I've been going back and forth with Facebook to recover my account for the last * days. No directions sent to me by Facebook have worked. Below, I will explain what has occurred:***) I am sent the following message from Facebook: "You don't have any valid codes right now". ***) I request (and receive) a new code.***) I submit the code, but it still does not allow me to access my account.***) Facebook asks me to "Please enter your email or phone number to search for your account".***) I submit my information.***) Facebook asks "How do you want to get the code to reset your password"?***) I click to receive the code via email.***) Facebook directs me to "Please check your email for a message with your code. Your code is * numbers long"***) I go to my email and obtain the code.****) I enter the Reset Code.****) Facebook asks me to "Choose a new password".****) I choose a new password.****) I submit the new password.****) Facebook still does not grant me access to my account.****) I exercise the option to obtain a new * digit code via Code Generator.****) I obtain the code.****) I input the code, but still cannot access my account.****) I have followed every Facebook direction and repeated this process over ** times.****) I've even had codes texted to me, but they don't work either.****) No directions I've followed (from Facebook) have granted me access to my account. I keep going in never-ending circles.**One email I received from Facebook stated to utilize the "One Click" button to gain access to my account, but it just led me to the same directions I keep receiving that don't work.**Is there a way to speak with a live representative to work on the steps together to final resolve what the directions received have not been able to???**Please, advise.**Thank you.
