Hello Facebook Team, I kindly request the reinstatement of custom tabs on all pages. While the security concerns are acknowledged, there might be alternative solutions to explore. The [redacted] likes prerequisite poses a challenge for small businesses and start-ups newly venturing into social media, limiting their potential growth. In many underdeveloped regions, Facebook pages serve as the primary communication channel due to the inability to afford personal or commercial websites. Revisiting this decision and accommodating the community's needs would be greatly appreciated. Best regards.

I believe my bank account has been compromised. On 6/4/[redacted], a withdrawal of $70.10 appears as "FACEBK M5J 50.00_V" on my statement, and on 6/3/[redacted], $70.88 was taken as "FACEBK GNW 50.48_V." Strangely, I have never made any purchases on Facebook nor have I shared my card details with them. I contacted my bank, but they claim it's a finalized transaction. I am now in the process of securing my accounts by cancelling cards and changing passwords after a factory reset on my phone. I need this issue resolved promptly as I have been on medical leave for 3 months due to an injury, and this financial setback hurts. Please assist me in getting my money refunded. - Kevin M. Hello, my name is Travis V. I am attempting to recover data from my email account, Carol, which I have been locked out of for quite some time, possibly over a year. I had set up double encrypted security that changes every 30 seconds and can only be accessed through my specific phone. Unfortunately, my phone was damaged by water. I implemented this extra security measure due to concerns about my ex-wife trying to gain access to my Facebook account. The email associated with the account is [redacted] While she was able to delete the email account, I managed to save my Facebook account until the incident with my phone. I have an upcoming court date, which is time-sensitive, and I urgently need to retrieve emails or messages exchanged between my ex-wife and me. It is critical as it could impact my business and everything I own. Your assistance in accessing these messages is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Travis V.

This page is fraudulent. The creator, Richard Allen Hassler, is not licensed as a bail bondsman or an officer of the courts in Washington State. He is endangering the public by posing as such. If this page is not removed, Facebook could face legal consequences. I intend to report this to the State of Washington to pursue felony charges for impersonation. It is advised to take action to avoid legal liability - please consider removing his pages and blocking him from Facebook. Hassler has multiple pages using the same images. [redacted link]

Hello. I need help with my Facebook account. A few days ago, while I was on vacation in Greece, someone hacked into my account and changed all the information. I tried to recover it once I had internet access later that day, but it just told me my account was secured. Now that I'm back home, I tried logging in with my phone and code, but my account seems to have disappeared. I'm using my email and phone number, but it's showing someone else's name, Arif Elkari, instead of mine, Marta Kraljevska. I've had my account for years and am from Macedonia. I'm really worried. Can you please assist me in getting my profile back? I don't understand how everything got changed and why it's now under a different name. Any advice on what steps I should take would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue trying to publish an Instagram ad that was initially approved but later denied, along with an unexpected charge of $1. Despite not being concerned about the money, I'm eager for my ad to be displayed as it complies with all guidelines. Facebook cited "too much text" as the reason for rejection, yet when I checked using their link, it indicated the ad was acceptable for running. I've appealed the decision six times without receiving any responses. Today, as an attempt to possibly resubmit, I tried to remove the promotion on the ad, only to find out that my ad account has been disabled. After researching, I found out this generally happens due to guideline violations. It's incredibly frustrating and nonsensical. My ultimate goal is to have my ad displayed without having to navigate through numerous obstacles.

I recently reformatted both my PC and smartphone simultaneously, essentially obtaining a "new DEVICE." However, I did not recall that I required my smartphone to log in to Facebook using a 3rd party application for authentication. This 3rd party app necessitates a code from Facebook, which is only operational upon entering a secret key/activation code. Although I performed a backup of my smartphone prior to the reformat, it did not include the applications. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access my Facebook account for the past three weeks, resulting in a lack of communication with my family.

