccessible. I have set up a new Facebook account on my iPad which works fine, but sharing anything from my computer redirects to the malfunctioning old account. I have tried deleting the previous problematic accounts to no avail. Despite successfully using the new account on my iPad, the old malfunctioning account on the computer (#2) persists and I can't delete it. I want to resolve this confusion and solely use the new functional account (#3) on both my computer and iPad, but I fear it might inherit the same issues. Seeking real assistance to fix this frustrating situation.

My account got hacked and then disabled for violating community standards. I'm unsure what the hacker posted to cause this issue. I can't request a review as the hacker changed my authentication process to a code generator I don't have access to. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook via email and submitting forms through the help center, I've hit roadblocks since I can't log in. Changing my password hasn't helped due to the code generator. I've submitted my ID four times, including my driver's license and passport, but Facebook claims it's not sufficient. I'm lost on how to recover my account and really need assistance.

My Facebook account was likely hacked around 1.15am BST on Tuesday, July 6th. The IP address seems to be from South Korea, although it may be anywhere. I am located in North Wales. I contacted support early on the same day but haven't received any assistance yet. I even emailed support and Mark Zuckerberg himself, but the issue persists. Being disabled, Facebook is crucial for me to keep in touch with family and friends, especially during the pandemic. It's my way of visiting others. Please restore my account promptly so I can participate in my games and assist my group members with Bingo Blitz collections. Thank you. E. Evans

I am concerned about the lack of seriousness in addressing reported fraud incidents. My friend Tracey J. on Facebook is running a scam through fake government websites, claiming to help sick individuals by requesting £[redacted] in gift cards under the guise of receiving a £50,[redacted] payment. To verify identities, she asks for Facebook passwords. Falling victim to this, I realized her deceit too late. She denies involvement when approached. My original Facebook account, identifiable by a black and white picture of Tony Montana from Scarface, was hacked due to this. I am from Myanmar. I was banned from a fake page for requesting the deletion of a post. The page admin falsely reported me for hate speech, resulting in Facebook blocking my ability to post, comment, and like. It's essential to share information timely to stay safe as the military junta worsened the Covid-19 situation by restricting access to medicine and lacking proper Covid-19 protection measures or care centers. This morning, I received two emails regarding my Facebook account. The first one mentioned an attempted login, while the second one indicated a password change. However, when I tried to use the code provided by Facebook, it was no longer valid. I have been unable to recover my account through email or phone, and my friends say my account is currently inaccessible. I am worried about what information could be accessed from my account. I am unable to access my account because I no longer remember the password. My email address and phone number associated with the account have changed, leading me to create new Facebook accounts. Unfortunately, Facebook has repeatedly disabled each new account I create, leaving me frustrated. When attempting to seek help, I am asked to purchase a PayPal or Google account card to verify my identity, which I find unreasonable. I am adamant about not spending money to confirm who I am for a free account. I believe that providing the necessary information should suffice for verification. I am at a loss as to why my accounts keep getting disabled and feel like this situation is becoming increasingly absurd.

I've experienced two hacking incidents in the past two weeks. After resetting my password, I thought I had noted it down but apparently did not. When I attempted to retrieve my password, it prompted me for one. I failed to realize that we switched our internet provider, and my email was set to the code of our old provider, [redacted], whereas now it's [redacted] Can you assist me with changing my password? Additionally, I'm concerned about the frequency of these hacking occurrences.

My account's password was changed 14 hours ago, and the email addresses connected to the account were also changed. I feel like I'm going in circles trying to resolve this issue, as the only options provided involve sending a code to the changed emails or alerting them, which are not mine. I attempted to locate a phone number to call, but was redirected to the unhelpful help center due to the hackers changing my emails. I am frustrated that there is no immediate assistance available to address this situation, as I am concerned about the sensitive information stored in that account. I can provide any necessary proof to verify my ownership of the account. If someone could assist me promptly, I would greatly appreciate it.

I recently reset my password but encountered a problem with the 6-digit text message code which was sent in Spanish, a language I don't understand. Subsequent attempts to receive the code in English were unsuccessful, and the alternative authentication method required setting up my phone for biometrics, which I'm not comfortable with. Even the one-click login prompted the same setup, which is frustrating. Additionally, the system displayed an outdated Hotmail email address instead of my current one, causing further inconvenience. Despite waiting for over 2 hours, I have yet to receive a new access code. Facebook seems to be having trouble recognizing my long-standing device and IP address. This situation is quite challenging.
