My account has been disabled, and I'm unable to receive the two-factor authentication code on my phone to verify my number. Despite attempting different phone numbers, I haven't been able to receive the code. After waiting more than 24 hours, the system still says I need to wait. It's frustrating that I can't access my account or understand why it was disabled. Even after trying to restore my account or verify my ID, I keep getting stuck at the phone number verification step.

I recently discovered that Facebook has been charging me a £2.29 subscription, making me a ‘Facebook supporter’ without my knowledge. I demand a full refund and the immediate cancellation of this subscription. Apple directed me to contact you regarding this issue. Upon checking my account, I noticed I do not even have a badge associated with my name. I am baffled as money has been deducted since April [redacted]. How many others have experienced this? I am trying to regain access to my original business account and personal page on Facebook that have been compromised. I have created two new pages recently but really need to recover the old ones. I have tried various methods on the Facebook website with no success. The original password for both accounts was COCO1boo! I believe the hack affected my personal account, which was linked to my business account. Please assist me with this issue.

My Facebook page for Current Management got disabled for 30 days on April 9, [redacted]. The reason given was for using the term "white trash" to describe Donald Trump Jr. on someone's post. As a result, I cannot log into my page currently with five days passed from the start of the suspension. This has significantly impacted my music business activities conducted through Facebook. I have already requested an appeal from Facebook but have not received a response yet. Moving forward, I commit to using my Facebook account solely for music business purposes. I was unable to access my Facebook account from around [redacted] because it would not recognize my phone number, email, or password. I am unable to use the recovery phone number provided as it is no longer active for me. If there is a way for me to verify my identity by submitting my State ID, please provide me with the necessary steps to regain access to my account. My details are as follows - I am Mandie M. I encountered an issue about a year ago when I tried to create a new account. Facebook believed I was impersonating someone due to posting pictures of my face that were also on my original account. It is unacceptable that after sending several emails with my identification, my account was deleted! I have never violated community standards, nor have I ever had any interest in doing so. My account was years old (with no infractions). I have cerebrovascular diseases, which I can prove, so why would I go against community standards? I demand that you restore my account, which I need, or I will go to the police and to court. I will pursue this to the fullest extent, as if you claim I violated when I did not, that is false testimony and false testimony is a crime! Not to mention the health problems I have mentioned, as what you are doing by deleting my account is causing me a lot of harm (not only in terms of health). The account was under the name of Celia Aguiar with this same email. Probably someone accessed my account without my knowledge and did these things that you think I did, yes, because you did not even explain the reasons and you did this without me knowing why. Once again, I am sending you my identification. I did not violate any community standards.

I recently set up a Facebook account and shared job opportunities on local pages. Today, I received a message stating: "We Received Your Information. If we still find that your account didn't follow our Community Standards, it will remain disabled. We're always looking out for the security of people on Facebook, so until then you can't use your account." I have verified my phone number and picture. I'm unsure why my account was disabled as I only posted job openings. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Facebook account after depositing funds on a gaming site linked to it back in March. Since then, my Facebook account got locked, preventing me from resetting the password successfully. Despite my patience, I have not been able to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I cannot request a credit from my credit card company as the transaction has been verified by the merchant. Hello, Facebook. I wanted to inform you that my Facebook account was hacked by my ex-boyfriend, Mark Tobin, and his girlfriend, Gemma Allardice. Gemma Allardice has been using my account for fraudulent activities. I did not breach any community standards; it was Mark Tobin and Gemma Allardice who hacked my account. Could you please permanently remove Mark Tobin and Gemma Allardice from Facebook for violating community standards? Additionally, kindly ban Jim and Anne Vance from Facebook as they are also not following the community standards. I would appreciate it if my old Facebook account could be recovered. I received a notification early this morning, on 4/14/[redacted], informing me that my Facebook account, [redacted], was hacked. I was instructed to change my password. Unfortunately, the hacker not only changed my password but also altered the email address associated with the account to [redacted], blocking my access. They also tampered with my phone number, [redacted], preventing me from using the 2-step authentication method. This has been distressing for me since I've been a dedicated Facebook user for over 15 years, especially given the current pandemic situation. My connection with family members, crucial during these times, relies on this platform. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook page, used for my company Current Records and Management, has been disabled by Facebook due to the use of offensive language. They requested an appeal, but I am unable to log in to do so. Much of my business relies on artists sending music through my page, but without access, it appears as if I am ignoring them. Moving forward, I will use my page strictly for business. My browsing on Facebook was interrupted last night by a notification stating that my account has been disabled for violating community standards. I am certain that my recent posts were not in breach of any guidelines. This is confusing as I am unable to access my page now. Although I had a suspension previously, it was resolved promptly, and I had no further issues. Surprisingly, Facebook requested a photo for identity verification, and it was preceded by a message prompting me to change my password due to suspicious activity, likely caused by IT updates at my workplace. Despite changing my password and everything working well, my account was disabled around 8 PM EST. With no customer service available due to Covid, I am unsure how to proceed with this matter.

In late April or early May of [redacted] (almost a year ago), my longstanding Facebook account was suddenly suspended. On the day it was disabled, I received an email notifying me that new Facebook Ads were ready to be published (without my authorization). These ads contained Vietnamese text, leading me to believe my account had been compromised. I tried daily to follow Facebook's account security procedures with no success. After about a month, my account went from being suspended (where I could still attempt to verify my identity, upload my license, etc.) to being permanently disabled. I lost access to both Facebook and Instagram. I've since created a new personal account but need help recovering the old one with 13 years' worth of data. The old account is also the only Admin for a Business Page (facebook.com/hillsidesd) which has been inactive for over a year. My main goal is to regain access and Admin rights for that Page. Secondarily, I want to retrieve my old account under the email [redacted] Despite creating new accounts, I would also like to recover my original Instagram account. Strangely, while I can access my new Instagram via a browser, I can't log in on the app, which means I'm unable to post. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, I hope you are well. I am facing some issues with my Facebook account under the name Nadz Mar Sal. Unfortunately, I am unable to access it because I have forgotten my password. I have tried to recover it through email and phone number, but I also forgot the passwords for these. The email linked to my Facebook is not frequently used, as I have another official email. The phone number linked to it is also forgotten because it was a disposable number I used when in the Philippines, where getting a SIM card is easy. Now, someone named Smith is accessing my account with a profile photo of me sitting on a bench, while my actual account has a photo of me wearing a brimmed hat at the beach. I am eager to regain access, especially during these times of the pandemic when I miss connecting with my friends and seeing my family photos on there. My Facebook account seems to have been "hacked." When I try to log in, a screen appears with a message saying, "Sarah, your account has been locked due to unusual activity." The only option I see is to click 'Learn More,' which leads me to a page with a 'Try guided help' button. However, when I click on it, the page doesn't provide any questions or guidance. I am directed back to a section that advises me to secure my account, but clicking the link just loops me back to the initial message locking me out of my account. This is concerning as my business account is connected to my personal one. What should I do next?

Mark poses as a member of the People's Postcode Lottery UK group, using it for scams, and Gemma has stolen my identity. Additionally, please remove Jim and Ann V. as they are interfering with Facebook. Milly B. has been sending me threatening messages and is associated with Julie D., so please remove them as well. I've noticed an ongoing issue with Facebook where my account has been restricted twice in the past two days due to posts being reported by other users. Facebook has restored the posts, but the restrictions on my account remain. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I urge Facebook to stop flagging my posts and lift the unnecessary restrictions imposed on my account. This situation is distressing as it feels like harassment, with Facebook inadvertently playing a role by wrongly restricting my account.
