Facebook doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. We set up a Home Health Page on Facebook. It is connected to our representative's page which is Dennise Wiercinski. He set up the business page for the company there. However, he was never able to edit the page or even put our website URL on it which is very strange. *You were supposed to bill us @ $* per day, that was the budget. After the second day we desperately attempted to cancel as there were no results at all. We asked, via the page, where the budget was set up several times to cancel and you went on to charge our credit card every couple of days no matter how many times we asked you to cancel. The fact that you do not have a human being to speak to at any of your published number is unbelievable. We receive an email today that you charged us $*** for the month of June, even though we cancelled it on ********. *If you do not reverse these charges, I am going to our bank and a chargeback will be generated as this is total fraud. Not having a person to speak to is how you get people and fill up your bank account.
