My Facebook account was unexpectedly disabled in early January [redacted], which made me suspect it was hacked. To my surprise, when I reported the issue on January 6th, Facebook created a new account for me. Strangely, my original account, which I had for a long time, appears on my computer but not on my phone. I visited a phone store for help, but the code sent by Facebook was not working. The representative suggested contacting Facebook for assistance. I would like to have my old account, which contains all my contacts, restored to my phone as it is currently only accessible on my computer. I only need one Facebook account and I am not very knowledgeable about technology. Due to my recent hospitalization, I believe I may have unintentionally caused these issues. Any guidance would be appreciated.

On December 15, a friend asked me about a message she received that I didn't send. When I tried to reset my password for Facebook and Messenger, I couldn't log in. I uploaded a new photo to Facebook but refrained from engaging in any activity. Earlier, a phone number, [redacted]-[redacted], appeared on my account and I removed it and changed my password. On December 16, I uninstalled both Facebook and Messenger. I'm hoping to recover my old account, under the name Renee Crocker-Smith with phone number [redacted]. The number I removed, after researching, appears to be from Nigeria, but I have no connections there as I'm a US citizen born in the USA. My Yahoo email was also hacked, but I managed to change the password. I'd appreciate any assistance in restoring my account. Thank you.

I purchased two sets of Dewalt tools on November 26 from a company that has now changed its name to CarterMany.com. Despite multiple emails to the company, I have not received a response. I have disputed the charge with my Visa card as the company claims to have delivered a coffee maker, which I did not order. There is no phone number to call for assistance. This experience has soured my first purchase on Facebook Marketplace. Depending on how this situation is resolved, I may not use the site again. Thank you, Jeff.

I'm Jenna Kay White. Facebook blocked me from posting and sending messages on Messenger due to posts made while my account was hacked by Jon Pasquale from December [redacted] to January [redacted]. I want to remove any unauthorized posts and regain access to my business page, Rough Country Decor. I will cooperate to address any improper content, but I need assistance in lifting these blocks. My account with the username KH KEHN got suspended because it was reported as spam. However, I am an admin of the page and was just sharing posts to attract potential clients. Now, when I attempt to log back in, it prompts me for a security code which is sent to my old phone number that I no longer have access to. How can I proceed with the security check without access to my old phone number?

I registered my Facebook profile using a mobile number for two-factor authentication but lost the phone during a robbery. Unfortunately, my service provider couldn't assist me in retrieving the old number. As a result, I'm unable to access my account because it requires login codes sent to that number. Despite contacting customer support and trying various account recovery methods, like submitting my ID and photos for identity verification, I haven't received any feedback from the Facebook security team or customer support. It's crucial for me to regain access since I am the sole administrator for my company's Facebook page.

This morning, I woke up and attempted to access my Facebook account to check for birthdays and catch up on news from family and friends, only to find that my account had been disabled without warning. I am certain that I have not violated any policies and am eager to have my account reinstated. Facebook is a vital tool for me to connect with my extensive family, friends, and colleagues in the entertainment industry. As an actor, it is essential for promoting my work and staying in touch with industry contacts. I have already completed the necessary form to appeal this decision to Facebook, but it has been met with no response. My Facebook account being disabled has significantly impacted my ability to stay connected, and I sincerely hope to have it restored soon.

Hello Greg, thanks for guiding me through this process. I'm facing a bug while setting up my business manager and connecting Instagram accounts. As the Co-Founder of North Carolina Downhill LLC (NCDH), I oversee all media management. We are an LLC with a Tax ID number, and I serve as one of the board members. I'm attempting to link our Instagram to our Facebook business manager, but Facebook is prompting a message stating, "This Instagram account is shared with other businesses. View permissions and assign or remove partners." After researching online forums, I learned to log out of the business Instagram account, switch it to a personal account, then back to a business account to resolve the issue. However, when trying to revert to a personal account, it requests to "stop promoted posts before switching back to a personal account" (refer to attached images). Despite attempting to deactivate promotions, view insights, and delete promotions, I encounter an "Error Deleting Promotion" message (see attached images). It also notes that my ad account remains disabled. I seek assistance as my business is hosting the East Coast World Cup downhill race via the International Downhill Federation on August 24-26. It's crucial for me to progress with marketing and media plans utilizing Facebook Business and Ads Manager. Thank you for your support, looking forward to resolving this issue promptly.