On the 4th or 5th, I created a Facebook account with my name, Ellie Reid-Cox, using my personal mobile number [redacted]2. After not hearing back for two days, I made a second account with my home number [redacted]2 under the same name. Since that needed approval as well, I made a third account with my mum's number [redacted]1. Now, I am reaching out to Facebook to approve my original account ([redacted]2). I acknowledge that this process may have made my accounts appear misleading, but it was simply me creating them all. Thank you for your attention, and I kindly request approval for the original account. Regards, Ellie Reid-Cox

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Facebook accounts. My first account, created 9 years ago under the name "Hassan Khalifaa" with the email "[redacted]," was suddenly disabled. I've tried numerous times to request reactivation but haven't had any success. Subsequently, I created a second account with the same name "Hassan Khalifaa," but with the email "[redacted]" Unfortunately, this account was also disabled after a few days. I understand why the first account was disabled as I used autolikes, which goes against Facebook rules. However, I am confused about why my second account was disabled as I did not violate any rules. I've tried contacting Facebook support by submitting my passport and NID IDs but haven't received any response. I then created a third account using my real name "Md Hassan Ali" and the email "[redacted]," but today it got disabled as well. I am unsure why this keeps happening and would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

Hello, My original account, "Hassan Khalifaa," which was 9 years old and associated with the email "[redacted]," was suddenly disabled despite multiple requests and emails sent. Subsequently, I created a second account with the same name, "Hassan Khalifaa," but with the email "[redacted]," which was also disabled shortly after creation. While I understand that my first account may have been disabled due to using autolikes against Facebook rules, I am unsure why the second account was disabled as I did not violate any rules with it. I tried submitting my passport ID and NID ID for verification, but have not received a response. I am confused and frustrated by these continuous disabling of my accounts. Please assist me with this issue.

Dear Facebook Support, I am dismayed by the recent decision to disable my Facebook account, which plays a crucial role in my personal and business communications. My account is instrumental in connecting with family, friends, and clients worldwide, facilitating important transactions and discussions. I have invested significantly in my business, including running ads on Facebook, despite being unfamiliar with marketing on the platform. I operate JONICER ROSES ENTERPRISES, specializing in exporting Philippine handicrafts and fashion accessories. I am a taxpayer, and I have attached proof of my permits and licenses as well. Losing access to my account has resulted in missed messages and inquiries from potential clients, impacting my livelihood. I humbly request the restoration of my account, as my business is my main source of income. Furthermore, I suspect that a recent dispute with another user, particularly MARIA SY, may have led to the reported fraud claims against me. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly. Sincerely, MIA REVILLEZA Proprietor JONICER ROSES ENTERPRISES DAWIS NORTE/SUR, CARMEN, CEBU, PHILIPPINES

I recently spoke with Yahoo customer service, and they informed me that I no longer have access to my Yahoo account or my old phone number. Facebook is only offering me two options to reset my password, and I cannot access my baby's pictures, which are important to me. Can you please send the password or a reset code to my Gmail account so I can recover my Facebook password? I forgot to write down the new password, but I remember it starts with "myshit." I am willing to provide personal information like my email address ([redacted]), name, and date of birth to verify my identity. Any assistance you can offer is greatly appreciated as I urgently need to regain access to my account.

I am concerned about my hacked Facebook account, which is causing distress as I try to reconnect with my son. It is frustrating that despite being a good person and believer, I am facing these challenges. I urge for a solution to regain control of my account and ensure my son can access it too. I am disheartened by the lack of support to combat hacking issues and restore love and positivity. I kindly request for assistance in deleting my account promptly before seeking legal advice to address these troubling issues in my life. I hold onto the hope that resolving this situation will pave the way for a brighter future for myself and my loved ones.

