I am experiencing issues with 5 of my Facebook pages linked to my main profile account. For the past 2-3 days, these pages only show the cover video and fail to fully load. Despite submitting multiple "Report A Problem" requests, I have only received generic responses. I have compared my pages to others that work fine, and I was in the process of migrating my videos to the top page linked here over the next six months. However, this situation makes me hesitant to rely on Facebook pages for business advertisements. I have tested this on 4 different browsers, primarily using FireFox. I have not been notified of any actions taken against my account by Facebook, and there are no visible signs of such actions. If any action has been taken, I have not been informed, which raises concerns about trusting Facebook with my paid business promotions when my pages fail to load properly. Thank you. For the past month, I have been receiving frequent emails from Facebook warning me that someone may be trying to access my account. Despite having two-step verification with SMS codes on my phone, each time I log in from a different location, I have to enter a code to access my account. However, the issue persists, with emails requesting friend recognition and password changes arriving at the same time every day. Despite changing my password multiple times, the problem remains. I reached out to Facebook for help, but the automated hacking solution did not resolve the issue. I have scanned my computer for any malware, but it appears clean. I mainly use my computer for coding and do not have viruses on it. I have changed my password about 20 times and need assistance to regain access to my account without facing these daily interruptions. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I recently had to get a new phone due to my previous one's screen going black. The issue is that I changed my phone number around five months ago but forgot to update it on my Google and Facebook accounts. I created a new Google account, entered my number for Facebook, but it directed me to someone else's account. Although Facebook claims to be sending me a code, I never receive it. I fear it may be going to my old number, and I am stuck not being able to access my old account with all my important data, including photos and websites. I had to create a new Facebook account years ago due to a similar issue and would like to avoid doing it again. I desperately need assistance in recovering my original account.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have encountered issues creating a Facebook account multiple times over the past few days due to problems like password resets, code issues, and phone number verification. Despite having only one Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone with two SIMs, I faced continuous requests for photo verifications and additional phone numbers. To tackle this, I purchased a new Jio network SIM and successfully created an account this evening, only to have it blocked after posting a picture a couple of hours later. I have tried requesting calls for assistance numerous times to no avail. My email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], Sahajananda [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] However, despite using [redacted] to log in, the new Facebook account was also blocked. I am unable to obtain a new phone number easily. I kindly request a call to my mobile numbers provided [redacted], or contact me via email at [redacted]. Please clarify the issues with my account or posts promptly. Looking forward to a positive response. Thank you, Sahajananda Teerth

I have two Facebook pages that I created and have been administering - Proverb31Girls and Proverb31Woman. Despite my daughters' lack of involvement, I have taken responsibility for managing and posting content on both pages. I have tried to request a name change or merge the pages, but Facebook has rejected my requests. Both pages clearly display my name and picture, and I am the one putting in the effort to maintain them. It is frustrating to have to do double work when I could effectively manage one combined page. I am reaching out for assistance in merging the pages, specifically keeping Proverb31Woman and incorporating Proverb31Girls into it. I will also explore other options and my rights in this matter. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had to delete the email account I used to sign up for Facebook because it was hacked a few months ago. Now, I can't access that email to recover my account. I would appreciate assistance in resetting my password or changing the email linked to my account. Although I believed I had a phone number linked as a backup, it's not being recognized. Can you advise me on how I can verify my identity to Facebook to update my email address and password?

I recently received a call informing me that my account was compromised. To get it fixed, I was instructed to purchase $[redacted] worth of Google Play cards and provide the codes. I obediently followed this, with the final $[redacted] payment for taxes due today. Shockingly, I was told today that I need to buy the same amount in Google Play cards because the server needs a refresh. The amount would double by tomorrow. I am a disabled senior and exhausted from repeatedly giving money to Facebook, with no refund, most of which I had borrowed. I am bombarded with letters and frequent calls from these individuals. I suspect I am not only a victim of a hacked account but also ongoing hacking attempts. My name is Melvin Louis Walden, and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. On another note, my Facebook account has been restored.

