Despite telling fb many times that I did not have the phone no they were sending veriications to, & sending them ID, they kept on sending it to the old phone & I was not receiving. Lost track of how many verification emails I sent to them but they kept on sending to same old phone for some reason, when I had confirmed many times to them that I did not still have this phone. Got there in the end after many hours of wasted time.

GetHuman-oddment did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.

If other customers have the same issue as I had, which was that I had lost the phone they were sending the verification codes to & I replied many times to FB & sent ID many times to say this but they were not listening. All I can say is just keep on & on to them with the same message & in the end they will take notice - but it does take a long while for them to send an email to me asking what number they should use for verification! That is all I can say.
