I accidentally got my old Facebook account disabled due to some mistakes and issues. I created a new account, but it was blocked twice for not meeting community standards. I was then asked to upload my ID for verification, and although I tried several times unsuccessfully, a friend helped me to upload it. However, upon trying to log in again, I found my account disabled. I feel frustrated because others have fake accounts and share inappropriate content without consequence. I followed the verification process, but my account is still disabled. I just want to understand why this keeps happening to me and how I can correct it. It's important for me to stay connected with my friends on Facebook. Please review my account and provide me with information on why it was disabled. This is my second account in three months, and I would appreciate a prompt response.

I have had a business account for about 2 years. I wanted to start e-commerce using Facebook ads, but my account got suspended for unusual activity when I tried to add my MasterCard as a payment method. I have tried using multiple business accounts and bank accounts, but they all got disabled since I haven't used them in 60 days. I cannot contact support because it requires an active business account, and I can't create a new one because my accounts are not in good standing. I am considering creating a new Facebook account as a possible solution.

I am unsure why my Facebook account was disabled nearly two years ago. I have been unable to access it since then, using the phone number [redacted]7. My name is Jovien Balansag Quilo. I completed a form in the help center and submitted a valid ID, my passport, to Facebook. I have not received any feedback or explanations from Facebook. I am disappointed that I cannot recover my account, which is essential for communicating with friends and family abroad. My date of birth is August 30, [redacted]. I hope my account can be reinstated soon. The phone I used is lost, and I believe I linked my account to the email [redacted] However, the form stated that this email does not belong to a disabled account, though my mobile number seems to work.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I've encountered multiple issues with Facebook recently. My account was hacked twice, leading me to delete it. I created a new account, but I'm currently locked out as Facebook is conducting a safety check. However, this check didn't happen when I was hacked. Our Facebook page, "Increase Decrease Your Flock and Save a Bird," has been shut down. The page was dedicated to helping people rehome birds in need of a new home without involving sales transactions. Similar to rescue groups for dogs and cats that charge adoption fees, we aimed to facilitate bird adoptions. Despite our efforts to operate like other rescue pages, our page was still closed without a clear explanation from Facebook. We believe in the importance of saving animal lives, including birds, and are confused about why our page was targeted while others engaging in similar activities remain active. We have requested a review, but Facebook's lack of transparency in these situations feels unfair. We have encountered difficulties reporting pages openly selling animals, only to have the posts removed without further action.

My close friend recently went through a breakup, and his ex-girlfriend took possession of his phones on New Year's Day, [redacted]. She accessed his phone using a password from when they were together and has been reading through numerous messages. The content she found is causing harm to individuals in the community, especially considering my friend's involvement with law enforcement to improve our neighborhood. The situation is not just about personal feelings but also involves serious risks due to drug-related conversations on the phone. She is not authorized to use or share the phone's contents, creating a dangerous scenario that requires urgent attention. During their trip, my friend was arrested, and in a gentlemanly gesture, he gave her the car key to return home. This situation complicates reporting the phones as stolen, leaving us with the option to pursue a civil case to retrieve the property. We seek advice on potential legal actions my friend can take for her intrusive behavior, which is not only damaging relationships but also putting lives at stake with the information she is disclosing. Any assistance or guidance offered would be highly valued.

My account was disabled for approximately 12 days, which has been very challenging for me. I take full responsibility for my actions, and I deeply apologize. I have never bullied or harassed anyone. I am passionate about using your app for dancing and inspiring others to keep moving. My account represents only me, and I have never pretended to be someone else. I have been sharing my dancing journey for about four years on Instagram. I started as an unknown, and Instagram has helped me find myself. If I unknowingly violated a term, I sincerely apologize. Please consider my apology and allow me to work with you. I have put in a lot of effort to build my supporter and fan base, and this is the first time I have faced such a situation. Please consider restoring my account. I truly regret my actions.

I have lost access to my old Facebook account. A few months ago, somehow I ended up with another Facebook account in my name, which I left untouched as I didn't know what to do. Recently, I got a new phone after my old one broke. The original email I used for my old account hasn't been active for ten years now, possibly hacked. When I tried to recover my old account using my mobile number, it led me to the newer account that I didn't create intentionally. Now, I cannot access my proper Facebook account. If I delete the newer account, will I be able to recover my original account using my mobile number? Please advise on what steps I can take to regain access to my original Facebook account.

