I was given two options: one to proceed for further review and another to indicate that the post was not made by me and could be a scam. I am concerned and wondering how my account was accessed without authorization. I trust that Facebook has strong security measures in place, so I would like clarification on this matter. Despite not being active on Facebook for a year, it is alarming to see such behavior. I have taken immediate action by changing my password and deactivating my account temporarily. However, I would appreciate steps to ensure my account's security to prevent any future scams.

I recently received a threatening message on my account connected to this email address. The threatening message said: "About your comment Today Only you can see this post. If you request a review, we'll have someone take another look at the post. Hey there. So you think you've won because your presidential candidate won. Oh how wrong you are. You are only sealing your fate. And when it all comes tumbling down I'll make sure to come to Wisconsin and harm you and everyone you care about. You and your kind are a disease that needs to be eradicated. Your time is coming. Prepare to get what's coming to you." I reported the sender, but they made a new account right away. This new account messaged me, saying, "Insult you, you silly trump supporter. Ps I exposed you. Have fun becoming famous." On Sunday, I commented on my friend's post about these messages, and now my account has been suspended for 7 days due to a hate speech flag, even though I was not spreading hate speech. I can provide screenshots or links of the person who sent these messages. I would like my account reinstated promptly. Thank you, Donald R Belt

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I'm attempting to convert my personal account to a business one, but I can't log in. I no longer have access to the email I used before, as I forgot the password and can't reset it. Despite submitting a copy of my ID for verification, the reset link I receive via email doesn't work. I'm concerned about losing the memories and connections I've built over the years. I'm willing to provide any additional information needed for verification; I just need to regain access. I've been attempting this for nearly a week and don't want to lose everything I've worked on. With new products launching, I want to expand my brand and use Facebook as my primary platform.

Hello Facebook Team, I am wondering if I will be able to access my account and address the warning on the front page of the European Rainbow Gathering group. There are concerning issues happening there, with hundreds of people unknowingly being drugged and poisoned. The current moderators of the group seem to be involved in these activities and are profiting from selling items belonging to the vulnerable attendees. They have reported me and the group's founder for using false names and got our accounts shut down. We were trying to stop these harmful practices. Please check out my previous post with links to articles about outbreaks linked to the gatherings. It's important to warn people about these issues. If not, we may have to involve the print media. Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Facebook account. My username is [redacted] Unfortunately, I have been blocked again, seemingly without justification. Recently, there was a discussion regarding overweight individuals in which I was targeted with hurtful comments by a troll. After being insulted and referred to as a beast, I retaliated by calling them the same. Following this, the troll reported me, resulting in a 30-day block for simply defending myself. This is not the first time this has occurred, and I feel frustrated by the situation. Facebook is essential for me to stay connected with family abroad and share photos of my children. As a business owner, not being able to respond to client inquiries through chat is negatively impacting my professionalism and ultimately affecting my livelihood. I kindly request assistance in having my profile unblocked promptly.

I am reaching out to bring attention to repeated online harassment on Instagram by user tonivasil1, known as Toni Karayiannis or Antonia Vasiliades. This individual shared my personal information on Instagram and made threats towards me and my family, including revealing my address. Despite changing my username multiple times to avoid harassment, this person continued to post derogatory comments and photos of me and my husband. I have blocked tonivasil1 since April [redacted], but the harassment persists. Numerous individuals have reported her abusive behavior, resulting in some posts being removed, yet she remains active on Instagram. I have taken steps to report this situation to local law enforcement, the FBI, and the New York State Attorney General's office. I fear for the safety of my family due to this escalating harassment. Hello! I need to update my Facebook page’s name. Following the instructions in settings to change page information, I can see the current name I want to change. However, when I click on the name, I encounter an error page stating the page is broken. This issue occurs on the mobile version, while on the laptop version, the page name is not even an option to change, only other page information. In the past, I successfully changed the name on another page without any problems. Despite reporting this issue through your system, it remains unresolved. When Facebook experienced an outage, I was logged out of my account, and an unfamiliar account appeared on my phone, belonging to the previous phone number owner. Attempting to reset the password using my Facebook email led to changing the other person's password instead of mine. Now, I'm prompted for a generator code, which is on my inaccessible Facebook page. I've submitted multiple requests to Facebook, including a photo ID, within the last 24 to 48 hours, but have not received any response or resolved the issue. I received a phone text from a Facebook representative named Sharon Marie Rice at the US head office, who informed me that I had been selected through a computer search to win $[redacted],[redacted]. Despite my follow-up text about collecting the winnings and any potential catches, I did not receive a response. I am now left wondering if Facebook is indeed aware of such promotions or if this might be a scam.

