Account ID: [redacted][redacted] Hello, I want to express my dedication to following Facebook's policies carefully. Despite having some ads initially disapproved, they were eventually re-approved after my revisions. However, my account got disabled soon after. Even though I am willing to remove any non-compliant ads and have consistently received positive responses after appealing, my account remains disabled. I have made efforts to prevent any misleading or deceptive content, focusing on sharing informative webinars. While my disapproved ads were reversed, my Ad Manager somehow does not reflect this, but I can provide proof from my help center inbox. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. I value your commitment to customer satisfaction and hope for guidance to rectify this situation. Thank you for your assistance, Irish

I am currently unable to access my account as my laptop used to log in automatically, set up years ago by a friend. Over time, I have lost the log-in details as my email and phone number have changed. Recently, Firefox had issues, so I uninstalled it, leaving me to use Google to reach Facebook. Now, I am stuck as I cannot recall my log-in credentials. I am a 66-year-old woman with a select few Facebook friends, including my Godson's family in Singapore, whom I communicate with solely through Facebook. Restoring my Facebook access is crucial. My details are as follows: Cindy H., [redacted], and [redacted] in the U.S.

Hello everyone, I am knowledgeable about kratom use and have years of experience in Internet activities such as web development and managing online forums. At 58 years old, I rely on kratom to manage my chronic pain without resorting to opiates. I have noticed an issue with sending friend requests on Facebook recently, which seems to be a mistake. I want to assure you that I don't engage in any illegal activities related to kratom on social media platforms. If there was a specific reason I was flagged for this restriction, please let me know so I can prevent it from happening again. Facebook is essential for my communication as a disabled individual, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your support.

Hello, I have been facing an issue on Facebook since last year involving my friend Christie Natalia Sukmalim bullying me and sharing private information about me that has gone viral. I reported this to Facebook and the Indonesian police. One of the individuals involved in the bullying, a lawyer named Dhanu Prayogo, allegedly contacted the police and offered them money. I mentioned officers named Nur Idam and Dimas Satria from Matraman Office. Unfortunately, my report to Facebook was denied, and the police have not taken action on my case. They have allegedly created a Facebook group using a specific hashtag to easily locate my private information. I have created a new account, but the bullying continues. When I posted details about what Dhanu Prayogo and the police officers did to me, Facebook promptly deleted my post. I am concerned about the lack of fairness in this situation. It seems that because they have bribed the police and Dhanu Prayogo is a lawyer, they receive special treatment, whereas I, as an ordinary person, do not. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response. Thank you, Irene

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently attempted to create a new Facebook account using an old email address that I had previously used for a deactivated account. It seems the system recognized this as a duplicate and reactivated my old account instead. I wish to permanently close and deactivate my original deactivated account. However, I am encountering difficulties logging in as the security measures require me to identify myself through friends I am unfamiliar with or by providing identification, which I am hesitant to do online. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Parisa

Hello, I need some assistance. I'm facing an issue with my Messenger account. I have been using Messenger frequently for over a year without an actual Facebook account. Recently, when I tried to access my Messenger account on my laptop, it redirected me to a Facebook login, which I don't have. Unknowingly, I ended up creating an empty Facebook account using the same login details as my Messenger account, resulting in a blank Messenger account. I would appreciate help in recovering my important Messenger account, which contains a lot of valuable information. Additionally, I need guidance on deleting the unnecessary Facebook account that was created unintentionally. Thank you for your support.

Dear Sirs, I am writing to address an issue with my Facebook account that has been ongoing for the past two months. After providing my government ID multiple times, it was finally accepted two weeks ago, and I received a message from the support team informing me that my account was unlocked. Despite contacting the support team through the case system, I am still unable to access my account. Please assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I can provide any additional information necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, מוחמד אחמד אל-חמאד

Hello, I am seeking assistance with recovering my Facebook page. I initially registered my account with the email [redacted] and a particular password. Some time later, I attempted to delete my Facebook page but now find myself in need of using it again. Subsequently, I lost access to the account associated with the mentioned email, although I still remember the password. Now, with a new laptop and during my stay in Surrey, I realized I no longer have the previous access or setup for my Facebook account. Consequently, I created a new Facebook page but unfortunately, I have forgotten the password. I am unsure if it is possible to access my old Facebook page using this new account. I hope this clarifies my situation, and I appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

In November, my Facebook account was hacked, and then deleted. I went through the process of providing identification and emails to restore it. Unfortunately, recently it was deleted again for allegedly not meeting standards. I believe this may have been due to a picture unintentionally shared on one of my "fun" pages. I am requesting for my personal account to be reinstated and for the two "fun" pages to be removed if they violate regulations. I miss connecting with my friends, especially since my biological family is not in contact due to religious differences. Having my Facebook community means a lot to me, especially during my health struggles. I am willing to comply with all rules and refrain from creating any more "fun" pages. I kindly ask for the restoration of my personal account.