I recently reported a Facebook user named Ron Da Don for bullying. He uploaded two of my photos on his page. He typically shares seemingly harmless images of females and then proceeds to engage in continuous degrading posts aimed at humiliating and ridiculing them for entertainment. His family member and friend have even gone as far as making threats to retaliate against females in Louisville who report this behavior. These offensive comments and threats are separate from the images, making it difficult for Facebook to detect them. I simply want my two photos removed from his page. Blocking him is not an option as I may need to take legal action against him, his cousin, and her boyfriend later due to the ongoing harassment and potential future posts. They even used a part of my name, Nikki, in a previous post to identify me to their friends. I have been informed that he possesses inappropriate nude photos of me from a past relationship and has threatened to share them on Facebook or messenger, especially because I ended the relationship. His actions are that of a bully, and he is using Facebook as a platform for his harmful behavior. I've heard that this is not an isolated incident and unfortunately, it seems like he will continue this behavior as he seems unstable.

I had an account years ago that I disabled. When trying to reactivate it, it asks to enable cookies, which are already enabled, and to upload documentation. I am hesitant to upload the documents as they have been misplaced before. My husband, using the same email, faced similar issues. How can we create accounts without uploading documents?

Hello, I am currently in the process of deleting my business account according to your guide on deleting FB business accounts. There was an attached account @MeferPhoto, which I previously used as a regular user... Unfortunately, I have no idea how or when this account suddenly became a sub-account of the business account. When trying to delete the page (so my personal account could be recovered), I encountered problems. To delete the page, I had to remove associated things... so I did... After deleting the page, I COMPLETELY LOST ACCESS TO IT! The Page Manager wasn't working, the personal account also has no access, and the business account is the same... I kindly ask for help... I know that contacting you is difficult but I really want to recover the MeferPhoto page :( Best regards, M.K.

Hello, I am currently in the process of deleting my company account on Facebook as per the provided guide. There was a linked account @MeferPhoto which I used as a normal user. Unfortunately, I am unsure when or how this account became associated as a subaccount of the company profile. When trying to delete the page, I encountered obstacles requiring me to remove certain connections. After doing so, I completely lost access to it. The Site Manager and my personal account no longer have any access, as well as the company profile. I am seeking assistance to recover the MeferPhoto page. 12 days ago, over the holidays, my Facebook account was hacked. The hacker changed my password and associated email, leaving me locked out. Despite trying all troubleshooting steps, I have not been successful in regaining access. I have contacted Facebook support multiple times and only received one response following ID confirmation. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, I have not received any further assistance. I am eager for them to change the associated email back to mine so I can regain access and rectify any damage done by the hacker. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to confirm my identity. My account holds years of personal memories and I am desperate to have it back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Micah Mitchell has been harassing me and my family using multiple accounts on your platform, sending violent and threatening messages, hate speech, and even photos of guns with threats to kill me. Despite having 25 of his accounts blocked, he keeps creating new ones to continue his harassment. After being on parole, he is now stalking us again. He has a history of violence, targeting not only me but also my friends and family. His current profile is "Micah Ifive." He specifically targets children and the elderly, showing no discrimination. I had to briefly unblock him to identify which friend or family member he used to gain access. He must be permanently banned from Facebook to prevent further harm.

I signed up for Facebook with an old email that I can't access anymore. When I tried to log in and reset my password, I followed the steps to confirm my identity with trusted contacts. I never received the email to my new account for resetting the password. Now I can't retry the process because the link has expired. I also receive an error message limiting my attempts. I checked my spam folder and waited, but still didn't receive the email. I need assistance resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hello, my Facebook account ([redacted]) has been disabled. I used this account solely to save my game progress and never posted or added friends. I didn't explore Facebook settings much as I wasn't interested in using it conventionally, like sharing with friends. I occasionally visited the website only to request password resets. Eventually, I couldn't log in and was asked for a picture of my face, which I found silly, so I sent a screenshot of one of my avatars. I also used a fake name (changed frequently) and blocked ways for people to find my account through phone number, email, or name. As a result, it's now disabled. I hope for some assistance, and thank you for your attention.

I am still waiting for a refund of over £[redacted] from Facebook that was fraudulently removed from my account. On December 30th, I reported fraudulent activity, and Facebook responded with Case #[redacted][redacted]. They mentioned that they refunded all the fraudulent purchases back to the original source and cleared any remaining outstanding balance. Despite this, I have not received my money yet, and there is still an outstanding balance on my account causing issues for my business. I have sent three messages to Facebook but have not received any responses addressing the problem directly. Please help me resolve this issue.

Hello, I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account. When attempting to log in, I receive a message stating that my account requires additional verification. Unfortunately, the email associated with my account, ([redacted]), is inaccessible as the email service provider, Ovi Mail, is no longer available online. Due to this, I am unable to access the email for recovery purposes.
