Hello, my Facebook account, which I've had since [redacted], has been hacked. Despite my efforts to reach out to Facebook through various channels, I have not received any responses. The hacker has removed my recovery email and phone number, leaving me unable to change my password. I only have access to an old email that I haven't used in 10 years. My business account (Modern Perfection LLC) is linked to my personal account, and I am unable to address unauthorized charges totaling over $[redacted]. I have been struggling with this issue for about 5 months, spending hours trying to regain access. I created this profile in hopes of getting urgent assistance. Hello, I had my Facebook account removed about 7 weeks ago while I was in Donegal, Ireland. When I tried to use the service in Donegal, it didn't work. I called Facebook's customer service number and spoke with a representative. She mentioned that because I was out of the country using my iPhone, they couldn't verify my account until I returned home to the UK. I'm an American retired in the UK and have been a member for many years in both countries. Could someone validate my ID so I can unblock my account and access my personal mail? I have been unfairly banned from Facebook for supposedly breaking their community guidelines multiple times. One instance was for sharing a photo of sculptures in Rome that they deemed inappropriate. Another recent ban was due to reposting an innocent picture of an elderly man, a child, and a puppy. I can't comprehend how these posts are violations, and I don't have a way to contest these decisions since they are automated. I am frustrated by the lack of response from Mark Zuckerberg when I reached out about this issue a year ago. It is disheartening to witness offensive content and vulgar language on the platform while I face restrictions for unclear reasons, preventing me from even posting fundraising appeals.

I have been trying all day to seek help through Facebook support, but unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful. My ex-girlfriend has posted false information, including my passport details and pictures, on various groups in an attempt to bully and embarrass me. This situation has already caused me to leave my current apartment and have an uncomfortable discussion with HR at work. I have consulted with my lawyer, and we are taking legal action against this issue. While we are in the process of addressing this legally, the harassment continues. I kindly ask for assistance in addressing this matter until we receive formal intervention from local law enforcement. Such actions are illegal in both Thailand and the UK. I recently set up my Facebook account for my Oculus Quest 2 and during the setup, it asked me to use a mobile phone to download the Oculus app. Since I don't have a phone of my own and always have access to a landline, I used my mother's phone. Shortly after, my Facebook account was disabled while I was in the process of downloading the app. I suspect this might be due to not owning the phone I used. I wish there was a note during setup indicating that the phone used must be registered to the account holder. Additionally, I received an email stating that my email had been changed to a future time from when I received the email. This may be causing issues with my account. I'm at a loss and need assistance. I want to use my Quest 2 but can't under these circumstances. Any guidance on how to regain access to my account without a mobile phone, as I have been without one and a driver's license due to caring for my grandmother in hospice for the last four years, would be greatly appreciated. Also, is it possible to set up the Quest 2 without a phone?

I have attempted to contact the Canada Facebook Customer Service number, 1-[redacted], but have had no luck reaching them. Despite being listed in Alberta, I was informed it is actually in New York. The alternative number, 1 [redacted], is inactive. Another number, 1-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] for 'How to Contact a Live Person at Facebook', does not offer customer support. I am seeking assistance as I have been blocked on Facebook without specific details on the reported abuse. Is there an email I could use instead? I am still unsure why my account was disabled and I am unable to identify the standards I may have breached. The only post I recall is when I asked for a volunteer to donate a liver to my critically ill mother who urgently needs a transplant. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a donor or assistance. In Egypt, organ donations are not facilitated by medical institutions; instead, patients are responsible for finding donors without insurance or financial assistance. Hello, I suspect that my Facebook account has been compromised, as I am unable to reset the password since the verification code is being sent to a mobile number I no longer have access to. When attempting to authenticate through another method, I am asked for a 6-digit login code from a Code Generator or a 3rd party app which I don't remember setting up. I worry that the hacker might have added this extra security layer. I'm concerned since I can't contact anyone at Facebook directly. I have already submitted a request to Facebook with my ID verification, but have not received a response yet. Thank you.

Facebook has restricted my account due to a comment I made, but they have taken it out of context. The comment was in response to a woman downplaying the seriousness of the terrorist attack on the Capitol. I expressed concerns about safety. Facebook has continuously restricted my account, even following me to other sites and using unrelated comments against me. This behavior could lead to legal issues, as the FTC prohibits such actions. My account was compromised three months ago, along with my expired driver's license. I was alerted by friends and family that the hacker was soliciting money through cash app. Despite this, my account never requested funds. It seems a similar email was created and my original email has been tampered with. I recently created a new account but can no longer find it, likely due to spam reports. I believe my account was disabled. Even after submitting my current license, I'm still unable to access the account. The name on the account is Mi'Chelle Waters. My business pages are linked, causing financial loss. Assistance is urgently needed to address this issue.

Hello, I am encountering an issue with a group that I established, named "Armenians in Texas," about ten years ago. Within the group, there is an admin who is behaving abusively by blocking me and two other admins. Initially, when the group was formed in March of [redacted], I assigned Mash May and another individual as admins to assist in its management. Subsequently, due to a temporary suspension and reactivation of my Facebook account, the "Creator" badge was removed, granting head admin status to Mash. Despite my attempts to communicate politely with Mash over the past couple of years to restore me as the head admin without compromising her admin status, she has recently returned after a prolonged absence and unilaterally removed all admins except herself. She has also falsely claimed to be the creator of the group, erasing the significant efforts I've invested over a decade to expand the group to over a thousand members. Unfortunately, due to the account suspension in the past, I lack proof of my creator status. Is there a way to obtain such proof or potentially reinstate me as the head admin of the group (under the name Jack)? Mash's actions are detrimental, destroying the hard work of the group and serving as an advertising platform for local businesses. Several other users can attest to the accuracy of my situation. I have attempted to reason with Mash, but her actions are unreasonable. Thank you for your assistance.

I am having difficulty with Facebook Audiences. I need to create a report using specific KPIs that a previous colleague included, such as custom audience match rate, which our partners are interested in. To calculate this, I usually divide Facebook's estimated audience size by the total number of rows in the customer list CSV I uploaded. However, it seems Facebook no longer provides the audience size after list uploads. Instead, it displays a message saying, "Audience Size Is Not Available" for privacy reasons. I have come across others facing the same issue, but I have not found recent articles addressing this concern beyond [redacted]. I am unsure how to view my match rate now.
