I'm experiencing issues with Facebook constantly removing my accounts. Despite opening new accounts, they keep getting taken down. My friends are confused because they can still access my old account with an error message from Facebook, leading them to report my new ones mistakenly. I've tried reaching out multiple times but haven't received a solution. I am a nurse battling depression and these constant disruptions are distressing. I have recently been blocked for THIRTY days for sharing an Attitude Magazine article from December [redacted]. It's almost been two years since then. I use your platform for work purposes. Could you please explain what policy I violated by sharing that post? Have you banned the many others who also shared it? I believe the article is not offensive and was shared by thousands without repercussions. I'm confused by this sudden ban and feel helpless since I use my pages for work, especially during this busy time of year. I request the ban to be lifted as it's affecting me greatly.

I recently created a Facebook account after beginning my studies at a university in Scotland. As a non-native English speaker, I chose to use an alternative spelling "Yuri Pekarovich" instead of my legal name "Juraj Pekarovič" to facilitate communication with others. Despite this, my account was disabled by Facebook for an unknown reason. I have already submitted the required form to Facebook Support, including my ID and student card. While I believe I have not violated any rules, I have not received any meaningful response beyond an automated email for a week. This has caused difficulties in communicating with fellow students about important events and information. Hello, I am Tyler James Palmer, also known as Dstustic James Stustic on Facebook. I am an underground rap star. Unfortunately, my page has been repeatedly hacked despite having Facebook security measures in place. My account was created approximately four years ago, around September 25th. Recently, when I reset my phone, someone accessed my account, changed the information, and I was billed for the same details I had before the hacking incident. I find this situation unfair. I believe this intrusion was perpetrated by an individual named Mark Doyle. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter as my Facebook page is integral to my livelihood. Thank you.

I registered on Facebook using my real name but shortly after, my account was disabled without any friends added, only a company page created. I followed the Help Center instructions and submitted copies of my passport, state ID, and bank card. Facebook mentioned an email would be sent, but it has been 3 months without any update. I continue to submit my IDs monthly, hoping for a resolution. I verified I did not breach any policies and my account details are authentic. I rely on Facebook to connect with friends, message them, and be social. I am unsure of the next steps to regain access to my account. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out with an issue regarding my Instagram account, which I believe can be resolved through Facebook. Recently, I received a temporary lock on my Instagram due to suspicious activity. Prior to this, I changed my password once as a precaution after noticing a scam post on Ray Bans on my account. I need to set up a personal account first to create a business account for my university department. Unfortunately, after setting up the personal account, it was disabled. I've tried twice to have it reinstated by submitting a copy of my driver's license but haven't received any communication from Facebook. My department needs to finalize new marketing materials including Facebook, so reactivating the account is urgent. I need help linking my Facebook page to my Instagram account. My Instagram account, ramin_akbarnia, was created years ago but never used until today. My goal is to advertise on Instagram through paid promotions on English Now's Instagram page, iwantenglishnow, which has also been dormant for years. However, I am encountering difficulties with posting personal content on Instagram and sharing it on Facebook due to permission issues. I cannot locate relevant information under "help," and the "account" option in Facebook settings is missing on both the computer and phone. Hello, We utilize the aginap.com domain and its subdomains like app.aginap.com for our bot creation platform. It is disheartening that a domain providing a global service is currently blocked. This is the second time this has occurred. I have clearly explained the situation before and emphasized the importance of adding it to the whitelist to prevent recurring issues. The negative consequences involve customers being unable to connect and concerns regarding bots and other services. Additionally, our [redacted].lu discount link has been blocked for several weeks. Despite sending multiple requests, we have yet to receive a resolution. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Yesterday afternoon, on 9/25, I received a message from a friend on Messenger containing a link to a YouTube video that supposedly featured me. When I clicked on the link, I was prompted to download a file to watch the video. After doing so, I was asked to download another file. Only later did my friend inform me that she had been hacked and advised against opening the link. Unfortunately, it was too late as I had already clicked on it. About an hour later, I found myself blocked until 7 pm the next day for a Facebook violation. Additionally, while on Facebook, I encountered an error message stating my account had been disabled. Upon attempting to log back in, I was instructed to contact the help center if I believed this was an error. I rely on Facebook for work purposes, connecting with movers in different states I am delivering to. It is essential for Facebook to address this issue promptly and reactivate my account.