Dear Facebook, I'm writing to offer a formal apology for breaking your guidelines. After reviewing your advertising policy thoroughly, I have identified the specific policy we violated under the prohibited content section regarding Personal Health. The policy states that ads cannot include "before-and-after" images or images implying unrealistic results to promote health-related products. Our breach stemmed from using "before-and-after" images provided by clients on our main advert and Facebook page. We take full responsibility for this oversight and have promptly removed all such images from our page. Moving forward, we commit to never reposting these images and ensuring they are prohibited in the future. Kindly let us know if there are any steps we can follow to reactivate our Facebook advertising account, as we value our business relationship and hope to continue working with you.

I recently addressed a similar concern here but I can’t recall my primary question. My Facebook page was unpublished inexplicably, only to be republished later. In brief, I shared a YouTube link on the page and boosted the post through Facebook advertising. The ad was reviewed and authorized by Facebook. However, after I paid for the promotion, the link stopped working. Facebook now prevents me from reposting it due to its alleged violation of community standards. I am perplexed why they endorsed and charged me for an ad they now find in violation. The content does not breach any community guidelines. I seek clarification on how my post infringes on these standards and why Facebook would approve and bill me for advertising it. Moreover, I am unsure what adjustments I should make to repost the video successfully. Perhaps modifying hashtags or phrasing could help. Thank you.

Hello Team, I am reaching out to address the disabled status of my Facebook account. Here are the account particulars: Username: [redacted] I set up a business/professional account to oversee multiple Facebook pages for my company. We prefer a corporate profile on Facebook over linking personal profiles to business pages. It has been over 48 hours since my account was disabled, and there has been no response despite providing the requested photo ID. We have an ongoing paid advertising campaign on Facebook tied to our business pages, and our clients are unable to access them due to this disablement. I urge you to review my situation promptly and reactivate my account. Please feel free to reach out for more details regarding my case. Best regards, Anand Sampat Yogiji's Food Mart New Zealand

Hello, my name is Wingn Vi S. Atienza, and I'm reaching out for assistance in recovering my Facebook account. I seem to have encountered an issue with my password where it's not allowing me to access my account even though my email is correct. I've not changed my password recently, so I'm unsure why it's not working. Unfortunately, my phone number is no longer active, making it harder to recover the account. Although my Gmail is not linked to my Facebook, I have trusted contacts who provided me with three codes to recover it. However, when I attempt to use the codes, I receive an error message saying I'm trying too often. My account is significant to me, holding memories since [redacted] that I don't want to lose. I appreciate any help in retrieving it. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am reaching out regarding my old Facebook account that holds sentimental value to me. Several deceased friends and family members are connected to it, and it is my only way to remember them. Due to a safety concern with harassing messages, I changed the last name on the account to Rosie Bodoquito from Rosie Solis. However, I no longer have access to the original phone number or email I used to create the account. Despite creating a new account to stay in touch with family, I sincerely wish to regain access to my old account for the memories it holds. I have tried various methods to recover it, including contacting Facebook support, but have not been successful. I can provide identification if needed. Please assist me in restoring my old Facebook account linked to the email [redacted] with the password nblCuliacan5.

Hi, my name is Sheila Sweet. On June 29, [redacted], a guy named Dequan Richardson messaged me. When I opened the message, he had sent a picture of his private area, which I found offensive. I replied to him questioning his manners and mentioned that his behavior was unacceptable. I informed him that I would not delete the message and would expose his actions on Facebook. I also said that I would report his behavior. He then claimed he lost his phone and pleaded for me to believe him. I questioned if he had reported the lost phone to the police and FB. The next thing I knew, he had blocked me, and now I am unable to access my FB account. Please investigate this matter. Thank you for your help.

My Facebook account, Emcee Tarmizi Mizi, has been inaccessible on my Mac since [redacted] due to it being temporarily locked by Facebook. I removed several friends from my friend list in March [redacted], and my account was suddenly shut down in the process. Despite multiple attempts to log in and change my password, I have been unable to access the account as it remains locked. I have reached out to Facebook via email, but my messages were blocked, leading me to create a new account. Currently, my friends can view my account, but I am still unable to log in. I rely on this account for business and promotional purposes, as it connects me with friends and customers. I kindly request Facebook's assistance in resolving this issue and restoring access to my Emcee Tarmizi Mizi account as I am the rightful owner.

