If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

Hi there, I want to report an issue with my personal, Vimal Jagjivan, FB account. This Personal account has * Ads Managers accounts linked to it: ***************** and *****************, but ****** pixel is linked to Shopify Store. Friday Oct **, I've mistakenly created * ads under ****** account and published, with status 'In Review'. On Saturday,Oct **, I've realized the ads were placed in the wrong Ads Account (******). I've disabled the ads from ******, with status still 'In review', and create new ones under ****** account and published. These ads sets were approved within an hour and still running however, in the same day oct **, @*:**pm I got an email at *****@***.com that FB ads from ****** account got disapproved when in fact I disabled them earlier that day and they shouldn't have been reviewed and dissapproved by FB. For whatever reason FB disabled personal account in the same day. *Yesterday, Oct **, I wanted to login in the account, Vimal Jagjivan, to access and review the behaviour of the * ads under ****** account but I got the message that account is disabled and FB asking for a photo for authentication purposes. I've successfully sent the photo but I cannot still access this disabled FB personal account and the * ads are currently running. I want to access the FB account as soon as possible so I can update the status of the * ads to 'Inactive'. they're costing me money without any sales. I need your assistance as soon as possible and allow me to access this FB account, Vimal Jagjivan, so I can access the Ads Manager and disable the * ads under ****** ads account...FB is charging for these ads when they should be disabled but we cannot since I cannot access the account. PLEASE HELP!! WE NEED HELP asap!! *This morning, Ads Account ***************** got charged another $** for these active * ads. Please help me stop the madness and grant me access to this account as soon as possible so I can disable the Ads...This is just ridiculous at this point. We did our best to be courteous and understanding with this unfortunate situation even though FB disabled the account for NO REASON, but when our money saved up for running FB ads for our business is getting spent for no reason, I'm raising concerns...Please help me as soon as possible!! Thank you for your time and support.