My deceased family member's Facebook account has been removed, and this has caused distress as we used it to share memories and stay connected with others grieving his loss. No one in the family has access to his account, and we did not request for his profile to be taken down. I am reaching out to inquire about what happened to his account and requesting for it to be reactivated if possible. The account belongs to Shane Lambert, born on November 30, [redacted]. We don't have much information to provide other than his username and some security questions. As he passed away unexpectedly at the age of 22, he had not designated a legacy contact. My Facebook account name is Joseph Michael Macbro, and I use it to sell products on the marketplace. I have received unfair negative feedback from buyers who never completed any transactions with me simply due to disagreements over pricing. It is disheartening that individuals can leave reviews for nonexistent transactions easily on your platform leading to an unjust negative rating. I kindly request for these unwarranted negative ratings to be reviewed and removed. It is frustrating to receive criticism for transactions that never took place. I believe that implementing a more controlled feedback system akin to eBay and Amazon's would benefit sellers like myself. I trust that Facebook can address this issue and enhance customer service to maintain a fair marketplace environment. Removing these incorrect feedback ratings will greatly help in ensuring a more positive selling experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Many Facebook users upload videos from WhatsApp to Facebook without any issues. However, my account was permanently disabled due to copyright infringement for a musical video uploaded over a year ago. Surprisingly, my account was disabled without any verification from Facebook. Last week, I encountered an issue where I couldn't access my account under Ivan Williams for the first time ever. After changing the password via a code sent to both my Omani phone number and email, I faced a problem when a second code was required from a UAE number that I no longer have due to not living there anymore. Despite requesting password resets via my current phone number and email, I'm stuck in a loop as it prompts for a code from my old Emirati number. My alternative email is [redacted] Accessing my account is crucial as it's my main way to keep in touch with family and friends, along with managing a social site for Venezuelan immigrants and refugees in Chile. I was part of a sizable Facebook group with 50K members where self-promotion is against the rules. Sometimes, posts recommending products redirect to shopping websites, which can be confusing. It turns out the group's Administrator, who is a CEO of another company, posts about his products without disclosing his affiliation. He manages multiple groups and advertises his products without following the group rules. Despite reaching out to him, he ignores me. This behavior violates Facebook policies, and it's misleading to group members. There are no clear advertising disclaimers or opt-out options, making it seem like regular posts. I have examples to share and hope to collaborate with Facebook to address this issue with the deceptive CEO across his large Facebook groups.

A few days ago, I created an account using my email and phone number. After sending my phone for repair and performing a factory reset, I attempted to log in on another device. Unfortunately, the system does not recognize my email and doesn't allow me to log in with my phone number due to the account type. Consequently, I unknowingly created a new account using the same phone number. Whenever I try to log in with my number, it signs me into this unintended new account instead of the one I need to recover. The account I wish to retrieve is registered under the name Sharon K., and there is one friend listed as Joshua D. on that account. Your assistance in restoring my original account would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking guidance on creating ads for the dental lab where I work. Our ads for dental crowns, bridges, implants, orthodontics, and sleep apnea devices are consistently rejected by Facebook due to the imagery. The images do not violate the policy by showing "unrealistic before and after" or "promoting unrealistic results." I have contacted Facebook support but only received automated responses. I am looking to speak with a real representative to resolve this problem. This issue is hindering our ad opportunities and growth. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am trying to permanently delete apps and games connected to my Facebook account. Despite following the instructions on the Facebook help center to remove these apps, they still show up. I want them completely deleted so they are not visible under the removed column. I do not want to delete my entire Facebook account to achieve this.

Since the recent Facebook outage, the engagement within my group, "Conscious Quotes", has significantly declined from [redacted] members to just [redacted]-[redacted] active users daily. Members are facing issues such as not being able to view posts or comments, unable to like posts, and have expressed frustration as the group seems dysfunctional. This is disappointing as before the crash, the group was thriving with posts being shared numerous times. I have dedicated much time and effort to the group's growth, and it's disheartening to see this decline without any communication from Facebook. I have included a screenshot displaying the drastic decline in daily active users from approximately [redacted] to around [redacted]-[redacted], indicating a concerning drop-off. It's evident there's a problem, and I hope for some clarity on the situation soon.
