My name is Mosope Praise, which means "I thank God." I have already made contact with you. I am a music producer, not a hacker or fraudster. Originally part of True Worshippers and a choir group, but due to numerous groups with the same name, we changed ours to Twilight Praisers. During production, 80% of the choir didn't show up, so I ended up singing myself, leading to the name change to Mosope Praise. An automated service prompted me to invite friends to like my page, which I sent via Messenger. I didn't create the message; it came directly from Facebook. I wasn't aware of restrictions on sending messages to many people at once. When asked for an Access code, I used my UK number: [redacted]6. Please verify this.

Earlier today, on 1/10/[redacted] between 8 am and 10 am, my wife's account was hacked. I have had my account for years and use it for various purposes. Recently, I encountered issues with my Facebook login after signing up for AT&T FirstNet. Despite trying to validate my phone number and change my email, I did not receive the verification code to validate my phone number or be able to update my email. I have attempted multiple solutions in the past few days without success. I deleted many friends on my account, nearly 5,[redacted], as I did not recognize most of them. I am unable to recover my password due to not being able to access my old email account as I no longer remember the password and Microsoft cannot assist me in resetting it. I am desperate to regain access to my Facebook account and avoid creating a new one. I have tried every possible option in the Help center to reset my password without luck. Despite this setback, I can provide details about my account and verify my identity in other ways. I need assistance in resetting my password. My contact number is [redacted]. Please, send me an email and help me regain access to my account. Thank you.

I recently created my first Facebook account, but it was disabled. When I tried to set up a second account, I couldn't get back online. I really want my original account, belonging to Darlene G., with the email Darlene [redacted], to be restored. I've already sent my photo ID as requested, but I haven't heard back from them. I believe my account was disabled mistakenly. Please assist me in resolving this promptly. Thank you.

My Facebook account, linked to the email [redacted], has been hacked. I suspect the associated phone number, [redacted], was compromised too, as I'm not receiving any verification codes. Following the hack, I received an alert stating my email was also being targeted from Virginia Beach, which I believe is related. I furnished a copy of my driver’s license for verification and got a password reset link via email, but the subsequent code was never received despite multiple attempts. A week has passed, and after following Facebook’s instructions to submit a photo of myself with a unique code, I've not had any feedback. I urgently seek assistance in regaining access to my Facebook account.

I tried to post a Thanksgiving message on Facebook on Thursday, November 26th around 8:15 p.m. It was about being grateful, and Facebook deemed it inappropriate. My account got locked, and Facebook asked for three photos, suspecting impersonation. Sadly, my account got disabled, leading to the loss of connections with around [redacted] friends and followers. I also lost ten years of artwork and posts on my friends' pages. Skylar Jordan from Facebook has been helping me, but even after sending my driver's license photo three times, no progress. My online gallery, Hodd J. Whicker Gallery, along with all artwork, is gone. Some friends are hesitant to engage with my new Facebook page, fearing hacking.

Hello, I had set up a second Facebook account to create a page for my employer's business in the past. I had no idea at the time that having multiple accounts wasn't allowed since I knew others who had several accounts. Unfortunately, I can no longer access this new account, and as a result, the page I created for my employer's business under that account seems to have disappeared. I understand if I cannot access the account anymore due to Facebook's rules, but I would like to know if there is a way to transfer the page named "Black River Hydro LP," which is for a hydroelectric (Energy) company, to my primary Facebook account that I have had for 12 years. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

This morning while chatting with a friend on Facebook, I suddenly found my account deactivated without any warning. Facebook prompted me to download proof of identity, which I did, but my account remains inaccessible. I am deeply upset as all the pictures of my kids are on that account, along with connections to friends and business opportunities. I feel wronged and am considering legal action if necessary. Please assist me in reactivating my account to retrieve the precious photos and reconnect with my contacts. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a Facebook account that had been inactive for a while. When I attempted to use it for drop-shipping advertisements, it got locked due to suspicious activity. Despite verifying my identity by submitting my driver's license, the account remained shut down. I then tried opening a business account with a different email, but the same issue occurred. It's been a few months, and I've been unable to access Facebook since. I am eager to regain access to my personal account to resume advertising on Facebook. Any help or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I need help accessing our Facebook account that was created for our business in [redacted]. We haven't used it in years. I tried to reset the password using the associated email, but Facebook is now asking me to verify my identity either via text message or by identifying friends in photos. The issue is I can't do it via text as we have a business landline, and I can't use the friends option as it's a business account with no personal connections. I'm stuck and can't find a way to contact Facebook for support. Any advice would be appreciated. - Wayne L.

My name is Diana Lamarque Ayers, and unfortunately, my Facebook account has been hacked. Despite changing my password and providing my license photo, I am still unable to access it. To my dismay, when checking my husband and daughter's accounts, I've seemingly been removed completely. I attempted to create a new account, but it was disabled. This all stemmed from falling victim to a scam disguised as a contest where I was told I had won. However, after refusing to send an Amazon gift card, my account was compromised. My previous email linked to the account, [redacted], shows no record of association. I have relied on this Facebook account for the past 8 years and now find myself in need of assistance. Thank you.

