My husband contacted facebook by phone yesterday because he couldnt open his fb app. the gentleman that he got told him that he had been hacked by at least * people and this is what we had to do to stop them, he had us drive to *** and purchase a card which cost $*** he used to block the hackers, it only blocked on, he then while on the phone he sent a text that would credit our bank account $*** dollors so we could buy * more card so he coluld block the rest of the hackers all we had to to was hit accept. this sent up red flags so i went on my phone and went to google and found this number ****-***-**** when Ryan picked up i explained what was going on he told me to have my husband diconnect, that we were being scammed, he then transfered me to the fraud department where we spoke to sandra, she told us that the only way to stop this was to buy a$*** googleplay card and she could go in and stop them before they could block us. it was a * step process we bought another card and was told we actually had needed *. we knew the supposed hackers had my husbands * and as far as we knew they had access to our bank account so we bought * more cards. according to sandra our last card was invalid and we would have to start over, but dont worry we will get all our money back when they close the account. we were furious and told her we wanted her supervisor sher transfered us to angela parker who reausered us that this was the only way and we would get a refund. so we went to walgreens with her on the phone the entire time purchased the cards, it worked*they then started the process of refunding our money, through aps aldesk and western union using a dummy transfer when it wouldnt go through they told us that the western union server was down. I had them transfer me back to angela who told me there was nothing they could do, but she would absolutely call me today at ** am she didn't her account manager called, we were suspisous at that point and removed our money from our checking account, they could not do the transfer because there was not enough money in our account to cover it. so we told them just mail us an money order she said that she could do that but we had to go and buy two more googleplay cards adding up to $*** I then informed her that i would be calling the police. i got transfered to the senior manager who was unbeivelably rude and said we either do it this way or we would not get our money back. I've been trying all day to contact facebook we need some kind of help. if we got disconnected they would call us back here are all the * that were used *-***-***-**** *-***-***-**** *-***-***-**** *-***-***-**** *-***-***-**** *-***-***-****. this whole issue took aproximatly * hours on the phone
