If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

Hi! My facebook ad account keeps getting disabled immediately after I publish the ad, even thought I've gone through support and they're reactivated the account because there was no policy breach.**Things I made sure to do:*- I've taken the facebook ads policy blueprint course*- Ensure all of my ads complied with the faebook ad policies*- Ensured a clean working landing page and that the content on their is relevant to the ad**For some reason the page like campaign I had running went t hrough completely fine, but when I try to create a conversion campaign (even at $* and compliant ads) the ad account immediately gets disabled.**I've even tried changing the domain link, the ad creative, changing the headlines, the ad copy, the ad account will keep getting disabled immediately after I launch a CBO Campaign with Dynamic Creative.**I thought maybe it had something to do with the payment method I was using, but I changed that as well but the ad account still got immediately disabled.**The account I'm running the conversion ad for is labeled as "personal blogger" but I don't think that should have any impact on launching conversion campaigns, but I just wanted to include that as well.**Can I get a live chat with a Facebook Rep to get this figured out? Thank you!
