I believe I have been hacked by someone who knows me well, possibly my ex, Vicky, who has had access to my email and phone number. Despite never sharing my passwords, my older iPhone was not properly wiped before I sold it, and I have been relying on the autofill feature for so long that I forgot my passwords. After switching to a new phone and provider, I faced issues receiving recovery codes and realized my current accounts were empty, with my actual account seemingly taken over with a different email and phone number. My friends have checked on my real account, which appears unchanged.

Dear Facebook team,
I am reaching out for assistance. My husband is currently serving in Afghanistan for the next six months. Unfortunately, I had uploaded pictures of my children in their swim diapers and was reported for it, leading to a 7-day block on my account. I didn't repost the images, but somehow they appeared again on my profile. Facebook is my primary means of sharing pictures with my husband, and I fear the additional 7-day ban is making our communication challenging during this time apart. Your understanding and help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated as we are currently separated due to his deployment. Please assist me so I can continue posting and sharing our family moments with my husband.
Thank you for your attention.

I recently switched from MetroPCS to Cricket to save money on our family plan. I had a J-3 Prime Samsung with Metro and was transferring data to my new Cricket phone. While at my ex-boyfriend's house, he gained access to my old phone and I'm unable to override it. I changed my passwords for Google, Gmail, and Facebook, but Messenger doesn't give me the same option. Many apps require my email or phone number, which he knows. I need advice on how to make the device inoperable and protect my information. I prefer not to lose my cherished data accumulated over the years. Now, even here I'm prompted for my email, which he might see.

Hello, my name is David M. Campbell. I used my middle name, Michael Campbell, for my account. On June 1, [redacted], around 3 am, I reposted a meme from my news feed to a friend's timeline. She enjoys memes and had requested new ones on her feed. After posting, I was informed that my post violated Facebook's community standards for nudity, although there was no inappropriate content. I was blocked for 24 hours and had to change my number to contact the help center, which was unhelpful. Now, after uploading a photo to verify my identity, my account has been disabled. My friends, who are in agreement, have been reaching out. Please rectify this issue as Facebook is vital for me to stay in touch with my family who are six thousand miles away.

I have a community on Facebook where I promote positivity and support others, but I got unexpectedly blocked from the platform. I tried creating a new profile with a different email address but was unsuccessful. I have never spoken negatively about anyone, including transgender individuals, as I am also going through a transition myself. I am feeling hopeless as I have put a lot of effort into building a community of nearly [redacted] members. I am reaching out for help as I am struggling without access to Facebook. Virginia.

My name is Alonzo H. I wanted to create a business account to promote a game I've been developing but couldn't afford a website for a Facebook business account. I was advised to start with a personal account to make a Facebook page for my game. However, not having an existing account led to various verification checks that felt intrusive. I provided my phone number, address, and even a current photo of myself. Despite complying, my account was suddenly disabled after three days of waiting. Now, I am left confused and frustrated by this experience, feeling like others may not face such obstacles. Your assistance in understanding this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I need assistance with my disabled access on Marketplace. It's crucial for my income, and I believe I've been unfairly restricted without proof of wrongdoing. I am willing to remove any items found in violation if provided with evidence. Can someone please guide me on how to appeal this decision? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael M.

Hello,
As a co-owner of the brand Bruna the Label and the registered company in Austria (BRUNA Jewellery GmbH), we have been facing challenges in securing an appropriate Instagram account username for the past two months. The original name "brunathelabel" is held by an inactive account with zero followers. We attempted to use variations like "bruna_thelabel" or "bruna.thelabel," both of which were available when we initially tried to create the account. However, upon submitting the account details, we encountered an error asking us to try again later. Subsequently, both the usernames and email addresses we used are now blocked or banned.
We urgently require assistance with this matter as we are preparing to launch our business. Your prompt attention would be greatly appreciated as we aim to establish our brand with a suitable Instagram handle.
Thank you,
Simon + Helena

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account where it seems like numerous bands, venues, and promo companies have been unfollowed and unliked. This is frustrating as I had liked over a thousand pages and now have to refollow and like them all over again. It is disheartening to see this happen, and I hope Facebook can address and resolve this matter promptly. I am passionate about metal music and follow many bands and pages, but this sudden change feels unfair. Please, Facebook, restore the bands and pages I previously followed. Your assistance in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I completed a help form, clicked submit, but it's still not working. The form isn't going through.
Update: I reached out to them once more. They sent me the same link to authorize Facebook ads, which is still not working.
I seem to be unable to create Facebook ads due to a block. I contacted support, but the link they provided is broken. I informed them about the issue, but they keep sending the same broken link. I'm struggling to resolve this matter.

I purchased a rotating curling iron from a company in China after seeing their Facebook ad. However, the product I received was completely different. When I requested a refund, they asked me to pay for the return shipping. This seems like false advertising and a bait-and-switch scam. After researching, I found similar complaints from 18 other customers on Facebook. I have reported this to the International Better Business Bureau as I believe they are deceiving people on Facebook. I have been in communication with them, asking for either a prepaid label for the return, a refund, or the correct product. I hope to resolve this soon and prevent others from falling victim to this company's tactics. I have attached the most recent email from Josie at the customer service center for reference.

I have been blocked for the second time on Facebook for a post I never reposted. I searched my wall but couldn't find the post to delete it. Facebook blocked me for 30 days and I consider this unfair since I didn't repost the content. I hope to receive a response from Facebook to clarify why I'm facing a second block for the same post I never reshared. Thank you, William Delashmutt.

