I have acct ( *****@***.com) with recovery email (*****@***.com). My phone number was deleted from my account without an email or sms to alert me to this occurring.* I've tried everything, password changes til I can't remember them, tried emailing them to fb. But you have no service. * *****@***.com is under Brenner Holloman and phone number is *WAS ***-***-****! I CAN change my password but I can't get the code cuz my phone is gone. You send TWO emails to me, my recovery email is *****@***.com. But I also receive another email at *****@***.com.. Both have different codes for passwords reset but I think I should be only getting one message to the *****@***.com address.* I've gotten too many emails and sms that you QUIT on me. * The newest acct has MY phone number on it and Not my primary acct *****@***.com. * I HAVE two step verification on the account but your update has left out getting log in codes via email. * Google can back up my email address. But with my phone on another account, I cannot receive a sms! * I was hacked in April and when fb got hacked, it messed up my account and I may have been hacked. * I used to have (*****@***.com) on my account but it was changed and the recovery email address was (*****@***.com) which isn't right AND the phone number was the new one (***-***-****) but it was changed to my OLD phone number of ***-***-**** and I'd just started the account. I think I was hacked. Fb hasn't been working for me right ever since. If I tried to get a code, it was sent to the email address that I started the acct with! Not right and wasn't my recovery email. The phone number went from my new number (***-***-****) back to the old number, ***-***-****!* ** Notifications are not working right now on the (*****@***.com acct) I click on the notification ** and I can Read it and it will just go back to the blank page. I have to click back all the way out of fb to my home page then back to the fb and ** notification in order to read the NEXT comment. SO, I've been logging in with Chrome browser instead of fb app in order to check my notifications! Something is wrong with the app. And getting recovery emails on two addresses is not right. *****@***.com recovery should only be *****@***.com!...
