I am not sure why it is checked as being fixed.... I is not fixed yet. It is still asking for a picture of a person and we never loaded a picture of a person. We have only ever uploaded a profile picture of the church. We may just have to set up a google plus account and twitter to use for social media.

The issue in GetHuman-sojourns's own words
I setup a page call SoJourns Chapel for our church study group. All of sudden it signed me out asking for a picture of myself. I tried to send a picture of our pastor and it stated the picture was too small. So we tried to send the picture we used to set the page up and It wouldn't accept that picture. We only set this page up less then a week ago and are locked out. Our study group is starting Next saturday and we wanted to have our page up and going. Rick
GetHuman-sojourns did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
I am the pastor and just sent them a copy of my driver License. Even thought we have never sent them this iD before hopfully they accept this. Out of options.
