My Facebook account was hacked, reported, and unfortunately disabled along with all my photos. I no longer have access to it. I called the Facebook number, but received no answer. The account was used by a friend to fraudulently impersonate me and hack my Google account to sell private photos through email transfers. I reported this to the police but have since moved. I would like my account back and this issue resolved. My trust has been severely violated, and I feel hurt and exploited. I would appreciate help with this matter. I am having trouble accessing my account after attempting to switch to a new phone. Despite not changing my password, the email associated with the account is outdated, and I cannot access it. While I was previously logged in on my old phone, I am now unable to log in. Interestingly, it displays my name and picture, but there is a dubious link associated with it. When I try to enter my information, it prompts me to update the email, but the process to enter the code sent to the email is unclear. On January 1st and 3rd, or perhaps only on the 3rd, I made two Facebook Messenger payments to my friend, Lisa Amesoli. One was for $20 and the other was for $[redacted]. This situation has been complex as we've been corresponding with PayPal and Facebook Pay through chat for weeks without a resolution. We've followed all instructions but Lisa hasn't received the payments, and I haven't been reimbursed. Here's a summary of the situation: - Both payments were sent to Lisa Amesoli. - She didn't have an account set up and declined the payments unknowingly. - I mistakenly selected “no” in response to a message asking if I authorized the payments, possibly triggering a fraud investigation. - Lisa and I contacted PayPal, who stated the transactions were completed on their end and advised us to reach out to Facebook Pay/Messenger. - Facebook Pay asked Lisa to complete a form by clicking on a link, which she did twice. - Despite our efforts, including filling out forms, live chatting, and seeking assistance, almost a month has passed with no resolution. - Complicating matters, Lisa suspects the card she used may have been invalid at the time of the transaction. - Additionally, the card I used is a disability card, so any refund cannot be deposited onto it due to government restrictions. After recovering my hacked Facebook account, I updated my phone number on the profile. Yet, when I forgot my new password and tried to reset it, I faced troubles with two-step verification. Despite receiving a code on my Gmail to reset the password, I couldn't proceed due to not getting the SMS code on my phone. This led me to create two more accounts, each facing the same SMS code issue for password reset. Finally, with my third account and a new number, I managed to receive the SMS code. Now, I aim to delete my earlier accounts and retain only one to prevent future problems. Unfortunately, I can't log in to merge accounts as I do not receive SMS codes and lack the "call me instead" option. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have had multiple Facebook accounts in the past due to unwanted followers. After experiencing a breakdown in January, I took time off work and attempted to launch various businesses. One of them was SimiSHoo, a brand I am dedicated to developing now. I closed down a Facebook account related to floristry along with the associated website because I will soon start a new full-time job. My latest Facebook account, Simi SimiSHoo, reflects my brand even though my actual name is Simonne Holder. I have deleted all old emails connected to those businesses. Moving forward, I aim to have only one account focused on SimiSHoo, which is my print-on-demand service, allowing me to manage it alongside my new job.

I need assistance in recovering my hacked account. This morning, I discovered that both my primary email address and phone number were changed to a Nigerian number. I tried to recover it using an alternative email, but that too had been removed. I asked my friends for help with the recovery code, but the message has not reached my email yet. When attempting to report the compromise, the password reset email was sent to an unknown address, making it difficult for me to take further action. While browsing on Facebook and interacting with friends, suddenly I got logged out due to my account being compromised. I no longer have access to the mobile SIM linked to my FB account, but fortunately, I received three Trusted Contacts codes to confirm my identity. After successfully proving my identity, an email was supposed to be sent with a security code. However, after a delay of 5 hours, I received multiple emails, each containing a different code and instructions to paste it in the browser. Confusion arises as there was no initial link provided by FB. This frustrating experience is making me consider quitting Facebook altogether. It's a disappointing ordeal with their recovery process making me feel like I'm stuck in a never-ending loop. It's time to rethink my time spent on this platform. Peace out everyone!

I own multiple pages, each serving different purposes. On my book-selling page dedicated to grief, my business page, the option to boost posts is unavailable. The same issue is happening on my artist page as a singer and my choir page. Facebook claims I have outstanding payments for advertisements, but I haven't run any ads because I've been unable to set them up. Every attempt to access my account ends with a message stating I'm unauthorized. I'm eager to drive traffic to my pages and utilize advertising features on Facebook and Instagram, so any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

During my time in jail, my wife disabled my phone. Now that I have a new phone and number, I am struggling to log in to my account. Each time I attempt to log in, I am directed to a security screen that requires my old phone number for verification, which I no longer have access to. I also cannot reach the individuals listed on my account recovery screen to obtain the necessary codes from Facebook. Even though I received a code sent to my email address, entering it prompts the security screen to ask for further identity verification. I uploaded a picture of my ID a couple of weeks ago but have not received any follow-up from Facebook. I believe they should have reached out to me by now as I am eager to access my Facebook account.

I am currently experiencing challenges with the Facebook pixel and Ads Manager. The pixel does not seem to automatically track the initiate checkout event on my Shopify website. I believe I have discovered a workaround by configuring events using the pixel helper tool. As I proceed to set up my Ads Manager, I encounter difficulties customizing the column set. I possess separate ad accounts for my personal Facebook profile and my business page. In setting up my business page, I notice that when trying to add columns such as "Add to Cart," "Checkouts Initiated," "Purchases," "Purchases ROAS," and "Content Views," the selections available are only the "on-Facebook" versions, with the absence of the "website" versions, unlike in my personal ad account where all options are present. Given that I do not intend to primarily sell products via my Facebook page, the website metrics hold more significance to my advertisement efforts. Any insights you could offer on this matter would be greatly appreciated in aiding my progress.

I came across an ad from Kitetee.com and decided to order 2 phone cases from their website. When the products arrived, I realized they were too small because I mistakenly thought my phone was a Galaxy 9, not a Galaxy Note 9. I reached out to the company to request a return and refund, only to be informed that they do not accept returns or exchanges as the items are "made to order." Despite not finding any mention of this policy on their site, they refused to accommodate my request. Even suggesting an alternative exchange was denied. While considering legal action over $52, I urge the website to vet companies like Kitetee.com more thoroughly to avoid misleading ads.
