I recently got logged out of my Facebook and Messenger accounts unexpectedly. Facebook is asking for a text code to log in, but I can't receive texts as my mobile is not working. Additionally, when I try to sign in to Messenger, it says it's already active on another device, which is not expected. I suspect my ex-partner, who is potentially dangerous, might have hacked my accounts to track me. I urgently need to regain access to my accounts to ensure my safety and privacy.

My page got hacked, and I've been struggling to recover it without success. I really need help getting my page back or having the account deleted. It's frustrating that there's no phone number to call customer support. My old phone number, [redacted]8, is no longer active, and my old email, [redacted], has been hacked as well. This whole situation is causing me a lot of stress, especially because it's the first time I've experienced something like this, and I feel like I'm not getting any support from your team.

My Facebook account, which I've had for over 6 years, was disabled by Facebook. I submitted my ID and driver's license to prove my identity, but they disabled it because I used my artist title instead of my birth name. Many others on Facebook also use artist names. I feel unjustly targeted and haven't been given a chance to address the issue based on inaccurate information.

I've been blocked from my Facebook account for the second time without any explanation. I was posting an item for sale when I got completely removed from the platform. I need access back to my account as it has important work-related matters and helps me stay in touch with family in a different country. I made a profile to set up a business page, but the page creation requirements are too invasive. I reached a checkpoint asking for a photo upload, which I don't want to provide. I now wish to delete my account entirely and remove my information. I am unable to do so as I am stuck at this stage. Please help me delete my account without asking for more personal details.

Hello! I accidentally disabled my account by forgetting my password multiple times. I reset my password through email but got stuck in the recovery process. I've tried to log in but it says my account is disabled. I know my password but it gives me two options for confirming my identity: a phone number I don't have access to anymore or using a computer I've used before. I am reaching out regarding a user on Facebook Dating named Matt Mattison, with the email mmattison3110 and phone number [redacted]. I have unfortunately been in a relationship with him where I experienced various forms of abuse, including him harming my daughter. He has been stalking and harassing me, even using dating apps to track me. I have reported him multiple times to the police due to his behavior. Lately, I've been noticing multiple group requests approvals on my Facebook account that I didn't initiate. The odd thing is, I haven't sent out any group requests recently. Admins from these groups are interacting with me as if I requested to join, but I am unfamiliar with the groups. I haven't received any notifications for being invited to these groups either. What's peculiar is that these groups are aligned with my interests like horse communities, black humor, or places I have lived. I've already changed my Facebook password, yet the issue persists. My access timeline shows no unauthorized logins. I suspect Facebook might be sending out these requests without my consent, possibly to groups similar to my interests. I woke up at 3:30 p.m. in Arizona time and opened Messenger to check my messages. A pop-up message prompted me to re-login. After several unsuccessful attempts, I clicked on "Forgot password". When I entered my phone number, it displayed an email address that was not mine. Consequently, my friends informed me that someone else was using my account to message them.

Hello, my name is Jessica R. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I recently reinstalled the Facebook app on my phone and had to log back in. Unfortunately, the password I thought was correct isn't working, and I no longer have access to the email linked to the account. I usually can verify with my phone number, but this time it has locked me out. I tried submitting my driver's license photo through the support page but have not received any response. I received a 3-day suspension on Facebook for calling someone "delusional" but am unsure of the reason. I did not use any vulgar language or engage in bullying. However, I have observed other inappropriate comments about the President and our country that seem to go unchecked. This is not the first time I have been banned for expressing pro-America views. I have a screenshot of the comment in question, which does not contain any degrading content.

Yesterday at 12am, I was robbed, and today at 1:37 am, my account was hacked. The hacker changed my password and username to "Jay Jay" from Phillip Rogers. I am now locked out of my Facebook and Gmail accounts and need my page taken down immediately. My email address is [redacted] and my name is Phillip Rogers. I seem to have been logged out of my account, and when I tried to log back in, it displayed someone else's name, Payton Jacobs, instead of mine, John Barnett. Additionally, I cannot recall the password to my account, and I've forgotten the password to my Hotmail email as well. I attempted to recover my email account, but it stated that I did not answer enough questions correctly. These accounts were set up years ago, making it difficult for me to remember the necessary details to regain access to my profile.

A few weeks back, I suspect my Facebook account was hacked. I kept receiving notifications about someone trying to log in, leading me to repeatedly change my password. Frustrated by this, I decided to create a new account with a different email and password. However, Facebook unexpectedly disabled this new account, citing a violation. My account got disabled because someone reported me out of jealousy and hate. My account has over 4K+ friends. Before the incident, me and my affected friends received threatening messages. We believe the people who reported us are from a Loona (Kpop band) fanclub that spreads hate towards X1, our fandom. They seem to be targeting anyone connected to the band out of jealousy and hate, posting malicious content about them.

I am seeking assistance regarding a concerning incident involving my father on Facebook. I am reaching out to address the issue where a Facebook group admin falsely accused my father of theft through a live video, negatively impacting his reputation and book career. The admin fabricated a story claiming my father stole items he legitimately returned to their owner. These false allegations led to canceled book signings and a damaged reputation. I kindly request for the admin responsible for spreading false information to be held accountable by having her account deleted and restricted from Facebook. After activating my new phone, I attempted to log into Facebook but encountered an error message informing me that my information was not recognized. Despite multiple attempts, including trying to retrieve a code through my husband's account and using an old email, I could not access my account. Upon creating a new account, an unfamiliar name appeared, which was puzzling. I am unsure why this occurred and would like to continue using Facebook with my original account. Hello. I apologize for any language barriers. I am reaching out to address ongoing harassment directed at my employees by a certain page. As the owner of a clothing sales page where I employ students as models, I have observed the distress caused by this online bully toward my staff, whom I consider like my own daughters. The derogatory language and mocking demeanor displayed by the page [redacted] have deeply affected my team emotionally. Despite numerous reports, the hurtful and degrading content persists, including live videos mocking my employees and encouraging viewers to join in the humiliation. This behavior has led to anxiety and depression among my employees, and it is disheartening that previous reports have not resulted in action. The negativity, hate speech, and hurtful comments in both live videos and posts on the page are alarming. The recent incident involved the page owner ridiculing one of my staff members, which was particularly distressing. I urge for a thorough review of the content, as some is in Tagalog, Facebook's platform against bullying and its dedication to mental health awareness gives me hope for a resolution. Good day! Approximately almost two months ago, my account was hacked. I have followed all the instructions to retrieve my account, but unfortunately, despite many attempts, I have failed due to two-factor authentication. I have submitted my IDs to prove my ownership multiple times and still have not received the code. It's possible that I didn't have my number listed on my Facebook account information before it was hacked, and if there was a number, I no longer have access to it since I created the account in [redacted].
