The issue in GetHuman-bemaw's own words
* years ago I went through a breakup and created a new Facebook, leaving everything on my old Facebook hidden and most of my friends on it deleted.*This last weekend one of my close friends died in a car accident.*I am trying to log in to my old facebook in hopes that their are some pictures of us on their.**My name is Ben Mawson.*I believe the email used for my old facebook was *****@***.com and I remember the password.*In fact when I tried to log in today on my phone Facebook had me verify my identity with a photo of my ID but, the site timed out. Later at home on my desktop I tried and it didn't even give me the option to verify. It said it was unable to verify my identity at this time.**Please help me log in. Im really desperate for some more pictures of us. His funeral is in a week and I would like some for the slideshow. Thank you.