I believe there is a fake Facebook account using my daughter's identity, Suzanne Mitchell Martin Piercy. The profile shows her wearing a gray shirt with cash design, short brown hair, and a background with purple writing. I have reported this to Facebook and asked her friends to do the same. Despite the reports, the account still exists, using her information. The phone number linked to the account is [redacted]. I am urgently requesting Facebook to delete this account as it is not my daughter's. Thank you.

I have a protective order against my ex, Steven Capre, for domestic violence. When I left a year ago, he took my phone and tablet, changed my passwords, and has been using my old Facebook account since. After my daughter Hayley Sherrill alerted me to a post Steven made pretending to be me, I asked my friends to block the old account. Shortly after, my new account was disabled. I suspect Steven is using unknown credentials to access my old account. I had previously blocked the old page and asked my friends to do so too.

My phone was stolen on 8-23-19. I've reported it to the police and Facebook. The thief is using my Facebook account, but I'm locked out. Despite confirming my ID with a picture, I'm still unable to access my account. As a senior citizen living alone with no family nearby, this situation is unfair. I've been ill and hospitalized for the past two weeks, and my relatives are trying to reach out to check on me. However, my Facebook account needs to be working for us to communicate. Facebook, please remove the fake account ending in *****34 from my page. When my stolen phone was traced, it led to a name "Semaj Maior" or "Major" at [redacted] South Harlem Avenue in Forest Park, IL. There shouldn't be a secondary account with a skeleton/ghost picture; I only have one account with a hat picture. Please resolve this promptly. Thank you.

Good morning, I am Becky Mercier, the public relations chairman for the Craftsmen's Guild of Mississippi. Currently, we have two active accounts - the Craftsmen's Guild of MS ([redacted][redacted]) and the Chimneyville Arts Festival ([redacted][redacted]). I am attempting to merge the Chimneyville page into the Craftsmen's Guild page, but I received a message stating that I do not have sufficient permissions for the Craftsmen's Guild of MS page. This issue also arose when I tried to link our Instagram page to our Craftsmen's Guild page. Upon further investigation, I believe there may be a third account, potentially unpublished, for the Craftsmen's Guild of MS ([redacted][redacted]). We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these conflicts. Our goal is to merge the Chimneyville page into the existing Craftsmen's Guild page ([redacted][redacted]) and possibly merge the ...[redacted] account as well. I help manage a Facebook Page for a local organization, and it's time to pass on the role to someone else. The page was set up by me with no other administrators. A year ago, Facebook enforced new account naming rules, causing my account name to change and temporarily freeze functions until I updated it. Recently, when trying to assign a new role, I noticed my SINGLE account appearing as two: my old name as an administrator (greyed-out) and my current name as an 'editor' unable to manage roles. I am looking to have my current account's privileges reset to 'Admin' status.

While posting on a Facebook group page, I was unexpectedly logged out and requested to provide a photo of myself for security verification. It has been more than 24 hours, and I am still locked out of both Facebook and Messenger without any updates on the verification process. Members of the group have mentioned that my previous posts are blocked, and I am unable to receive messages on Messenger.

I recently purchased an ultrasonic tm machine from beautyracks.com. I haven't received a tracking number for my order, which I find concerning since the payment has gone through. I attempted to reach out to them, but there has been no response. The purchase was made through a Facebook ad, and I suspect that it might be a fraudulent advertisement aimed at deceiving customers and taking money. I am eager to address this issue promptly to prevent any further occurrences. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter legally. I believe Facebook should take responsibility for the ads displayed on their platform to ensure they are from legitimate businesses.

I recently blocked someone on Facebook Messenger, and they did the same to me. We both decided to unblock each other. Now, I am able to send them messages and call them, and I can see when they have read my messages. Strangely, they cannot send me any messages, though they can still call me. I have double-checked, and it shows that I haven't blocked them, and they haven't blocked me either. Is there a way to resolve this issue so we can communicate both ways again? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