I have always disliked Facebook, so I never created an account. Last year I made an Instagram account for the first time to showcase my art. I decided to turn my Instagram into a business account to promote a post. A friend linked his Facebook account to my Instagram and created a Facebook page in my name for me to make the promotional post. The payment and promotion request went through smoothly. However, when I tried to promote again a month later, it was denied, possibly because I was not the moderator of my page. To solve this, I reluctantly created a Facebook account for the first time using the same email as my Instagram. Despite doing everything correctly, my Instagram appeal for promotion was still denied. So, I switched my Instagram back to a personal account to remove any 'denied' branding from posts, then switched it back to a business account. However, I encountered issues logging into my Facebook profile due to "strange activity" within 10 minutes of creating the account, even after verifying my phone number. After being asked for a photo of my face, my account was deactivated the next day. I created a new account with a different email and a page in my name to connect to Instagram for promotion purposes. Everything seemed fine until I tried to link the page to Instagram and received another "strange activity" notice. Now, they are requesting a phone number that is not mine since my original number was used for the first Facebook profile that was deactivated. All I wanted to do was promote my post. Please help.

Two weeks ago, my Facebook password was changed without my knowledge. I was unable to reset it because I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to my account. I followed the steps provided by Facebook, submitted my ID, and updated to a valid email address. Facebook acknowledged receiving my information but claimed the issue was resolved when it wasn't. Despite my repeated replies to their email, I have not received any response. In the meantime, my friends have noticed that my profile picture was changed to someone else's, leading them to a page with a mix of my details and a foreign language. However, my friends list and photos are all still there. I have documented this and sent it to Facebook as they instructed, yet I have not heard back. It seems my account has been compromised. Is there any way to regain access and secure my photos and friends?

I recently had a frustrating experience with Facebook. Over the weekend, I was unexpectedly locked out of my account under the pretense of security measures. Initially, they requested my phone number for verification, which I reluctantly provided. Upon trying to interact on the platform again, I was asked to upload a picture of my face for further verification. Unwilling to comply due to privacy concerns and the lack of clarity on how it would be used, I refused. Subsequently, Facebook demanded an ID for verification, forcing me to submit images of my mail and cards displaying my personal information. The entire process has left me feeling unsettled as I solely use the platform to connect with family and a specific interest group.
The escalating requests for personal information without transparent reasoning or efficient support channels have been distressing. I am eager to regain access to my account, but the ordeal has been unnecessarily cumbersome. It is disheartening to face such obstacles after years of utilizing the platform seamlessly for personal connections. The lack of clarity and excessive demands for sensitive data have made the situation needlessly complicated and frustrating.

I have made about ten Facebook accounts over the years. The first one was created with the email [redacted], and my user name was "Sunny Flower!" Facebook then changed it to "Leo Martelon" due to using a non-legal name. Even though Leo passed away in [redacted], I must use it as my legal name. I have been creating Facebook accounts with Leo Martelon, despite my brain damage making it challenging. Facebook security measures are complicating my usage of the system. Could you combine all the information and photos into one account for me to use? I can assure you I am the only person with the legal name Leo Martelon. My original account had numerous photos uploaded to various albums, but only the profile pictures are kept now. These photos are my memories, which are crucial due to my brain injury. Someone once tried to scam me by claiming I won the Facebook Lottery, asking for a shipping fee. Please stop terminating Leo Martelon's accounts as I am the only one.

I have a problem that I need help with. My situation is that I initially thought I had deleted my first Facebook account about 5-6 years ago, so I created a new one with a different email. Recently, towards the end of [redacted] or early [redacted], I deleted the second account. However, on May 31st, I decided to return and created a new account using the email associated with my first account. I managed to log in, registered my phone number, but then encountered difficulties accessing the new account as I unintentionally accessed the first one. Could you please assist me in deleting the new account promptly? I have valuable connections from the past on the old account that I no longer wish to keep. I hope this explanation makes sense; English is my second language.

I have attempted multiple password resets without success. The form requires a valid email or phone number, which I have provided, but the system does not acknowledge them. While I can access Facebook on my mobile using my Facebook account, I face issues on my home PC where my password is rejected. Following a hacking incident months ago, I overhauled my account entirely. My current email linked to Facebook is [redacted] Despite trying to reset my password on my logged-in phone, I am prompted to use a desktop due to country settings. Unfortunately, my home PC and mobile number are unrecognized by your system, preventing me from completing the process.

I recently spoke with a representative who provided me with his contact information to address an issue with my Facebook account related to a posting on Marketplace. He suggested purchasing a steam card for security code validation, claiming there was an IPS discrepancy causing the problem. The representative, identified as Kevin Marc's with an ID number of [redacted], mentioned performing a scan that revealed no issues. However, after attempting to contact him on the provided number, I am now encountering a busy signal. I am in urgent need to resolve the Facebook access issue.

Last week, I reported an inappropriate and hurtful message on Facebook. I would like to have it removed from my support box. I received a notification stating my account has been temporarily blocked for potentially abusive behavior, which I did not intend. My name is Tania K. and I believe this is a mistake as I have not engaged in any abusive behavior on the platform. I wish to have these messages removed from my support box, especially the one from May 22nd. I find it troubling that Facebook would send such messages to me. I would like for this issue to be reviewed and investigated. My email address is [redacted]
