A couple of weeks ago, I encountered an issue with a promotional offer on Facebook. After selecting a present and completing a survey, I played a game and was promised a $1,[redacted] Visa gift card upon reaching level 3. This gift card was supposedly part of Facebook's 15th-anniversary celebration. However, despite following all the instructions and selecting the gift card, I have not received it. Following the survey, I have been bombarded with numerous phone calls daily. I am seeking clarification on the status of my gift card. It is frustrating to go through all the steps only to be left empty-handed. If this was merely a tactic to collect personal information, it is unfair to mislead individuals by creating false hopes of winning. I await a prompt resolution to this matter as the entire situation seems deceptive and disappointing.

My Facebook Marketplace has been suspended, and I'm not sure why. I have been listing various items without any issues, renewing them as needed, until one day I got suspended for violating commerce policies. I wish to know the specific problem with each listing so I can address it. Having access to the Marketplace is crucial for me, and if I can't resolve this, I might consider deleting my Facebook account. Many others seem to be facing similar problems, where items are suspended without a clear explanation. I have tried to find help on this, but to no avail. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I recently had my ad account for @Investorball disabled because it didn't comply with the guidelines. I now realize my mistake and won't try to re-enable it. However, I've noticed several other accounts daily promoting gambling much more extensively than I was. Many sports betting businesses openly flaunt money, falsify results, and include poker chips in their ads. My simple $30 promotion directing people to our blog got me disabled, while my competitors engage in far worse violations without consequence. I have evidence with screenshots of these promotions and can provide the names of around 50 businesses breaking the rules. It feels unjust to disable my account while letting others get away with more. I hope you take action against these cheating accounts. I'm willing to assist by sharing Instagram handles and screenshots to address this issue. Best, Adnan

I'm struggling to regain access to my Facebook account, previously under the name Fred Vincent Akugbe, now changed to Fred Erick. I attempted to delete some old posts and it seems that this activity has led to my account being suspected and locked. The only recovery option provided involves confirming a code sent to a phone number I no longer have access to. As a result, I am unable to log in to my own account and I'm in need of assistance to resolve this issue. Any help in recovering my Facebook account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I lost my phone with my Facebook account logged in, making it challenging to access my account on my new phone due to forgetting my password and losing access to both my recovery emails. I followed Facebook's instructions to submit pictures of my I.D. to verify my identity. After doing so, I received an email to the accessible account with a link to reset my password. However, when I tried to change it, an error message appeared stating I had attempted too many times, even though it was my first try. I am now unable to regain access to my Facebook account and hope for a solution to this issue. Can anyone advise on how I can successfully log back in?

Dear community, I wanted to alert you about a hacker misusing Professor Denis Regis's name on the site to swindle students out of thousands of dollars under the guise of helping them secure scholarships from reputable universities worldwide. Professor Regis is well-respected in Haiti and has a school background, even serving in the United Nations. Despite his efforts, the hacker continues to operate, prompting him to leave Facebook. Professor Regis reached out to me for assistance after I added him as a friend on FB. I can confirm that the hacker, posing as Professor Regis, tried to sell me a fraudulent scholarship. It is crucial we work together to stop this hacker from preying on innocent students. Your cooperation in addressing this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Martine Pierre-Gilles

A strange situation: I deactivated my Facebook account around two years ago under the name Aubrey Diaz, and I believe I used my email [redacted] During my attempt to recover it, Facebook couldn't recognize me but kept linking me to an "Adam Torres" account I created many years ago using the same email. I originally used that account for Degrassi role-playing as a teen, and now I can't locate my actual account. My name and photo don't show up when I search with my email or phone number. I have always resided in Tampa, FL, and hoped this information, along with my email, would assist me in regaining access to my genuine account. I kindly request Facebook to solve this by removing the Adam Torres account (I give permission, as I lack any IDs with that name) and guiding me on how to reactivate my real account.

Hello, I manage a group with approximately [redacted] members. Before I took over, there was a Facebook account instead of a page for our organization. The login details for this account were lost. It needs to be deactivated to avoid confusion since its name and content are similar to our new page. I am looking for a way for Facebook to help deactivate this old account to avoid any misunderstandings for our members, parents, and families when they try to find us on Facebook. Thank you

Hello, I'm Harley. Recently, someone hacked my account and I got locked out, as I couldn't remember the old email associated with it, and I also have a new phone number. I tried creating a new account with my current email and number, then went through a verification process with a photo, but got a notification that the new account was disabled. I attempted creating another account on a laptop, but now I'm facing difficulty logging in as it's asking for my phone number, which it doesn't recognize as valid. How can I resolve this problem?

Our small non-profit has one part-time employee who opts out of using Facebook. In an attempt to create a Facebook page for our organization, we set up a generic account with a fabricated name to maintain consistency after potential employee changes and to avoid personal information disclosure. While setting up the page, we were prompted to verify the account through a photo authentication, and we submitted our organization's logo as advised. Unfortunately, Facebook disabled the account. 1. Are there any steps to reactivate the disabled account? 2. If not, how can we go about ensuring the deletion of our account and the unpublished draft page?

