We've had an issue with a customer, so we made the decision to unpublish our page. Here's what happened: We had to cancel a customer's appointment because she included a pitbull in her grooming appointment with us. Due to our grooming guidelines and policies, we had to cancel it. We explained our reasons to her, but unfortunately, she misunderstood, thinking we were discriminating against her dog. Dogs can be protective, so we have to be cautious. Despite our explanations, she didn't seem to understand and may not have read our guidelines. The problem now is that she posted negative comments on our Facebook page, causing harm to our business. We would like Facebook to assist in removing this post, so we can return to normal business operations. The customer's name is N.D.C., and our page is called Happy Paws Pet Grooming Home Service. Hello, my name is Sommer Alford. This morning, I discovered that I can't access my Facebook account. I didn't receive any emails about changes to my account information. The hacker has altered my email and password. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook. When I messaged myself, the hacker claimed it was because they "hate her," which I interpret as a hate crime. Today, when I tried to log into my Facebook account, I received a message saying my password was changed 11 hours earlier, which I did not do. I attempted to recover my account by requesting a code to my phone, but I never received it. I then tried using my email but realized it's an old email address from over a decade ago which is now disabled. I also asked three friends to send me a code for confirmation to my new email address, but I did not receive the confirmation either. I'm unsure of what steps to take next, so any assistance in recovering my account quickly would be greatly appreciated.

I've had my Facebook account under the name Jackie Hardaker for 15 years without any issues. I am a spiritualist and receive daily feedback on my posts. Suddenly, I was asked to verify my account due to suspicious activity, and even after correctly identifying cars, traffic lights, fire hydrants, and photos of my contacts multiple times, it still didn't work. I've tried creating new accounts, but the same verification issue arises every time I upload a photo. I've lost access to my phone and SIM card, which was linked to my Facebook account. This situation is really disappointing for me.

I am unable to send messages on Messenger, even though I can make video calls and voice calls. I received a message stating that I am blocked, and I'm not sure why. The situation is frustrating because Messenger is the only way I can connect with someone important to me who only has access to Messenger through Wi-Fi. I didn't send any negative messages, but I am now blocked after receiving negative messages from others. This doesn't seem fair to me.

While enjoying playing PUBG Mobile on my phone, I encountered someone who messaged me about a site offering free gun skins. Upon visiting the site, I realized I already owned most of the listed items. Strangely, I was logged out of both Facebook and PUBG, being accused of violating terms despite not engaging in any improper behavior. Within 30 seconds, my Facebook was disabled. I just want to regain access to my Facebook account and resume playing my game without losing progress by having to create a new Facebook profile.

I have been blocked for 30 days due to alleged nudity on my profile. I'm an underwear model and maintain a page with tasteful and artistic content, void of explicit or nude images. It seems unfair to be penalized while there are clearly pornographic profiles scattered on my timeline. This suspension hinders my ability to use Messenger and Facebook for work purposes, such as booking customers and connecting with modeling agencies during the holiday season. I request the block to be lifted promptly.

I tried to log in with my last password, but it keeps saying it's incorrect and that I need to use a code for two-factor authentication. When I try to use my phone number, I receive an email with a code, sometimes not every time. I enter the code, input a new password, and then try to log in with the new password, but it always says it's incorrect. I've repeated this process multiple times without success. I'm unable to log in and other fixes require me to log in first. I need help on how to resolve this issue.

A few months back, my Facebook account got disabled. Despite my attempts to recover it, Facebook notified me that I am ineligible to use the platform. I subsequently created new profiles, but they met the same fate - disabled Facebook profiles. I want to emphasize that I solely use Facebook for personal purposes, like staying connected with family and friends, and do not share any inappropriate content. I am perplexed as to why this keeps happening. Will I ever regain access to Facebook?

I forgot my password and attempted to recover it using the trusted contacts method. After following the steps, the message displayed instructed me to check my email. It stated, "Congratulations, you have successfully proved your identity. An email was sent to [redacted] Click on a link in that email to continue your account recovery process. If you have not received an email in 30 minutes, see the Help Center." Unfortunately, I have not received any email at the mentioned email address despite multiple attempts.

I have had three Facebook accounts. Whenever a big life change occurred, I created a new one. One of my accounts was under the name Nikki J Reay, I am from Burlington, born on February 25, [redacted]. I can't recall the email address linked to it. I am desperate to access it because it contains precious photos and videos of my son as a baby which I don't have backups of. I am having trouble accessing my account. There are no options to receive help with the generator code, trusted contacts, or signing in. When I attempt to reset my password through my email, it provides a number I no longer have access to. I am unsure how to proceed to access my account. I am requesting assistance with securing my account. I have uploaded my ID, but my account is still not secure and I cannot access it. For the past three weeks, my Facebook account has been taken over by someone named Jessica Rios. She has been asking people on my friends list for money and even threatened me through text messages. I contacted AT&T regarding a cell phone issue and spoke to a representative in the Philippines named Neaj Yram Hester. A few days later, she added me on Facebook. Initially, I didn't recognize her because her name was spelled backward. In our conversations, she shared stories of hardship, like needing a bike to feel safe going to work. I ended up sending her money, but instead of buying the bike, she used it for rent and food. When I offered to send more for the bike, she claimed it was sold and used the money for herself. Realizing it was a scam, I confronted her, and she changed her name to Ehm Jhay and blocked me. Despite her attempts to contact me for more money, I reported the incident to Western Union and the sheriff's department as fraud. She also has another profile under the name Mary Jean Antipasado. I hope Facebook takes action to prevent others from falling into the same trap.

My brother received a message informing him that his account was locked due to logins from Microsoft Edge. I believe this happened when I used his computer under my Microsoft account and forgot to sign out before he logged into Facebook. Despite following the recovery steps, when he enters his birthday, it says it's incorrect. He has tried identifying known people and checking recent posts but still receives the same failed attempt message. Seeking assistance urgently!
