Subject: Inquiry Regarding Facebook Live Streaming Guidelines Dear Sir/Madam, I am conducting research on a sensitive topic and seek clarity on Facebook's live streaming policies. As I am not well-versed in technology, I request your understanding if my approach is not correct. I seek straightforward answers to the following questions: 1. How long does it take for a live stream of consensual graphic content to be terminated? 2. How quickly is a live stream featuring non-consensual graphic material halted? 3. In the case of non-consensual acts involving minors, what is the timeframe for content removal? 4. If a live stream depicts an illegal act of an adult with a minor, how promptly is it removed? 5. When an illegal live stream involves graphic non-consensual content with a minor, what is the protocol for removal? I acknowledge the distressing nature of these questions but anticipate your response. Warm regards, B. G. Dodges Ferry, Tasmania

The other day, while browsing Facebook, I was unexpectedly locked out of my account for security reasons and was prompted to change my password. After doing so, I found myself logged into two different accounts belonging to *Hackeem Hall* and *Julian James*, instead of my original account. Despite seeing my account, I couldn't log back in with any of my passwords, and when I used my phone number to verify, it kept logging me into *Hackeem Hall*'s account. Unfortunately, I can't access the email linked to my account, [redacted], as it's inactive now. My name on Facebook is Ashley James. I believe my account is being hacked, so please assist me in regaining access to it.

I have been attempting to sell on Facebook for over two years, but I am continuously directed to buy ads rather than receiving direct answers to my questions. I recently approved $20 for approximately 10 days of ads, providing my contact information for accessibility. Upon realizing that $25 was withdrawn from my bank account, I promptly informed them of my intention to cancel further ads and requested a $5 refund. Despite this, Facebook continued to run ads and now claims I owe nearly $15. When I try to reach out, they often imply that something is missing without specifying, and I am unable to send the message. The communication feels futile, like talking to a wall, and I never feel acknowledged. I no longer wish to engage with this process. How can I stop them from billing me for services I did not request?

Hello, I'm Blake Carrington. On the 15th, my account was hacked, and again yesterday I continue to struggle with the hacker. I have attempted to recover my account, but the hacker is very fast. They have changed my email, phone number, and password. Unfortunately, I can't even have my trusted friends assist as my account is locked from previous actions. I've been using Facebook for 7 years without any issues until the incident on March 15th. Now, I can't access my account to make necessary changes. The hacker has altered my user ID, and the phone number associated is from Nigeria, beginning with [redacted]-. Please, I am desperate to regain access to my account. Any assistance in restoring my account promptly would be highly valued. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you.

I have been unable to log in for several days. My account email is synced with my Yahoo email ID, and my name is Mohammad Asif Malik. The profile picture on my Facebook account features a white cat. It seems my account was blocked by Facebook after I shared a video related to the New Zealand terrorist incident. I did not realize this content would violate policies, as I have shared videos of violence in the past without issue. If this goes against your terms, I will be cautious in the future. However, I kindly request that my account be unblocked. I have tried to recover it through the email and password reset options, but it keeps leading me to a new account linked to the same email. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

Hello, I opened a Hotmail account during secondary school and used it for Facebook. Over time, I've forgotten passwords and struggled to access both accounts. While in prison, I lost access and despite trying various passwords, I can't get back in. The Hotmail account is [redacted] and the Facebook is in the name of Curtis Roberts. I currently use the email [redacted] The profile is still visible, but I can't regain access. Retrieving this account would mean a lot to me for nostalgia purposes. Kindly assist me. Thank you, Curtis Pennells.

This afternoon, I discovered that my account had been inexplicably disabled, even though I hadn't used it recently. Despite my attempts to reach out through a review request, the page won't load. I am unable to log in or submit any reports, and I have not received any explanation for the deactivation. I am eager to understand the reason behind this and have my account reinstated promptly. The only recent interaction that comes to mind is when I reported a conversation involving unsolicited indecent photos, which should not have led to the deactivation of my account. I have relied on Facebook for communication with family and my business network for over a decade, and I am deeply frustrated by this situation. I am seeking clarification on why my account was disabled and assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I have recently attempted to combine two Facebook community pages, Protect Bulk Tests and Protect Our Tests, due to their similar names and content. My goal is to retain the followers from Protect Bulk Tests and transfer them to the Protect Our Tests page, maintaining the name Protect Our Tests and the username @protectourtests. Both pages share the same website and "About" information. The merge request was submitted almost a week ago, but there has been no progress - neither a merge nor a rejection. I am seeking information on the timeline for the merge process to be completed. Alternatively, I would like to have the option to cancel the merge so I can independently make changes to the pages by either deleting one or renaming the other, which may expedite the process.

Dear Facebook Team, I am writing to request a refund of $25 for a boost charge that I was unaware of. As a new business owner, I am just starting out and need to be cautious with my spending. I discontinued the boost yesterday once I realized it was a charge and I will not be using it anymore. If I have been charged twice, I kindly ask for both payments to be refunded. I failed to educate myself on how boost works on my new business page, and I sincerely apologize for my oversight. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take these circumstances into consideration when processing my refund. Thank you.