My page was hacked, and all my information was changed, including my Gmail and phone number. I've had this page for nearly 11 years, and suddenly everything is open to the public. I can't access my account on my phone, although others can see it. I'm unable to log in to Facebook despite following the procedures provided. It's distressing as I have personal pictures and 11 years of memories stored there. I have the profile name of the person I suspect hacked me. I'm desperate to regain control, as I use the page to connect with family worldwide. If anyone can help, please contact me at [redacted]

I recently discovered that my Facebook account was compromised. The password was changed and I am unable to log in. Friends informed me that unknown friend requests were being sent from my account. I tried to reset the password but faced issues as the linked email was created over a decade ago. Despite sending my ID to Facebook for verification, the reset link provided did not work, and I couldn't retry. Additionally, the email they claimed was added is not recognized when attempting to reset the password. This breach is concerning as the hacker now has access to my private messages and has used my photos to create an Instagram account. Any assistance in resolving this security breach would be greatly appreciated.

I have two accounts, and when I installed Messenger, it prompted me to continue as my secondary account. Upon entering my phone number, I received an error message stating the number was associated with my primary account. When I tried to switch back to my primary account, it indicated that another account had already used my phone number. I tried to verify my number but did not receive the verification code. After multiple attempts, I was blocked from my account for using the app too quickly. I am now unable to log back into my account and would appreciate any assistance.

I received a notification that my password was changed without my permission. Following the prompt, I changed it only to receive another alert the next day saying it was changed again, which I did not do. When attempting to change it, I was asked to provide an email code, but I no longer have access to that email. Despite trying various options on the help screen, I was stuck in a loop where it kept trying to send a code to the inaccessible email. Another path required a new email and photos of my ID, followed by an email with a reset link that did not work. I have attempted all the steps multiple times but remain locked out of my account due to the lack of a direct user interface for assistance on Facebook.

My partner and I usually transfer money through Messenger and I suspect my account got hacked. There were unauthorized charges on my card related to his current location. After reaching out to the company, they confirmed a charge made under his name, which he didn't recognize either. Since he doesn't have direct access to my card unless I provide it, it seems like someone may have compromised either of our accounts. I managed to dispute the charges, but I feel uneasy using Messenger for money transfers now. I hope this issue doesn't affect the other two accounts linked to my card on there.

I created a second account with a name similar to mine to check what others could see on my main account. After not using it for a few years, I decided to start using it for my cosplay persona. Initially, I logged in successfully, but when I attempted to change the account name, I got logged out. Despite numerous attempts, I did not receive the required code to log back in. Whenever I try to access the account, it prompts for a code that never arrives, creating an endless loop. I lack friends, a phone number, or any posts on the account, except for a simple profile picture. How can I resolve this issue?

I am reaching out regarding a Facebook Messenger Payment transaction with ID number [redacted][redacted] for $[redacted] sent by Maureen Judd on 8/1/19. This money, along with other funds I received recently, is intended for my mortgage payment to prevent foreclosure on my home, due today at 5:00 p.m. EST. I urgently transferred this money through Facebook Messenger, assuming it would be quick and effective; however, I now realize that was a mistake. If this payment is not processed immediately, I risk losing my home. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue as I cannot afford any delay. The $[redacted] has been released by the bank, validated by Maureen Judd, and is not being held by my PayPal account, indicating that Facebook is withholding the funds arbitrarily. I cannot wait 2-3 days as stated in the automated response, as that timeline will leave me and my 12-year-old daughter homeless. I implore for immediate attention and resolution to release the funds without further delay.

I seem to be experiencing an issue with my Facebook account. After resetting my password due to a hack, my profile appears blank and all my friends are missing when I log in. Strangely, when viewing my account from a friend's profile, everything looks normal with my profile picture, background, and friends list intact, just no recent posts visible. It is crucial for me to restore my account fully as it holds sentimental value and connections, especially since it's a way for me to stay in touch with my late son's friends and cherish memories through photos and posts. I appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this. My name is Alisa Peach.

This morning I was logged out of Facebook because it showed a login in Texas, even though I am in Ohio. I changed my password but just 20 minutes later, I found myself logged out again. The email linked to my account is outdated, I only use Facebook on my cellphone. Despite changing my password, it's now claiming my new password is incorrect and the email is linked to a different phone number. I suspect someone is messing with my account, and I'm frustrated. I want to regain access to my account, remove the old email, and update it with my current one. The security measures are concerning if a stranger can freely access my account. I need assistance to resolve this.

I have made several attempts to report my ex-partner's malicious and vindictive Facebook account because it contains slanderous information and personal images of me, our daughter, and our home. Despite reporting the issue to the Surrey police, I am disappointed with Facebook's lack of action. I urge them to act swiftly and remove all content related to my daughter. I have provided documentation to prove my claims and ensure her safety. Contact [redacted]. Thank you.
