In [redacted], I created a Facebook business page offering haircut services for shut-in homes. Recently, I discovered that my home address along with a map to my residence was displayed without my permission on the page. My home address is not needed for my business as clients are served at their residences. I am concerned for my safety and privacy if strangers, including potential customers or unknown individuals, start visiting my home. I am seeking assistance to remove this business page from Facebook and ensure it no longer appears in search results.

Hello, I deactivated my Facebook account for a break, but now it seems someone has accessed it without my permission. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in as the password has been changed. I am having trouble receiving help through Facebook's FAQ page because the linked email is outdated and I cannot reset the password. Despite updating it to [redacted], I am still unable to recover access. My phone number has also changed since deactivating the account, so that avenue is not available either. I mentioned being a Democrat, supporting Trump, in response to a story about an assassination attempt on him. You have permitted others to post worse things against Trump. However, expressing support for him and desiring justice is not within your guidelines? Are you protecting the assassin because all attempts and planned attacks have been by registered Democrats and liberal radicals? Please reactivate my account. I won't accept being treated unfairly while allowing Democrats and liberals to freely post worse things on your site. You are guilty of discrimination and violating my God-given right to speech you disagree with.

I was recently placed in Facebook jail again for 30 consecutive days due to a heated response to a troll who was making racist and transphobic comments on a friend's live post. Despite not being the only one offended by the troll's behavior, I feel that Facebook's enforcement of these penalties lacks consideration of context. This recurring issue feels intentional on Facebook's part, as they seem to prioritize the well-being of trolls over genuine users like me. Some time ago, I had a Facebook account that I requested to be deleted. Now, I wish to re-activate it, but I am faced with an issue where it states I am violating community guidelines without specifying the exact reason. Upon trying to recover my old account using my previous phone number, I am unable to do so because the associated email is no longer active, and my old phone number has also changed. I've submitted two appeals with a picture of my Driver's License as requested but have not received any response for weeks. The one message I did receive stated that they reviewed my case, and the decision is final. I tried creating a new account with a different email and my current phone number, but I keep encountering a "DB Pending, An error occurred in the database. Please try again later" message. I am hoping to resolve this issue and have access to only one Facebook account, as I believe the violation is due to attempting to open a new account while still having one that I cannot access.

My name is Aakash J. from India. About a week ago, when I tried to log into my Facebook account, I discovered that it was accessed from an unknown IP address in the USA. I immediately changed my password. However, upon checking my Facebook Ads Manager linked to my personal account, I found that someone from Kazakhstan had run ads from my account in November [redacted]. It seems Facebook blocked the unauthorized user but also restricted my account usage. I am unable to create a Facebook business account as every attempt results in a message stating my advertising access is restricted. This prevents me from running ads on Facebook. I am unsure how to contact Facebook for assistance. I have invested time in learning about Facebook ads and am now at a loss due to these restrictions. I have never previously run Facebook ads and now find myself unable to do so, which is concerning.

My account was mistakenly disabled for being underaged when I'm clearly not underaged. Despite providing proof of my age with a state ID, I received a response stating that if they determine I'm still not of age, my account will remain disabled. I am a retired individual new to online selling and worried about potential charges. There is a woman named Katherine S., but that's not her real last name. Somehow, she accessed my account and changed my password, locking me out of my Facebook and Google. I've lost photos, addresses, and phone numbers. I believe she's an imposter, and I desperately want her removed from my account. This has been ongoing for three to four weeks, and I cannot afford the expert help I've been directed to. I'm not responsible for this situation. A few weeks ago, there was a bug that logged many users out of their accounts. While most have managed to log back in, I'm still experiencing issues with my Facebook account. Upon opening the app, I see my profile picture and name, but after entering my password, I'm prompted to enter a code sent via SMS, which I never receive. I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram business account. I created an ad showcasing before and after photos of one of my acne patients with their permission. Last night, as I tried to use my Facebook app on my phone, a security alert prompted me to take a photo of myself to secure my account. Despite submitting the photo, I am now unable to access my Facebook account at all. The message indicates that my account may remain disabled if it is found to have violated Community Standards.