Hello, my name is Rachel T. My Facebook account has been hacked after I clicked on a message in Messenger and by a professional hacker while I was at an airport. I can't recover the account because my phone, which was the third-party option, has been deactivated due to the serious hacking. I also had to delete my previous Google account. The Facebook account has a headshot of me in front of a river wearing a black shirt and is linked to [redacted] I believe the hacker has changed the password. Please help me protect my friends and family contacts. I would like the account to be deleted if possible. Kindly email me once this is done or grant me access so I can take care of it. The third-party number was [redacted], which has been deactivated. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently created a new account on Facebook and explained the reason in a help center question. After posting the question, I had to take a screenshot and was subsequently logged out for review. Unfortunately, my account was disabled by Facebook, as they suspected it was not me and that I was impersonating someone else. Despite the oversight, had they closely examined my old profile pictures, they would have noticed my distinctive red beard, although I now wear glasses instead of contacts. If I am unable to retrieve my original account under the name Sage Shepherd with the email [redacted]/[redacted], I will continue using my new account, Sage Shepherd with email [redacted]/[redacted]. The experience has left me disillusioned with Facebook's lack of competence, prompting me to create a new email address due to issues with Microsoft. Social media seems poised to become outdated as people engage in more real-life interactions. While I acknowledge Facebook's utility for the marketplace, I am prepared to move on without their help if necessary. Thank you. Sincerely, TheRealSageShepherd

A few years ago, I created a Facebook account that I forgot about, then made another one that I currently use. Recently, I tried to use the first account for my business as a marketing manager but found it disabled when I logged in. Without any luck contacting customer support, I created another account for my business, but this too got disabled. Now I have two disabled Facebook accounts that I would like to delete. I also need guidance on how to open and manage a business account. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Looking forward to your prompt response.

I am currently in the process of verifying my identification for running ads related to politics or issues. I received my unique code in the mail and authenticated my two-step verification. However, I am encountering difficulties submitting my driver's license. Facebook is displaying an error message stating, "There's a problem reading the barcode on your ID. Try submitting another photo, avoiding glare on the ID and ensuring all the edges are visible against a solid dark background." Despite reuploading front and back photos on a dark surface in high definition, I am still facing the same issue. I lodged an appeal with Facebook approximately 55 hours ago. I am wondering when I should expect to receive a response. Are there alternative ways to contact support to expedite the resolution of this matter? Thank you for your assistance. - J.

Last night, I came across a Facebook post that I wanted to share with a specific friend. When I used Messenger and clicked Send to the intended person, I noticed that it showed Sent for every contact. I then saw an undo button, tried to cancel by pressing all the Sent buttons, but it seems the post was sent to everyone! I didn't intend to send that post to so many people, as I don't even know most of them. How were their names added to the list without my approval? Could they be friends of friends? This situation is not right, as contacts should not be added without my consent. Is there a way to follow up with all those people to clarify that the post was not meant for them? It's incredibly embarrassing because the post carries a political message I would never intentionally share. I'm puzzled about how this occurred. N. Wellman

On June 4th, I received an email from Facebook informing me that a particular app linked to my account had been disabled due to low ratings. I am certain that I did not install or recognize this app on my Facebook profile. When attempting to log in, I encountered a security check that required a code. Although my phone number and email were correct for receiving the code, my phone did not receive it. Consequently, I requested the code be sent to my email, and that method was successful. After entering the code, resetting my password, I was prompted again for a security check, but this time only the option to send the code to my phone number was available. Despite selecting this option and re-sending the code, I did not receive any codes. I tried various methods from seeking help on Facebook's identity page to having the code called in, but none of them worked as my phone did not receive any calls or options for calls. I'm unable to access my account to utilize trusted contacts, code generators, or reach out to Facebook through the help center due to the recurring security check preventing me from logging in. Although I do not see a "disabled" message displayed, as I cannot log in to verify it, every entered code gets blocked by the security check. I'm seeking assistance on how to regain access to my account as all details for receiving codes are accurate, yet the security check stalls my progress each time.

In the past two days, someone has changed my login password multiple times. I noticed another phone number attached to my Facebook account while verifying information, but I can't find that information anymore. I am unable to change my password now as it has been changed again, and I am stuck when it asks for the old one while creating a new one. Additionally, the notification emails I receive from friends are now in Spanish. I need help recovering my Facebook account and securing it from unauthorized access. It's frustrating to keep getting hacked shortly after adding extra security measures. I hope Facebook can address this issue effectively. Thank you for your assistance.
