I got a new iphone. AT&T tried to help get FB on new phone with no success. Then I went to a shop that helps with electronics, no success there also. My daughter set me up on FB in **** with username and password. She doesn't remember what they were and neither do I. I have changed my email address since **** but I can't remember what it used to be. We (AT&T and the tech center)always request a password reset, but FB either does not send us a temporary code or they send it but it is hours after requested, I'm home, and I can't seem to do it myself. In the meantime, I got on FB and thought I was going to find my old account by putting in information, but not only can I not find my old account, which I still want, but I created a NEW account, which I never meant to do and do not want. I need alot of help.

AT&T could not fix it. I was there over *hours. Nothing. Technology store that AT&T recommended couldn’t fix it. I was there over * hours. I handed it to my brilliant son-In-law for * minutes, and HE FIXED IT!!! I recommend you find a brilliant son-in-law like mine!!!!
