I have a business Facebook account named "Fin & Fowl Outfitters." However, when attempting to log in on different devices with the same username and password, I end up with two separate accounts. One is correct with all my information and profile picture, while the other is incorrect with no details or picture. Trying to deactivate the wrong account resulted in deactivating the correct one instead. It is puzzling why there are two accounts when I only created one under the name Fin & Fowl Outfitters. I need assistance in deleting the incorrect account while retaining access to my correct one. I urgently require help to resolve this issue promptly.

I was notified that a comment I made was not in line with community standards. While I did call someone a hateful individual, I acknowledge it may have been inappropriate. However, I find it puzzling how my comment was flagged when I observe a plethora of hateful remarks daily. There seems to be a contradiction where wishing harm upon the President is acceptable, but calling someone derogatory names is not. I perceive a bias and inconsistency in the enforcement of community standards. Additionally, despite being verbally attacked in return with threats, the other person faced no repercussions. It appears selective enforcement is at play. I await your response.

Our former staff member, Umoh, took control of our page and refused to provide us access. We created a new page earlier this year called @TheNichenews. However, we were able to regain control of the old page from Umoh, now under the username @TheNichenews2, and we wish to merge it with our current page. Despite being told the pages are different, both pages directly link to posts from our website, www.thenicheng.com, an online newspaper owned by our company, Acclaim Communications Limited. We have focused on building our follower base on @TheNichenews2, which currently has around 13k likes. We kindly request that our pages be merged. I have been unable to regain access to my Facebook account for over three months since it was disabled. I have submitted the required documentation more than five times with the promise of a response within 48 hours, but I have not received any feedback. I am confused about why my account was disabled as I only shared historical content and photos in a Southern Historical group. I was also involved in another group named Dixieland Nationalist Movement, which had no issues. On June 14th or 15th, my account disappeared without explanation. I have cherished memories, photos, and recipes on my account, especially after my recent loss. I have been a member since [redacted] or [redacted] without prior problems. I am seeking assistance in restoring my account as it is vital for staying connected with my family.

My Facebook account got disabled unexpectedly. I was part of a Weee drop price group on Facebook, and after sharing links to my purchases a few times, I received an error message citing a violation on my third post. It seemed unfair as others were doing the same without issue. I attempted to recover my account without success. Creating a new account with a different email also resulted in immediate disablement. Dear Facebook Support, A few days ago, one of our company's business managers (Business Manager ID: [redacted][redacted]) was unexpectedly suspended from running ads and managing advertising assets without any explanation or reason provided. Despite filing an appeal immediately, we have not received any response. This situation has become problematic as our company is now unable to oversee any advertising assets. I want to emphasize that there are no rejected ads within any of the business managers I oversee for our company, G&V Investment s.r.o. I kindly request a review of this matter, as I believe this suspension was a mistake given that there is no apparent reason for our business manager to be suspended. Thank you.

