Got billed twice on a transfer to Donja Williams through facebook payments. tried to cancel one with your text and now my account is locked. I tried customer service and she sent me to nowhere land where i waited for ** minutes with no response. Transactions are **W******SV******J*AND **XJ*****D******L FOR $*** EACH. I only wanted to send $***. My wife did the transaction from her phone ***-***-**** and I was supposed to approve. I said yes to the first one and it said it had expired. You sent it through anyway. I did not look at my paypal acct until I got to work and sure enough you sent both of them through. We did another one because you said the first one had expired and here we are. There is no fraud going on here.
