The issue in GetHuman1553456's own words
I caused the original problem because I didn't change my cell phone * nor my email address. My old cell phone number was ***-***-**** and my old email address was *****@***.com. I couldn't get into the accounts, so I reported the problem. The FB account was reopened, when I scanned a picture to my account, I still could not get into FB, because the email but the email account still remained closed. I then tried to add my new cell phone ****-***-****. The system would not allow me to to do that either, it says that my new cell phone * is being used on another account. That is probably the account that I tired to set up, but It didn't work. Then my husband was able to set up the new email address noted below, but I can't get a new FB account, can't access the old one, and I am at my wits end as far as what to do. When the FB account was deleted, so ws my email address. Right now the system doesn't accept my account that was deleted, not the new one I tried to set up, nor the one my husband tried to set up. It is a vicious circle. If the email account hadn't also been deleted, I think I could have recovered my account. I tried to contact Google, but was unable to. Please HELP. Is it normal to delete the email address when you delete the FB account, that prevented my recovery since I had not changed my email either.