Hello, I appreciate your assistance with my concern regarding Facebook. I'm having difficulty contacting Facebook for support. I attempted to create a new Facebook account to use for my Digital Agency since my current account is disordered. The plan was to set up the new account, transfer the pages I manage from the old account, establish a new advertising account, and ultimately deactivate the old account. I also intended to only send friend requests to important contacts on the new account. Given that I am an admin for various pages and groups, deactivating the old account immediately would create multiple issues. Unfortunately, after adding my mobile number to the new account, it was disabled. I later discovered the number was still linked to the old account. I have since removed it, but the issue persists. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I am certain my password is correct, based on my Google Chrome account. When I tried to log in on a laptop I haven't used in a while, my password was not accepted. I noticed a slight difference in my email address; the one I've always used ([redacted]) and the one on my Facebook account ([redacted]). I submitted my ID once but believe it was rejected because I digitally masked some passport details. I am re-submitting my passport with physical masking this time. I need help accessing my account to update my login details without creating a new one. The password issue and email discrepancy prevent me from logging in or re-submitting my ID. If needed, I am willing to have this account deleted to avoid having duplicates. I am unsure if this is due to a hack, as I don't post much on Facebook and doubt I breached any policies. I recently reset my laptop and now I am unable to access my Facebook account on it. Although I can still log in on my cell phone, I am having trouble remembering the password for my account under the name Meredith H Young. I also have another account with the name Meredith Young Sandstrom, which I cannot access but know it is still active. This account has an image of illuminated angels and a top photo featuring a fortune cookie strip with a message about good spirits. When I attempted to log into the Meredith H Young account on my laptop, it did not recognize my phone number or email address. The Angels On Earth Inc Facebook page was set up a few years ago by a former member, Maya Coleman, using the email address [redacted] As she is no longer with the organization, we are unable to access the account and have tried creating a new account with the email [redacted], but it is pending approval. We would like to request the deactivation of the old account associated with [redacted] and start fresh. My name is Caitlin Patrice Coyle, and my Facebook account has been hacked by my ex. I have already contacted my local police, but they cannot do anything yet. I have had the account for 11 years, and I need to recover it before this person causes any more damage. I can recover it through my Gmail account or phone number, both of which are linked to it but are located at my home address, which I cannot access right now. I am unable to log in to my Gmail account on any other devices besides the one I am using currently. I am concerned this person will delete photos and videos from the past 11 years, affecting my reputation with family and friends. Could someone please help me with this issue? My phone was hacked, and the hacker disabled the Android web browser and other functions. Despite running scans with Lookout and Avast, they assured me everything was fine. I backed up my phone with Google and Samsung from the secure folder, but realized it was compromised when DuckDuckGo alerted about a breach. I attempted to wipe the phone, but the hacker prevented me from doing so. They intercepted my saved passwords email and left malware in place. I had to delete my Google account, change passwords,and cancel my credit cards. I opened a new checking account due to unauthorized access. The hacker interfered with my withdrawals, causing issues at the bank. I lost track of the transactions. I can provide my old email and phone for verification, but please do not link it to my new accounts. I would like to verify communications without opening emails. Thank you. Rick Stacy.

I visited the instruction page on the Oculus website and I'm feeling a bit puzzled and in need of some assistance. The instructions mention logging in with a Facebook account on Oculus devices. However, Chinese users often find it challenging to sign up for Facebook due to restrictions in China. This leads to using VPNs to access Facebook, causing IP address changes which can be flagged by Facebook. Despite multiple attempts at registering with Facebook, including submitting face verification data, many Chinese Oculus users have been unsuccessful. This issue could potentially result in a loss of users for Oculus. I, along with other Quest2 users, would appreciate if Oculus could introduce alternative identification and protection measures for VR accounts in the future. We are hopeful for a response addressing these concerns.

One of my accounts was recently compromised. I manage multiple business pages where I run advertisements. I was the sole manager of these pages, but today it appears that someone gained unauthorized access to my account. They added 2 new managers I do not know, revoked my user privileges, and started running ads for products I am not familiar with. The issue is that I am now being billed for these ads as one of my credit cards was saved on the account. The charges have ceased, but I have an outstanding balance of $[redacted].33 that I cannot remove my credit card from until it is resolved. Is there a procedure for Facebook to remove these unauthorized charges considering my account was compromised? If yes, who should I reach out to or what steps should I follow to resolve this quickly?

I need help understanding why my new FB account was disabled. I created a Gmail account to sign up for FB Marketplace. After entering the Gmail address, I got a confirmation number to finish the registration. But when I tried to confirm my account, I received a message saying my account didn't follow Community Standards and was disabled. I asked for a review, but the decision couldn't be reversed. I haven't posted anything, so I don't understand why this happened. How can I get more information about the account disablement?

I am experiencing an issue with the Grid view on my Facebook page. When I attempt to enlarge photos in my albums, they do not enlarge, and the accompanying text does not appear. While my Feed view is functioning, the Grid view display is not working. This problem has persisted for months, hindering my ability to view photos effectively on Facebook. I am uncertain whether I am able to rectify this on my end or if Facebook needs to address it on their end.