Hello Facebook Security Team, My name is Sam Adams, and I've been experiencing difficulties logging into my Facebook account. The problem started when I was trying to add a credit card to my business manager and completing domain verification for my domain, benthenail.com. This issue has occurred previously, and I am eager to prove my identity through the appropriate channels. I even attempted to reset my password, but to no avail. Facebook sent me an email including my profile picture and my computer's IP address (IMAGE 2). I anticipated gaining access to my business manager to launch a straightforward page post engagement ad for my woodworking blog featuring an article on benthenail.com. This ad complied with Facebook's advertising policies, as I strive to maintain a positive user experience and adhere to guidelines. Unfortunately, shortly after setting up the ad, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and encountered the issue depicted in (IMAGE 1). I proceeded to upload a passport photo to verify my identity as the account owner. In addition, I attached extra photos and a video to further confirm my identity and access my personal and business information. I hope we can swiftly resolve this matter so I can resume benefiting from the Facebook platform. Best Regards, Sam Adams

I suggest a possible solution for Facebook to prevent disturbing content from being live-streamed. Last week, a tragic event occurred in Christchurch, New Zealand, where the killer live-streamed the attack on Facebook. To address this concern, I propose that Facebook implement a 60-minute delay on their live streaming feature, similar to how news broadcasts have a delay to filter out inappropriate content. By incorporating this delay, Facebook could prevent violent and harmful content from being shared in real-time, limiting the ability of individuals to exploit these events for personal gain or recognition. This measure could help to deter the spread of such content and promote a safer online environment for all users.

One morning, when I opened my Facebook app, I realized I was logged out. Subsequently, I was also logged out of Messenger, told a code would be texted to me, which I never received. I then noticed my old Facebook account active as "Lodiee Samone" recently, although I have no access to it. The email linked to the account is inaccessible; the provider mentioned it's disabled or compromised. I attempted to update it with a new email, but even after receiving verification codes, it remained unconfirmed. My Facebook holds valuable memories, and I'm eager to regain access. This experience has left me feeling incomplete. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I deleted my Facebook account last year. Recently, I received two unsolicited emails from Facebook on a new email address that is not linked to my old account. I would like Facebook to stop sending me these emails. As a New Zealander, I am extremely disappointed with Facebook's actions, especially in light of the recent events involving the live streaming of a tragic incident. I request that Facebook remove me from their automated invite system and refrain from contacting me further without my consent. The organization's practices are disturbing, and I hope to see a future where Facebook's harmful tactics are no longer tolerated. Unfortunately, as a former user, I do not have access to contact an administrator to address this issue directly. I would appreciate it if a Facebook administrator could ensure that I no longer receive any unsolicited emails from the platform. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I wanted to reach out regarding my son, Johan T. Marx, who had his Facebook account hacked by his estranged wife, Wendy Prinsloo, and is now using the account under the name Theo Marx to post inflammatory content. I have reported the issue to Facebook, but she has blocked me and is impersonating Johan. Please address this by contacting my son at his new account Johan T. Marx and closing down the fraudulent account for Theo Marx. Your intervention in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. You can also reach me directly on my Facebook account under the name Catherine Mendel. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Every few weeks, my Android phone keeps logging me out of Facebook. To regain access, I click on my profile picture. Despite selecting "remember device," Facebook continuously prompts me to do so. To address this, I switched to two-factor verification, but I continue to experience the same issue. Surprisingly, even though I turned off the option to click my profile picture to log in within the settings, I still have to do so. Strangely, next to this setting, there is a "1," yet when I check, there are no profile pictures set up for this type of login. I'm puzzled by: 1. Why I keep getting logged out, 2. How I can still click on my profile picture to log in, and 3. Why Facebook isn't remembering my device. Thank you for your help.

A post about me on Faye Falcomer's account is causing me distress. I'm identified as Zoe Gallagher, and the false accusations are deeply affecting my mental health. I have taken steps with the police and sought support from a mental health team, but the continued presence of the post is exacerbating my suicidal thoughts. I am petrified by the situation and begging for the post's removal as it's driving me to despair. My private address has been disclosed, putting my family at risk, and despite multiple reports to both the police and Facebook, the post remains. I implore for urgent assistance in resolving this before I reach a breaking point. Kindly forward any pertinent details via email, as I am pursuing legal action to address this matter. It is crucial for Facebook to prioritize user safety and prevent such harmful content from causing further harm.

I would appreciate some assistance. I added D. S. as an admin to my Facebook author page: Author S. L. & DL W. (He is my fiancé). We share the same publisher and website, so I added him to my author page for consolidation. I sent the invite, he accepted, but there appears to be an issue when trying to confirm the email as it states the page does not exist, which is incorrect. About a week ago, I changed the page name from Author S. Lott to Author S. L. & DL W., could this be causing the problem? Even after he accepted the invite, it still shows as pending for him when he logs back in. He tries to accept again, but it doesn't update. We're both getting quite frustrated with this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I recently discovered that my phone was hacked. Despite changing most of my passwords, I forgot to update my Instagram password. Today, I received a message informing me that someone else accessed my account, and now I am unable to log in even using my phone number. When trying from my laptop, Instagram doesn't recognize my username. It appears that my hacker might have deleted my account and changed the password. I am concerned that they will share inappropriate images, as they have done on my other social media profiles. My username is peach.aurra, and my email is [redacted] Please assist me promptly in regaining control of my account. Thank you, Peach Aura

I have two Facebook accounts. The first one got locked due to security reasons after someone tried to hack it. I created a second account while waiting for the first one to be unlocked. Recently, I lost my phone and had to get a new one. When I logged in, it directed me to the second account I created. I'm trying to access my original account with my name Armando Reyna, where I am wearing a green tank top in one photo and my kids are in another. Both accounts are linked to the same email, which causes me to be directed to the wrong account. Can you assist me in accessing my preferred account?

I connected my Facebook account to Coin Master and played for a while. Recently, I made a new Facebook account and attempted to log in to Coin Master with it to start the game from scratch. However, every time I log in with my new account, it keeps showing my old progress. I've tried various solutions like removing it from my old Facebook, deleting the app, and refreshing my phone, but it still doesn't reset. Strangely, my boyfriend managed to start Coin Master again with his new Facebook account. I'm puzzled why it won't work for me. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.