When I tried to log into my Facebook account and entered my phone number [redacted], a picture of someone named Michael Clarke appeared, which is not me. My name is Michael Tagliarino, and I suspect someone has hacked my phone. There is also a number [redacted] associated with the account selection, but none of these accounts belong to me. The other day, I noticed someone responding to a lady on my Facebook, which was alarming. I have kids who enjoy talking to me on Facebook, and I'm an honest ironworker. My email is [redacted], and my old password was Moneymike0324, but I've recently changed it to Moneymike032465. Please remove Michael Clarke from my account and restore Michael Tagliarino. Some time ago, an account was set up for my sibling who has autism. Unfortunately, he has since forgotten both the email and password associated with it, resulting in his permanent inability to access his Facebook account. In an attempt to rectify this, I recently created a new account for him using a new email address. The details provided in the new profile mirror those of the old one, including his full name, birthday, town, and school. Shortly after its creation, Facebook disabled the new account without explanation, presumably due to its connection to the old account. I have made three unsuccessful attempts to appeal this decision, offering a comprehensive explanation and submitting valid identification for my brother. Despite these efforts, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from Facebook in over a week, leaving me uncertain about the next steps to take.

My name is James B. from Ontario, Canada. Approximately five years ago, I began playing a game called Pirates of the Caribbean on Facebook. I dedicated a significant amount of money, time, and effort to this game. Recently, I logged in and was devastated to see that all my progress was erased: over 29,[redacted] ships and all my resources disappeared, including my manually launched fire ships. I contacted Palrium with all the details but have not received a response. It is disheartening how little they seem to care about their customers' concerns. I am considering involving a lawyer due to this situation. When I inquired with Palrium about playing outside of Facebook to preserve my progress, they informed me it was impossible. As a person on disability, the money I invested in this game meant a lot to me; although not a large amount, it was significant. Hello! I regret to inform you that I mistakenly reactivated my Facebook profile which I intended to delete. To my surprise, I now find myself unable to delete the profile without providing additional personal information, such as my ID card or other documents. It is frustrating that even to deactivate my account, I need to jump through these hoops. I would appreciate it if you could provide a more reasonable method to permanently deactivate and delete my account without requiring excessive personal details or significant time commitment. Hello. Recently, someone reported my Google business link as abusive. However, if you visit my website, you will see that there is nothing abusive about it. I am quite upset by this situation as a paying customer. Feel I am being unfairly treated by Facebook just because of the actions of a person who seems to be envious of my work. Facebook did not bother to hear my side of the story before blocking my business based on others' opinions. This individual is known in South Africa for reporting innocent people who have differing views from hers. Despite the considerable traffic I have generated on Facebook, they chose to trust a corrupt individual over me, someone striving to support the underprivileged in South Africa. Furthermore, there is a suspicious individual on Facebook pretending to be someone else, but Facebook has not taken action against account hacking. It is disappointing to be treated like a criminal when I entrusted Facebook with my business.

Hello. Unfortunately, someone has wrongly reported my Google business link as abusive. My website clearly shows that this is not the case. I'm upset by this situation as a paying customer, feeling unfairly treated by Face Book (FB). It's disappointing that FB didn't hear my side of the story and just took action based on the report of someone who seems envious of my work. This person from South Africa has a reputation for reporting innocent individuals due to differing opinions. Despite the positive impact and traffic I bring to FB compared to this individual, my business is blocked. Additionally, there is another questionable individual on FB using fake credentials without repercussion from the platform. I trusted FB with my business, but now feel misunderstood and penalized. I have blocked the reported person and kindly request FB to address this issue promptly by unblocking my business website. Thank you.

Today, Facebook removed a photo I posted of Nazi War Criminal Joseph Mengele, resulting in a ban. Despite requesting a review, they maintain that the photo breaches their standards due to his dangerous history. As an Admin, I find this ban unjust and undemocratic. In our country, we condemn individuals like Mengele to prevent future tragedies like the Holocaust. While I understand why his photo was removed, I strongly oppose the ban I have received and request a human explanation for this decision. It is essential to remember and expose individuals like Mengele for eternity.

I believe my account was compromised, leading to my photo being misused in cyberattacks. Unfortunately, Facebook disabled my account citing rule violations without specifying the issue. I have been a loyal Facebook user for over a decade. Through the platform, I created pages for my high school peers and reunion groups. All my shared content has been removed, and I am unaware of breaching any guidelines intentionally. For the last two days, I have not received the confirmation code from Facebook on my mobile number. I require the code to access my account since I am currently unable to log in without it. I am unable to remember the email address linked to my Facebook account, but I have the mobile number associated with it.