I was released from prison on December 30, [redacted]. Upon trying to log in, I encountered an issue stating my account was locked and requested identification for verification. I submitted a picture of my ID card, received a link, but upon clicking, was directed to a Facebook maintenance page instead. After waiting an hour, the link no longer worked. Despite trying the code from the email, I still cannot access my account after ten days of attempts. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, my name is M.M., and I recently set up a new Facebook page for my YouTube channel called "Cool By Max." While populating the page, I took the opportunity to invite approximately [redacted] of my friends to like it. I followed Facebook's suggestion to use the provided invitation form, sending out 50 invites at a time with a short message explaining why they might enjoy the page. The response was positive, and many friends started liking the page. However, unexpectedly, my account got blocked for security reasons, and despite uploading my photo promptly upon request, my account remains disabled without a clear explanation. I suspect it was due to FB possibly mistaking my actions for spamming, though I was simply inviting friends as advised by FB without knowing about any limitations. I'd appreciate it if someone could review my account for reinstatement and clarify what led to its disablement to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone and encountered an issue with the Facebook app. Upon setting up my phone, I noticed that there were two additional profiles being prompted to load, presumably set up by a hacker or someone attempting to access my account. I was finally able to locate my real profile after accessing the first profile the app kept identifying as mine. I urgently need assistance in removing these two unauthorized profiles so I can use Facebook without any disruptions. It is crucial to delete these bogus accounts, as they all belong to the same individual. My legitimate account is under the name Leann Antey, and I do not recognize the profiles associated with Mary Antey or Bugzilla Booskerboo. This situation has caused me significant frustration and almost led me to consider abandoning the use of Facebook entirely despite it being a convenient means of communication.

I am unable to reset the password for my Facebook account. Previously, I had connected my Gmail account to my Facebook and stored necessary information on my cell phone, which unfortunately crashed. The phone number tied to my account has been changed, and I am unable to receive the reset text due to the new number. Additionally, I have forgotten my Gmail password, which was also saved on the same phone. Having acquired a new phone, I am locked out of both my Gmail and Facebook accounts. Although I have been cooperative in providing requested information for Gmail account recovery, I am unable to receive the verification code via text. I possess personal identification and information needed for verification purposes. It is important to me to regain access to my Facebook account as it contains sentimental photos of my late father. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been facing severe issues with phone spoofing and Facebook hacking. Unknown individuals have created fake accounts using my email, phone number, maiden name, and married name. These fictitious accounts are linked to me through my spoofed phone number and emails. Recently, I was falsely accused of stalking someone using a fake name on Facebook. However, the evidence presented in court showed that during the alleged incident, I was actually hospitalized due to seizures and temporary paralysis and couldn't have been using my phone. The accuser alleges that Facebook audited an account under the name Bethany ? and found it linked to my email and phone number. My phone number has been frequently spoofed, causing ongoing issues. I am cooperating with local law enforcement to address this identity theft situation, as it is illegal in Kentucky. The accuser happens to be my daughter, Christina Payton. I, Lynn(e) Lewis(Hitchcock), struggled to access my account for months due to it being linked to the fake account. Please assist me in dealing with this hoax situation, preventing further scams on my account. Thank you, LLH [redacted]

My Facebook page, active for 10 years, was hacked by someone who gained access through my original email that I rarely used. Despite flagging strange login activity from India and Vegas and changing my password, I lost access the following day. I have spent two months emailing Facebook every day for help with only automated responses, unable to regain my account filled with precious memories and contacts. Even after numerous people, including my mom, reported the issue by blocking my account, it was not resolved. I am frustrated with the lack of human support and the system's failure to address the unauthorized changes made by the hacker. I had an IMDb page under Kamila Talpa, and I simply wish to regain access to my account for my professional needs. I have tried creating new accounts, but they keep getting shut down without any explanation. I hope to receive help soon to rectify this distressing situation. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Chris R. My new email on this account is [redacted] I recently changed my phone number, and when I tried to log into Facebook, I received a "device not recognized" message. Despite my attempts to verify my identity, including sending photos of my Florida License and holding a blank paper with a code provided, as well as changing my password, I have not received any response from Facebook yet. I followed all the suggestions and explanations provided by Facebook support, but the lack of acknowledgment is concerning. I hope this message prompts a reply and a resolution soon. Thank you for your assistance in protecting my privacy, but I would appreciate a swift resolution to this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter, Chris.

I, Staci W., am facing an issue with my Facebook account after helping a stranded girl by allowing her to use my phone. Unfortunately, during that time, she changed my email address and removed my recovery email. Although my original phone number is still linked, she removed all current numbers. Despite knowing my password, I am now locked out with no way to verify my identity as the necessary document won't load. Facebook's lack of customer support phone lines has made it challenging to resolve this issue. I've tried various methods like password recovery and reaching out via email without success. If anyone can assist me, it would be greatly appreciated. My most recent contact number is now [redacted], while my previous one was [redacted].
