The issue in GetHuman-mrhooker's own words
I created a store in Shopify and an ad account (Hook'R Marketing) in Facebook using a name based on my last name. After a store review by Patricia of Smar* Apps I realized that in a marketing environment the name of the store was not the best choice. I renamed my store and closed the badly named ad account with the thought I could create a new one but was informed my ad account limit is "*" and that I need payment history in the closed account to increase my limit to be able to create a new ad account. I cannot add payments since my previous ad account is closed. It is a Catch ** situation! I need to be able to create another ad account or have the closed ad account re-opened or reactivated. Until I get this resolved I am dead in the water. The account in question is Aerial Spirit (***************). After the ad account was closed I discovered I could have just renamed it, which I did to Aerial Spirit. I have never used Facebook prior to this past August so I am a neophyte when it comes to Facebook and trying to figure out my way around. Anyway, can you help me recover my ad account? Thanks!
