I mistakenly made an Instagram account @matejeber with the wrong email. I have the username and password, but I'm getting a message saying "We Detected An Unusual Login Attempt" when I try to log in. I followed the steps for Android, but when I try to get help signing in and enter my username, no email or phone number is associated with the account. It seems there's no contact information on this account. How do I regain access to my Instagram page without having an email or phone number connected to it? I can provide a photo for verification if needed.

I paid a business partner using Messenger to split a dinner bill, but he had a card issue, causing the transaction to fail. Messenger deducted $40 twice and showed the transfer was on hold until 12/10 @ 9 am. Even after that time, it still shows pending, and neither of our accounts has received the funds. This whole ordeal has cost me $[redacted] for an $80 bill, as we had to find an ATM later. I've waited for 8 days, but I'm growing more frustrated by the minute. The help center hasn't responded after nearly 2 hours of trying to contact them.

Hello! My 24-year-old daughter, who has autism, enjoys using her Facebook account. Unfortunately, she recently gained 1,[redacted] friends from around the world who have been sending her inappropriate content and video calling her. I logged in and adjusted her privacy settings to Friends of Friends, but she is now unable to unfriend them due to Facebook's restrictions to prevent spam. While she can still post her Disney mashup pictures, the task of blocking 1,[redacted] people seems overwhelming.

My account got disabled due to multiple failed password attempts. I verified my identity with my phone number and submitted my photo ID for additional verification. After confirming my identity, a temporary password was provided, but I am unable to log in. When attempting to use the temporary password, it shows as incorrect, and the only available option is to repeat the same verification process. I have already gone through this process once before. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi, I am Keywena Allen and my assistant, Casandra Bailey, recently made an innocent mistake while setting up a Facebook business account on a personal profile. Good day, I am new to Facebook advertising and was not fully aware of all the terms and conditions in place. This led to my ad account being disabled after multiple warnings from Facebook. I mistook the warnings for network issues and continued posting ads, which ultimately resulted in the account being disabled. Earlier today, I accidentally used my Facebook account details on a website. Shortly after, when I tried to log in, I received an error message stating that my account had been disabled. I attempted to seek help through the help center, only to receive an email informing me that my account has been permanently disabled. I am kindly requesting for assistance to reactivate my account for at least 3 days so I can back up my memories. A lot of important things in my life are connected to my Facebook account. I recently received an email indicating that someone had accessed my account. Consequently, I changed my password via email as I was experiencing difficulties logging into my Facebook account. However, upon attempting to log in again, a code was supposed to be sent via SMS, which I have unsuccessfully tried 20 times. I reached out to Facebook for assistance, and while they promised to email me back, I have not received any response. It has now been over 2 weeks, and I am still unable to access my account.

I have been using Facebook Audience Insights to analyze audiences, and it was working perfectly. Suddenly, while trying to create a new audience, it stopped displaying any data. I tried replicating the same data set that had worked a few minutes before without success. It has been about 4 hours, and the tool still won't show any data on the graphs. I've cleared cookies, tried different browsers, and used multiple devices, including laptops, an iPad, and a phone. I want to know why this is happening and how to prevent it in the future. Currently, I am using an ad account linked to my personal profile, but I plan to create a new Business account for my private business. I hope this issue won't occur with my business account during a campaign.

Recently, a disturbing video of a friend surfaced on Facebook, wherein someone shared a revenge porn clip through messenger that has since been widely circulated. We reside in Tunisia, an Arabic, Muslim country, and the dissemination of such explicit material could have severe consequences for her. The situation is incredibly grave, and we are desperate to prevent this video from spreading further through private messages. I am deeply concerned for her well-being, especially considering she has already struggled with thoughts of suicide. The gravity of this situation weighs heavily on all of us, and I implore for any possible help or guidance in resolving this distressing matter.

I had a technician work on my computer in the beginning, and unfortunately, they caused significant issues. I lost access to all my accounts, and then my computer stopped functioning entirely. I had to switch to a different computer, and when I tried logging into Facebook, I encountered access problems. Despite attempting various passwords, I couldn't get in. The platform kept prompting me to try different passwords, contact numbers, and emails. It's frustrating as I've been a Facebook member since its inception, and this has never happened before. I'm quite disappointed by this experience. My new email is provided below.

My wife runs a small business where she posts weekly health tips for local independent pharmacies. We set up a personal account for her a while ago, which was fine at first. Upon attempting to log into my Facebook account, I discovered that my password had been changed, likely by a hacker, without my authorization. I took steps to secure my account and reset the password, only to realize that my account has been disabled. After reviewing the FAQ section, I believe the account may have been disabled due to a name change. When attempting to recover the account, the displayed name was not mine; I had originally set my name as "Kelvin Choo Cbw," whereas it appeared as "Kelvin Williams." I tried to retrieve my password through the trusted contacts system. After entering the codes, I received a confirmation message stating that my identity is verified, and an email will be sent to me at . If I don't get the email within 30 minutes, I should check the help section. I didn't receive the email, and I couldn't find any information in the help section on how to address this problem.

This afternoon, I utilized my Facebook account information on an online website. However, when I attempted to log into my Facebook account later, I received a message indicating that my account has been permanently disabled. I assure you that I have not violated any community guidelines knowingly. It seems that my account was accessed from a different server. I purchased two sweaters from a Facebook ad thinking it was American and using dollars, but paid 47 pounds with my debit card. After receiving an email that my order was on the way, the package arrived from China with items that didn't match the advertised products and lacked proper labeling. I've contacted Facebook and provided evidence of what seems to be a scam, but have not received a response from the company yet. I am hoping for a full refund, although I doubt I will get it from China. I believe Facebook should take responsibility for this as the items were advertised on their platform.
