Create a new account. ... I had a fb account for years and deleted the account a few months ago. Recently I've started a new business and want to create a new account so that I can attach a business page. However, security says I am locked out and it is asking for ID. I've filled out the appeal letter without response. I was able to get onto the new page once but then it asks me to upload photos for security but when I do I get a message saying my account has been disabled. I tried to then create a new one again but the same thing happened. It says they notice unusual activity, but I can't get any response to verify it is me and yes, I want to generate a new account. How do I contact the right person*department so that this new account can be reinstated and I can move on?

I was with FB for years. I deleted my account because we moved and started over with our life. I wanted a clean break from everything tied to FB. I now unexpectedly have a new business and just want to be able to link my business to my name if people search for it.
I tried to upload a photo, and have submitted an appeal letter to the help center but haven't had any confirmation or contact. I'm not sure what they need from me but I'd like FB to get in touch with me so that I can verify my identify and continue to build my page.