I am requesting Facebook to provide evidence of why my account was suspended. I believe the decision was unjust as I am confident that I did not violate any of Facebook's terms. I am mindful of what I post on the platform and do not share any graphic or violent content, nor do I engage in any bullying behavior. The email I received from Facebook mentioned violations of their community standards, specifically regarding threats of harm, support for violent groups, or graphic content, which I am certain I did not do. I am eager to understand the reasoning behind my account suspension as it seems to be a mistake.

Hello, my name is Fahim. My Facebook account under the name Fahim Muntasir was disabled recently. I received a message stating that I am ineligible to use Facebook due to a violation of their terms. I am certain that I have not breached any rules. If any unauthorized activity occurred, it must have been when someone else had access to my phone and played a prank on me. This account is very important to me as it contains valuable information and cherished memories. I have reached out to Facebook support but have not received a response to my appeal yet. I am growing increasingly concerned about this situation and would greatly appreciate any assistance in reactivating my account.

I was informed four days ago that my Facebook account has a problem due to purchases made by someone else using my account. I haven't been able to make any purchases since Tuesday, January 28, [redacted]. I explained to Gabriel, Brandon, Bobb, and now Robbie that I didn't use the bank where the charges came from – it's not my bank at all. The charges were from December 29, [redacted], to January 2, [redacted]. They claim I disputed it, but I didn't. The automated responses keep asking me to go to the bank with the charges, which isn't mine. I'm feeling pressured by the support team. Sometimes they say there's no issue, then suddenly my payment service is disabled. I've tried all six phone numbers for Facebook, which is unhelpful. My Facebook account is [redacted] I tried contacting PayPal, and even they confirmed the charges aren't on my account. It's in my purchase history, but I didn't make them. I can prove I was on vacation and couldn't have made these purchases. How do I resolve this with a bank that isn't mine? This process reflects poorly on Facebook's customer service. Please assist. Thank you. My cell is [redacted].

My partner has been transferring money to me via Facebook for our bills without issues until recently. We hit a $2,[redacted] sending limit, and after providing the necessary information, the transaction was canceled on both ends. However, the funds are missing from her bank account. Despite submitting numerous requests to resolve this, all we hear back is that it was flagged as potential fraud. We are certain this is not fraudulent as it has been a regular transfer. We are frustrated as nobody is addressing our concerns, and contacting support seems impossible. We are desperate to retrieve the missing money. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On Jan 10, I was notified about a policy violation. I asked for a review, which was confirmed on Jan 11. Another violation occurred on Jan 25, but after a review, it was reinstated. However, when I logged in yesterday, I found out I was suspended for 30 days due to the Jan 11 violation. I had no issues until Jan 30. This suspension seems unfair as the Jan 11 comment was removed without further action. Why would they wait 19 days to suspend me, and why suspend me at all?

I am reaching out for assistance as I have been struggling to access my Facebook account under the name Dyane Cope Crocker since my husband's passing in May [redacted]. Despite attempts to use LD cracker and then modifying the name to Dyane Cope, including a reference to my dog, I have not been successful. This issue has persisted for months, and I urgently need to merge the accounts associated with Dyane Crocker and Dyane Cope where all my husband's, granddaughter's, late brother's memories, and videos are stored. Previous contact information includes my phone number [redacted]. I previously changed my Gmail account from Dyane Crocker Gmail.com to Dyane Crocker [redacted] because of hacking concerns. Additionally, my old phone number was [redacted], complicating the verification process after the account change due to unfortunate circumstances.

I recently fell victim to a phishing website, winterpubgmobile.com, believing it would lead me to the actual Facebook page. After entering my login details and realizing nothing happened, I suspected I had been scammed. I have reached out to Facebook through email and customer service channels without success. I urgently need access to my account due to its connections with apps like Instagram, Google, Tinder, and PUBG Mobile, where I have invested significant time and money. I am willing to provide any necessary identification. It has been nearly a month since the incident, and I am eager for assistance from your team. I am open to paying for a solution to this situation. Thank you.

A few months ago, when I logged into Facebook to update my profile picture, I noticed that my name, profile picture, and other details had been changed by someone who accessed my account without my permission. I also discovered unfamiliar messages sent from my account. To address this, I deleted unknown contacts and changed my password. Unfortunately, I later found out that my account had been disabled by Facebook. I have been attempting to reach out to Facebook for assistance in resolving this issue, but have not yet received a response.

After being away from Facebook for a year, I tried to delete my old account and create a new one. However, I encountered issues logging in and was met with an error message citing suspicious activity. Despite submitting my ID multiple times as instructed by the help center, I have not received any confirmation that my new account is approved or that my old account has been deleted. It seems like I am stuck in a loop of being unable to access Facebook properly for months now. I rely on Facebook for school and business purposes and urgently need to resolve this issue. All attempts to rectify the situation through the help center have been unsuccessful so far.
