I need help accessing my Facebook account as I got logged out and cannot use the 2-factor authentication since I am not logged into the app. I attempted to use the SMS code option, but my workplace lacks cell service. I've also sent a photo of my ID to Facebook but have had no response. I've been locked out of my account since 11:30 a.m. on 5/31/18, and I am with Straight Talk as a service provider but have a Verizon phone. It's my birthday today, and I really want to regain access to my account.

My primary Facebook contact is linked to my Hotmail account, which has been hijacked. The hacker changed the recovery information, making it impossible for me to access my Hotmail. Hello! I am the owner of a Facebook page called Romania Nefiltrata. I last posted on May 8th and have been receiving notifications to update my page ever since. Today, after a three-week break, I tried to post and realized I couldn't. It seemed like I was just a visitor on my page. My Facebook account has been temporarily blocked. While chatting yesterday, a pop-up kept appearing after each message, asking if I was a robot. I clicked "no" each time. It seemed to be resolved and disappeared. However, last night after chatting with friends, when I tried to send one more message, I received a notification stating I was temporarily blocked from performing that action. I'm eager to have this issue resolved so I can continue chatting with my wife and friends.

Hello, yesterday on June 1st, [redacted], at around 2:10 a.m., I saw an advertisement on Facebook selling a PS4 Pro console and game discs for NT$[redacted]. Being a gamer myself, I knew the PS4 shouldn't be priced that low, so I clicked on it to take a look and placed an order. I received a verification text message from (Online Shop) showing the name as "線上購." I decided to wait for the cash on delivery in 7 days to confirm if it's legitimate. However, on June 2nd, around 11 p.m., I saw another ad for a PS4 Pro at a special price of NT$[redacted]. Feeling suspicious about the price difference within a day, I clicked on it and found out that it was a similar ad with the price increased. I encountered issues with accessing the order information and cancellation, making me doubt the authenticity of the whole process. Despite this, I tried placing an order again, only to face cancellation due to unreasonable reasons. Frustrated by these events, I attempted multiple times to make a purchase but faced more obstacles. The lack of transparency and customer service contact made me question the credibility of the sellers and their practices. I hope to find a resolution soon. My Facebook account has been hacked from an IP address located in New York City, specifically IP ADDR 69.94.10.22. The hacker created a Messenger group and made changes to my account settings. Despite changing my password three times, the hacker has managed to lock me out of my account. I urgently request for the account with the username Lee to be deactivated to prevent further unauthorized access. I am deeply concerned about the misuse of my personal information. The hacker appears to be using Chrome on Windows. I am frustrated to lose almost a decade's worth of information and contacts despite following all recommended security measures. My account was compromised, so I updated my password and set up extra security measures with phone verification. Despite this, someone tried to access my account from an unfamiliar device this morning and changed my password. Now, I am unable to receive verification codes on my phone but only on an unknown email address that I do not recognize. I need to regain access to my account using my correct email and the new password I recently set.

For the past three days, I have been attempting to access my blocked account. I provided various documents like a parcel receipt, driving license, current bill, and bank details, yet the system claims it's insufficient. My name is Carol Smith, and it's crucial to prove my identity accurately. Despite sending multiple emails and following the process, the issue persists. My brother, Tony V., and I have been seeking help from Facebook for over six months due to his hacked account. Despite multiple reports from us, our friends, and other family members, no action has been taken. The hacker is deceiving people for money, leading to local law enforcement visiting my brother's home mistaking him for the culprit. He has lost everything related to his nine-year Facebook presence. I've been blocked from Facebook since Wednesday due to suspicious behavior. Despite providing my license, bills, passport, and bank statement, they say it's not enough. About a week ago, around May 18th, I received a message stating that my account was locked due to access from France, despite living in Southern California. While I got an email on May 23rd confirming my password reset, I still can't log in. I've tried all suggestions found online without success. I keep receiving notifications about login attempts from unfamiliar locations. Even when I confirm these attempts, I end up in a loop. The emails have been coming in different languages, first Spanish, now in French. During my attempts to access my account, I may have inadvertently triggered this issue, although I only speak English and did not intend to do so.

I need assistance with my Facebook sites. First, I discovered an account named Larner-Chien that hasn't been active since [redacted], which my secretary created without my knowledge. This account could jeopardize my real estate license since Larner-Chien is no longer in business. I urgently need it removed. Moving on, there are other unused accounts in my name that I wish to either utilize or delete. I have a business site meant for advertising under my firm name SP Larner, yet it links to Sheila Larner. I can only use splarner/crossborder comfortably. Lastly, I'm unable to access my most active page, www.facebook.com/saullarner, which I wish to edit. I've listed email addresses [redacted] and [redacted], with passwords GOTOGMAIL for verification. If I'm limited to one active site, saul.larner should be retained for advertising purposes. My previous managers handled these accounts, and I urgently need Larner-Chien removed.
