My Facebook account was reported due to my long-standing nickname. I have been using this name for a decade, and it is unfair that it has resulted in the report. Both my wife and I share this Facebook account, each having our circle of friends. You can verify our identities through our shared pictures. It is frustrating that our account could be closed just because of a report. For reference, my name is Jose, known as "Chorii," and my wife is Erika, known as "Kiika" on Facebook. I recently switched to a new phone and want to retain access to my account, especially to keep my pictures. I saw a commercial on Facebook for New Wave TV. It took almost a month to receive my order. When I opened it and tried to set it up, it didn't work after playing with it for two weeks. Finally, I opened one of the components and found that it was just an empty plastic box. I paid $30 each for three of them, totaling $[redacted] for three TVs, and none of them work - they all have the same issue. It feels like a scam, and it's disappointing to see this kind of thing advertised. Attempting to call the company, New Wave TV, led to a long recording followed by music for almost six hours before I had to hang up. This has happened over 30 times when trying to contact them. It's a scam and it's disheartening to see a company with a good reputation engaging in deceptive practices. I hope something can be done about this. Thank you.

My account has been disabled by Facebook, alleging that I was impersonating someone. This is not true. Unfortunately, I lost access to my original passwords and my previous phone due to a house fire. I tried to create a new account with the same information to retrieve my important photos of my children and family. It's crucial that I regain access to my Facebook account. I am struggling to access my original Facebook account. I had set up 3 friends for recovery, but one, Jennifer Mure, is unavailable due to illness. The other friends are Lawson Cathy and Jim Manekas. I forgot my email address and password for my existing account on my new smartphone. I reached out to Facebook help support for assistance. I am currently in contact with two individuals, Aima Wilson and supervisor Patrick Jones, regarding my issue. They have advised me to purchase a total of three Google Play Cards valued at $50 each, four cards at $[redacted] each, and an additional two cards at $[redacted] each to resolve my problem. They assured me that all funds spent will be refunded. I am uncertain if Aima Wilson and Patrick Jones are legitimate Facebook employees.

I set up a Facebook account in [redacted] with the email address "[redacted]," which was not a valid email. This is my third attempt to reach out to Facebook regarding this issue. Approximately 10 years ago, I created a Facebook page for my son, Michael M., who was critically injured in a car accident at the age of 26. I felt that having this page would allow friends and family to stay connected with him and follow his journey of recovery through updates and photos. As his mother, full-time caregiver, and Power of Attorney, I was devastated when the page suddenly disappeared a few weeks ago. Strangely, a new page with the same name was created.

Despite numerous attempts with various picture formats, the upload is consistently deemed invalid. I have submitted my national ID card as an attachment following the given instructions. I recently switched to a new phone and successfully transferred all my data. However, I encountered an issue trying to log back into Facebook as it keeps prompting me for my old password. Despite my attempts to change it, I seem to be stuck in a loop. The verification codes are not working as I keep receiving the same one repeatedly. I am experiencing a problem with Instagram, not Facebook. I managed an Instagram account called "norwalkmeme" with [redacted] followers that was performing well. However, when I tried to access the account on my phone, I was logged out and received a message stating that the user was not found. It seems like the account was deleted without any notification or explanation from Instagram. I invested a lot of time and effort into that account, and I am determined not to lose it so easily.

I have had a Facebook account for 10 years. When Hurricane Harvey caused flooding, I couldn't access my account, so I created a new one. Later, I managed to log back into my original account. However, I have been receiving social media notifications on my Google email associated with the account I made post-Harvey, which I never pay attention to. Last night, I accidentally clicked on one of these notifications and now every time I try to access my original Facebook page, I get redirected to this new one with a similar username but followed by a long string of numbers and letters. I have tried numerous times to no avail. My name is Roger A Evans, my original Facebook URL is /roger0090, and I have [redacted] friends. I have attempted to request the closure of the second account through Facebook messages, but nothing has happened. I would like to close the duplicate account and regain access to my original one.

I've been unable to access my Facebook account for 3 days now. Despite having set up two-factor authentication, my updated phone number was not saved, making it impossible for me to receive the verification text. Unfortunately, I don't have any trusted devices to rely on. I attempted to access my account through the linked Instagram app, but this did not work. To verify my identity, I submitted a photo of my driver's license along with a picture of myself holding the requested verification code. I have sent numerous emails regarding this issue but have yet to receive any response.

Hello, I am seeking assistance for my cousin's Facebook account. She has an original account, but someone has created two fake accounts using her name, uploaded her photos, and engaged in unauthorized conversations with her friends. I am Jocelyn Crawshaw. I had trouble accessing my account. The system wouldn't let me in. After requesting a password reset to my phone number, a text message was sent, but I didn't receive it. I tried twice but still didn't get the reset. I couldn't access my account or delete it. I've created a new account but need the old one, under Jocelyn Crawshaw, joined in September [redacted], married to Rick Crawshaw, worked at Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), deleted.
