I have been unable to log in to facebook since I changed my password about a week ago to something more secure and, unfortunately, forgot the new password * cannot find where I wrote it down. I have attempted the recovery process, but I do not seem to be receiving any SMS messages from facebook (I also had to get a new mobile phone, this week, due to a manufacturer malfunction, which may have something to do with the trouble in SMS verification). When I attempted the verification by uploading a scan of my Driver's License, I was told that this is not sufficient proof. I suspect that this is either because I have always gone by my Middle Name rather than First Name, or because the date of birth on my Driver's License does not match what I entered when I signed up for facebook, since, for the latter, I used the Julian Calendar method of reckoning, due to personal and religious preferences, and the Driver's License follows the Revised Gregorian Calendar reckoning followed in Civil usage. Could you please help me access my facebook account, again? Thank you!
