To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

I would be so glad if you could help me, so here's the problem* i deleted my old fb account and after that my ex boyfriend logged in and changed the password which i dont know and i also cant log into email because it was deleted by server because i didnt log in for like * months (i talked with their support also) and i cant make a new on with the same username so i think that way my fb acc is stolen and i have many important information ON THAT ACCOUNT it means very much to me so if you could help me in ANY way id be so grateful.
