I have sent two previous messages regarding my situation. My Messenger was hacked, but I changed my password at 12:50 PM EST yesterday. However, I cannot log in as I keep seeing a message saying, "You Can't Use Facebook Right Now. We're currently reviewing your submission." I have deleted the Facebook and Messenger apps, then reinstalled them, but still encounter the same issue. I changed my password again 2 hours ago, and my email has confirmed the owner change, yet I am still unable to log in. This has been ongoing for over 24 hours now. Someone else is using my second Facebook account. I have tried to delete it, but they keep recovering it, changing my email and password. They are messaging people on my Messenger, attempting to scam them. This has been happening for over a week now. Can you assist with this issue? I have informed all my contacts about it so they can be aware. When they confront the imposter on my other Facebook account, they get blocked. Please help me resolve this situation. People should not have to deal with this. My whole life was on the other account, and I can verify my identity and provide contact information to prove that this is me. I recently purchased a new phone and I'm having trouble logging into my Facebook account. The account name is Elle Bloomer, and the profile picture is a mirror selfie with me wearing black clothes. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password and I urgently need access as it contains important cadet-related information. I attempted to reset the password, but I no longer have access to the associated email and cannot receive the verification code on my phone.

My company created a Facebook profile named "Interiors Marketatl" to manage our business page without using personal accounts. The account got disabled for having a fake name. I am unable to log in and change it. I am struggling to contact Facebook to address this issue. None of the owners can edit the page from their personal accounts. I need access to make them admins. I am facing an issue with my Vova order. I placed an order which included a winter cashmere scarf with order number VISNXGI from JLJ. Despite it being marked as received in my orders, I have not received the item. Instead, I got a pair of inexpensive pop socks. I contacted Trustpilot, and their response was to press refund on my order. However, I am unsure how to proceed as the item is marked as received. I have already emailed them photos and called, but the contact details seem unresponsive as they claim not to know Vova. I am finding it difficult to get a refund without being able to communicate my complaint.

I have previously contacted Facebook twice with no response. I attempted to create an account a month ago, but it said my account needed investigation. Upon revisiting, it stated my page was deactivated. After waiting for weeks, I tried again with a new email, with the same result. My sister tried creating an account for me yesterday with no luck. I would appreciate any assistance in setting up a page with my personal email and on Instagram. Thank you, Christina.

I recently reset my browser due to computer issues. Upon doing so, I got logged out of all my accounts. When I attempted to log back in with my passwords, it claimed they were incorrect. I tried to reset my password, but I now use comcast.net instead of my old centurylink email, which I no longer have access to. This has left me stuck in limbo. I created a new Facebook account and am trying to retrieve my old profile information as I am still logged in on my phone. Unfortunately, I keep encountering an error. Is there any way someone can assist me or verify my identity so I can regain access to my old account?

Our company recently updated our social media handles, but we are facing challenges in changing our Facebook page name to match our new handles on Twitter and Instagram. Despite multiple attempts, our new name has been rejected by Facebook with no clear explanation provided. In addition, our page is now restricted from further name changes or adding new admin roles. We are unsure of any violations and have not received assistance on this matter. If we cannot resolve this issue, we may have to consider creating a new Facebook page, which is unfortunate after maintaining our current one for several years.

My nephew is receiving threats after a tragic incident. He is currently in jail, and our family is being harassed by individuals across the US. I am his Aunt and I urgently request the closure of his social media account to prevent further distress. These individuals are using his name to target us with threats. I have attempted to report the situation on Facebook without success. Unfortunately, contacting Facebook directly has proven challenging. I am frustrated by the lack of action on their part. Hello, I was recently logged out of my account due to suspicious activity that was not initiated by me. Unfortunately, I am unable to regain access as I have forgotten my password or it has been changed without my knowledge. The account recovery emails are being sent to an old email address ([redacted]) that I no longer have access to. I have tried to update it to my current email addresses ([redacted] and [redacted]), but I'm not receiving any recovery codes. I have attempted various account recovery methods to no avail.

My account was hacked, so I created a new Facebook account. When I try to add friends, I'm prompted to verify if I'm the account owner. After confirming, I'm asked to fill out a form to check if I'm a robot. Once I submit the form, the account gets hacked again. What should I do next?

I made a purchase from Best Selling Dealz/Retro Gadgets through the games Forest Tales and Cookie Crush on November 5 for $39.99. They charged my debit card but I haven't received my order yet. It feels like a scam as they keep asking to communicate via email. I'm concerned because the tracking number they provided doesn't seem valid. Can someone investigate this situation? I have been trying for two months to regain access to my Facebook account. Despite trying multiple passwords and reaching out for help, I have been unsuccessful. I have three Facebook accounts, but only one belongs to me. The account I am trying to recover has two pictures of my grandkids and me. I would appreciate it if someone from Facebook could contact me directly to address this issue. I have not received the code required to regain access to my account. I am Aaron J. and I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Facebook account. I have already contacted Facebook support and provided my ID for verification, but I am still waiting for instructions on how to regain access. I recently got a new phone number due to purchasing a new phone. Since I no longer have access to the email linked to my account or the previous phone number, I am unable to receive the SMS to reset my password. I deactivated my previous Facebook account some time ago because I created a new one to avoid confusion. After researching how to deactivate and reactivate accounts, it seemed like reactivating it would be simple by just logging in. However, when I tried to log back in, it shows that there is no account. This account holds all my photos from middle school until I graduated high school four years ago. I would not have deactivated it if I knew it would be permanent. I am eager to retrieve my pictures and videos from that account. Is there a way to reactivate it?

My Facebook account was disabled for adding new friends with no mutual friends in common. I contacted Facebook's help center and provided my username, full name, ID, and email password as requested. Despite repeatedly entering the associated email for the disabled account as instructed, the issue persists. I need assistance with this matter urgently!

I am experiencing difficulty as I have previously forgotten my password. In the past, I could reset my password by using my phone number, so I didn't have to update my email address that is currently inaccessible. However, now I am being asked to provide a picture ID to change the email address associated with my account. This process is causing me a great deal of stress, especially since the link provided after verifying my ID is not functioning. Additionally, I am unable to access my Spotify account because it is linked to my Facebook account, and I cannot remember my Facebook password. This situation has become quite troublesome, and I am eager to find a resolution.

My best friend's Facebook account has been disabled for the second time. His previous account was reported multiple times by his ex and eventually got disabled. He created a new profile last night, and it was disabled earlier today. His name is not offensive, and his profile and background pictures only featured images of himself. He is frustrated with Facebook as there seems to be no valid reason for his account to be disabled.

My Facebook account was hacked and the hacker changed my email address. I am unable to reset my password as the reset link is being sent to a Hotmail address set up by the hacker. The incident occurred on 12/2/[redacted] at 11:56 pm CST, with the hacker's IP address being [redacted].77.[redacted].[redacted] from Wagoner, Oklahoma. I have already sent a copy of my driver's license to verify my identity. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me at [redacted] or send me alternative instructions for resetting my Facebook password.
