Hi, **I am trying to recover my mom's first Facebook account. She now has two (Ileana Urlan), because she does not remember what phone number she used to create the account, nor the password. Since then, she changed her phone, and I've been trying to identify a way to see if there's any chance to recover the old account. The Facebook account I'm trying to recover for her is the one with her picture: one has water and the shadow of a palm tree as the profile picture, and the other one - the one I'm trying to recover - has pictures of her. The profile picture is a picture of her with someone's hand on her left (stage) shoulder. *Can you access and share with me the phone number used to create the account with her picture on it? Or can we update it with an e-mail address so we can reset and recover the account? **Thank you!
