Recently, my Amazon Fire 7 stopped working and wouldn't charge, which has my Facebook account saved. My daughter gifted me a new Amazon Fire 10, but I'm facing challenges transferring data due to potential security issues. Surprisingly, after attempting to charge the Fire 7 using the computer's power plug, it restarted, with 87% battery, and Facebook now works. I'm hopeful that with this development, I'll be able to transfer my Facebook account from the Fire 7 to the new Fire 10. My old email ([redacted]) and Facebook seem to be functioning on the Fire 7. Although my Amazon phone number remains the same, I'm uncertain about the password presently. My previous phone number was ([redacted]). Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

I am Albert Loi, and I would like to address an issue regarding my mother-in-law, Gan Kim Mooi, who has had multiple Facebook accounts created with the help of others over the years. Due to her lack of tech knowledge, she no longer has access to her old accounts. My wife and I have recently set her up with a new phone, a new email address ([redacted]), and a new phone number (+[redacted]8) to give her a fresh start online. Unfortunately, Facebook disabled her latest account after just two days of use. We are requesting Facebook's assistance in permanently deleting her old accounts (linked below) and enabling her new account at [redacted] She is willing to provide any necessary verification to prove her identity. I have encountered an issue accessing my Facebook account. Despite entering the correct username and password, I am being denied access, leading me to repeatedly attempt to log in. On some occasions, I noticed my account was seemingly given to someone else, while I appeared to receive a different user's account. Despite having a valid marriage certificate which I didn't provide at the time, Facebook decided to shut down my account without consulting me. I didn't contest it then, but I'm now seeking to have my account reinstated. The email associated with the account was [redacted], and it was registered under the name "Mrs. Greene Ambala Warner," using my husband's name. I am working with the police on my case against this individual who subjected me to forced labor and unfair treatment, leading to the false marriage in [redacted]. I broke my phone and am using an older one now. Facebook won't recognize it and is sending a confirmation code to my old number. I can't receive the codes or emails to reset my account. I've sent my ID to prove my identity with no luck. Trying to create a new account with the same info didn't work either. Please help me access my old account; I just want to log in again.

A few years back, my now wife, who was my on-again-off-again girlfriend and mother of my children, accessed my account and changed the login details. I created a new profile and recently rediscovered my old one when I searched for my name on Facebook. After my wife provided the email but forgot the password, I tried to recover the account by submitting my ID multiple times. Despite receiving updates from the old account, Facebook won't let me log in. Both profiles have similar friends, family photos, and images of my children. Even though I have changed over time, both profiles belong to me, Christopher Johnson. I have unfortunately fallen victim to a possible scam by "SHOPTIMIZED". Much like FACEBOOK, it is nearly impossible to contact them after making a purchase. Many individuals, including myself, have not received the items we paid for and are struggling to get refunds. It seems like these scams are prevalent on social media platforms and are causing financial losses for customers, banks, and loan companies. The amount of misleading advertisements promising unrealistically low prices is concerning. It is crucial for companies like "SHOPTIMIZED" to be held accountable for the products they advertise, especially for paid promotions like the $[redacted].00 tractor or $78.00 electric car. I hope that efforts are made to rectify this situation for all affected customers.

I have a cracked screen on my iPad and need it repaired. Since I can't access Facebook on my iPad and forgot my password, I tried resetting it on my laptop, but can't receive the code as my linked email is no longer valid. I now have a new Gmail account, but Facebook is still sending important notifications to my old email and old phone number, which I no longer use. I updated my current email address on my iPad, but I'm stuck in a loop where Facebook won't send the reset code to my new email. I've tried updating the app on my iPhone with no luck. My current contact information doesn't match what's on file. Seeking assistance on how to regain access to my Facebook account. Thank you.

Please, Facebook, my account was disabled unknowingly due to something I posted that violated Facebook's policies. I love my account and I would like it to be restored. I am willing to fill out the form, apologize to Facebook, and commit to following the terms and conditions. I want my account back, as I value it greatly and promise to be more careful in the future. I believe I made a mistake in my previous post. I need help fixing my disabled account on Facebook. I was not aware that Facebook disables accounts until today when I tried to log in. Yesterday afternoon, I posted a picture and wrote something on Facebook, and even late at night, I was using it. However, this morning, I was unable to access my account. My name on Facebook is Charity A., and many people love my account. I use it for my business, and it has been active since around [redacted] or [redacted]. My Facebook business account was hacked, and a campaign was created for my main account under the name "saq." I discovered this today when I attempted to promote a post on Instagram. The account "saq" has been deactivated but not deleted, causing frustration as it impacts my Instagram promotions. I urgently need this issue resolved so that I can resume using Facebook and Instagram comfortably. I request that the "SAQ" account be deleted and replaced with an active account named "KayJ" for my music promotions on Instagram. My account was disabled for copyright infringement when I posted pictures of Yankee candles for sale, unknowingly using an image from the Yankee Candle website. I received an email from Facebook suggesting contacting the complaining party, which I did twice with no response. I am unsure if this is the sole reason for the disabling, and I am eager to solve the issue. It has been almost four months, and I am still unsure how to regain access to my account. My Facebook account has been disabled for a day now. I am confident I have not violated any of Facebook’s rules. I have reviewed the terms and conditions and cannot identify any wrongful activity on my part. This is not the first time my account has been disabled; it happened a few months ago as well, and after reporting the issue, it was re-enabled. However, this time I received a message stating I am ineligible to use Facebook, which I believe is an error. My Instagram account linked to my Facebook has also been disabled. Both accounts are essential to me. I would appreciate prompt assistance with this matter.

Hello, I accidentally damaged my iPhone 7+ last year, and the insurance provided me with a new device as they couldn't repair it. This is quite urgent. I utilize my Facebook author's page to promote my book. Facebook has disabled my account without providing a reason for this action. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, including sending my ID and pictures to confirm my identity as requested, I have received no resolution. Consequently, I had to create a second account with a new email, which was also disabled. I then used a different email and phone number to create a third account, fully aware that it would likely be disabled due to the shared IP address. This situation is frustrating as I am uncertain of any violation I may have committed. My paid campaigns on Facebook are affected, and I am left confused and unable to reach their unresponsive customer service. Any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
