my cell phone died Iand i am no longer able to access my account I tried to log onto my account from my computer but now need a two point log in process to start. Now here is the real problem, I started my account in Germany while I was stationed there in the US army. Upon moving back to the states i attepmted to change my cell phone number from my old German cell phone number to my now new American cell phone number. Well the brains to be with facebook would not allow it so now when I try to access my account they continue to send a code to my old German cell phone number. And because they wont allow me to talk to them and get things straigh over the phone i am literally screwed. I refuse to take a photo and submit or take any picture with a code they generate. All i want is my old account fixed and not have to deal with this ****. Iserved our country honorably retired and fel i should not have to go jumping through more hoops than i already have. I attempted to make the appropriate changes but was not allowed . So are the people who work for Facebook that lost from reality to understand that people actually move from country to country and need to make changes to their cell phones and not everyone is able to afford to stay in one single place for life because they work for Facebook? I mean seriously please someone try to explain why I am having to go through all of this in the first place seriously this has really become more of a pain than my bank and even my bank has been more forgiving than Facebook... Such a shame I am truly thinking of just getting rid of it and petitioning all of my Army friends and family to do the same there has to be an easier way or a better social outlet because this is just crazy
