On the morning of October 28, I discovered that my account had been restricted by Facebook for 30 days due to a comment that briefly appeared and then vanished around 2 or 3 am. Despite Facebook's ability to monitor my activity, I firmly believe my account may have been compromised or flagged by their system mistakenly. I acknowledge past infractions but express frustration at the lack of a human element in disputing automated decisions. I feel that Facebook's algorithm often errs in discerning harmful content from harmless commentary. In our current divisive climate, exacerbated by political figures like Donald Trump, maintaining equality and civility online is essential. I have reported instances of harassment and threats only to be told they don't violate community guidelines, contrasting with my own account restrictions. As a long-standing Facebook shareholder since purchasing stock in [redacted], I urge the company to reassess its policies and approach to user issues promptly. My goal is to have my account reinstated, unjust violations overturned, and discrepancies in enforcement corrected. Thank you.

Hello, Since the 15th of October, my Facebook business page, ‎Al Enaiah Lab- Labcare مختبر العناية الطبّي الشارقة‎, has had limits placed on it. The message states that stories from the page are not being shown in the News Feed due to possible activities not complying with Facebook's policies. Although my content is original and informative, the restrictions keep reoccurring despite not violating any community standards. I attempted to report a bug but had no success. The limitations were temporarily lifted for 30 minutes on the 22nd of October before being reinstated. This cycle repeated on the 29th of October. I am looking for assistance on this ongoing issue to understand what is causing it and how to resolve it.

I've been trying to reach out through various channels but haven't gotten a response yet. I wanted to create a Facebook account for work under the project name Cfwplus and opted not to provide my surname for safety and professional reasons. However, I was flagged for not using my actual surname and asked to upload my ID/passport, which I did. Not being able to use the account hinders my job of supporting others in their job search activities. This project is associated with the Welsh Government and DWP, and it's crucial for me to rectify this issue promptly. Please adjust the surname on my account to comply with Facebook's guidelines or allow me to use my first name. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am currently facing a 30-day restriction on Facebook due to a post from January. I had requested a review initially but never received it, which resulted in my account remaining restricted back in January. Now, after 10 months, the post is finally reviewed, and I am being penalized again. Being punished twice for the same issue seems excessive and unfair, especially after almost a year has passed. I kindly request the restriction to be lifted under these circumstances. It is unjust to face double consequences for the same incident. Please address this matter promptly. There is a Facebook account under the name Belinda Rodriguez pretending to be from the International Monetary Fund Commission organization. They claim to offer grants but then ask for money for processing and delivery fees. This is a known scam that the real organization has reported before. I contacted Facebook about it, and they said it doesn't violate their policies. I hope they face consequences once the government completes its investigation for allowing such scams on their platform.

Our company is facing a dilemma as our Facebook page, Team Quality Services, was unexpectedly unpublished and subsequently deleted from our Business Manager portal. Despite our efforts to reach out to Facebook for support, we have encountered errors and have not been able to resolve the issue. Our IT and Digital Marketing teams suspect a job post on the page may have triggered a policy violation, but we are uncertain of the specifics. Attempts to delete or edit the post failed, and we were met with generic error messages. While trying to resolve this through Business Manager, we ultimately lost access to our page entirely. We have submitted details of the situation through Facebook's support forms but have not received any confirmation or progress updates. Good morning, my name is Laarni, and I believe my Facebook account has been hacked by a third party this morning. It happened when a friend messaged me through Messenger asking to add me to her contacts, requesting my phone number and email address. I received a code via text and shared it with her. Later, I got an email notification about a login from a different device, prompting me to secure my email through a link. Despite my friend denying accessing my email, suspicious activity continued. Unable to access my account due to changed password, I discovered the hacker's location in the Philippines using Chrome mobile on Android with the IP address [redacted].54.[redacted].[redacted]. They exploited my friend to gain access. I kindly request your assistance in recovering my account as it contains precious memories. Thank you and looking forward to your response.

I noticed that my password was changed 4 hours ago, but I did not make this change. When I tried to reset my password, it displayed an email for recovery that does not belong to me, and I cannot update it. I have been navigating through your pages for 2 hours without finding a solution. I am concerned because my Facebook pay link is linked to the page. Unfortunately, I do not see any suitable options for my situation. I have been using this Facebook account and supporting page for many years. I do not want to delete the account, but I cannot access it. There are numerous important pictures and personal memories stored there that I do not want to lose and cannot recover. I attempted to log in multiple times, and the recovery email addresses provided are j********[redacted] and j***@*******, neither of which are mine.

On Sunday evening, I attempted to log into my wife's account since mine was still functioning. However, when I entered the email and password, it was not recognized. Subsequently, I have been trying to reset the password, but despite following all the steps, I have yet to receive the code in my email. Hello, I've been having trouble logging into my long-standing personal account (Danaé K.), created in [redacted]. Despite successfully passing security checks verifying past interactions, Facebook continues to prompt me to enter a pin code sent to my old Chinese phone which I can no longer access after leaving Shanghai due to the pandemic. Numerous reports about my login issues have not received responses, causing a frustrating two weeks as I've lost contact with friends who believe I've unfriended them. My Facebook account got restricted because of a parody ad I shared asking to vote for Biden/Harris on November 10th. Facebook stated it violates their policy, but I couldn't find any related rule. I feel unfairly censored, especially when I see other posts supporting Biden/Harris with no consequences. It seems like a double standard. The ad resembled a common lawn sign and had been circulating on Facebook already. I want the restriction lifted without involving the court or reaching out to my senator. Many others have faced similar issues on Facebook. I hope this can be resolved promptly without legal action.

I recently joined a Facebook group called TIDEWATER FLASHBACK. After a short time, I received a message saying something I posted was deleted, with a mention to check on Nov 11th. Several other members are facing the same issue, leaving us all confused. Now, posts from a group individual, TRAYCEE MCCALL BAILY, are on my page, and I can't delete them despite trying multiple times. When attempting to remove them, an error message saying, "UNABLE TO DELETE POST" appears. I've reached out to TRAYCEE, but without any response. I just want to remove these posts from my account and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

This morning, I discovered my Facebook Marketplace account was locked due to alleged violations of community rules. I recall potentially listing too many items for sale and changing a product from repairs to a service, which apparently goes against the rules. I've also been using a VPN. I've submitted a ticket to Facebook but won't hear back for a week. With the ongoing lockdown and financial struggles, not being able to use my account adds to my difficulties. I feel the lack of clear communication from Facebook about the issue is unfair, especially considering the challenging times we are in. I'm willing to rectify any mistakes, even pay for ads if necessary. Removing the VPN to allow data collection is another step I'm taking in the hope of regaining access to my account soon. I just wish Facebook would clarify the problem so I can resolve it promptly and continue using Marketplace.

My Facebook account was hacked on October 25th or 26th, and I only realized something was wrong when I was logged out and couldn't log back in. The hacker changed the email associated with my account to [redacted] I've had this account for 10 years without any issues. I can't reset my password because the reset link goes to the hacker's email address. My account has been compromised, and the hackers have gained control of a lot of information. I've already secured my home computer and changed passwords, but I need help recovering my original Facebook account under the name Lou Young Pope.