Recently, my business Facebook account was hacked, and unauthorized ads were posted. Facebook resolved the issue, but now I am facing a problem where I keep getting a message asking me to verify my identity by identifying friends based on their pictures and selecting recent comments. Despite several attempts on different browsers and devices, clearing caches, and contacting Facebook for help, I keep receiving an error message stating my identity cannot be verified. This issue has persisted for a week, impacting my ability to manage my business's marketing efforts on Facebook. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Hello, Yesterday, I was automatically logged out of my Facebook account on both my personal iPad and iPhone, which are my daily go-to devices. I have the Authenticator app set up for two-step verification on Facebook, but it's not sending me a code to enter in the app. Despite changing my password, deleting the app, and restarting my phone, nothing has worked. I asked my mom to check my page, and it doesn't appear to be hacked. I've already tried some suggestions sent via email, all to no avail. There are no reported AT&T outages in my area. Is there a way to send me a verification code to my email [redacted]? I've had this account and these devices for years, and I'm frustrated by this situation.

Dear Facebook Support, I am reaching out about my hacked Facebook account, which belongs to me under the name "DARWIN VILLANUEVA CARIAGA." The hacker, known as Jasmin Marie Sunga, has an account under the name "BLAIR RUTHERFORD." This person changed my account's password, email, and phone number to prevent me from recovering it. Initially, the email and phone number associated with my account were [redacted] and +[redacted]10, respectively. These were altered to [redacted] and +[redacted]88. Consequently, any password reset attempts send the verification code to the hacker's email and phone. I urgently request assistance in reclaiming my Facebook account to prevent misuse by the hacker. To notify my friends about the situation, I created a temporary account named "DARWIN CARIAGA" to explain that the current user is not me. Losing access to the account is distressing due to the invaluable memories it holds (such as my daughters' achievements, vacation photos, and moments with my grandsons). I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you. Darwin

My Facebook account was disabled without authorization, and it seems someone else has been using it to add random people. The profile contains my real identity, and I need help passing the security check to access and delete the information. I have sole access to the email linked to the account, which is also tied to three other emails if confirmation is needed. I want to regain control to remove any unauthorized content and permanently delete the account to disassociate it from my email. It's crucial for me to safeguard my private information on this profile. Unauthorized access has been ongoing for two years, and I urgently need my account back.

Hello, I purchased a Light And Compact Camper on 06/30/[redacted] from an ad on Facebook with order number [redacted]. I paid $[redacted] via bank transfer. After receiving a confirmation email from FWIEFUVNWN CLUB (which is actually TEARAGE STORE), I was told on 07/03/[redacted] that my order was in progress with a tracking number. However, both the tracking link and the button to view my order are not working, and the TEARAGE STORE Facebook page has disappeared. TEARAGE STORE operates under different names on Facebook such as IEFHS ROCKS, CBUIWW ROCKS, WIEFI GENERATORS, and FWIEFUVNWN CLUB. I have tried contacting the supposed contact person, Emily Taylor, at [redacted] but have received no response. I am uncertain if this is a scam, but I am concerned about getting a refund if it is. I have attempted to reach out to TEARAGE STORE and FWIEFUVNWN CLUB without success. I have also contacted Facebook, but they have only blocked me from the page, which I find unfair. The Facebook pages associated with this issue are still active. Regards, BW

I continue to receive email notifications informing me about unusual access to my Facebook account. Every time I attempt to log in, I am greeted with a message stating my account is temporarily locked. Subsequently, I go through the process of resetting my password which seems to resolve the issue temporarily. However, after a day, the same cycle repeats. I have reset my password five times already, and this morning the problem recurred. The notifications mention access from the U.S. twice and this morning from Safari on an Apple phone. I am concerned about the repeated security breaches and the continuous locking of my account despite the password resets and security measures I have taken.
