I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account because I no longer have access to the phone number linked to it. I forgot my password and cannot recover it without the phone. I reached out to Facebook and my email provider, Google, for assistance, but they were unable to help. Google mentioned checking for a phone number linked to the account, but since I no longer have that phone, they couldn't assist me further. Currently, I can only access Facebook on a tablet but when I tried to change the password, it asked for the old password which I don't remember.

I am experiencing an issue with Facebook prompting me to secure my account by sending a six-digit code via text message to my cell phone. However, I have not received the code, and when I attempt to request a resend, I receive a message warning me about potential misuse of the feature. This has been ongoing for almost a week now. Despite reaching out to their customer service via other users' accounts, I have not received any assistance through calls or emails. This is concerning as I have relied on my Facebook account for many years and am currently unable to access it.

My Facebook session on the app expired, leading me to attempt to log back in unsuccessfully. I then proceeded to click the "Forgot password" button and was prompted to input my phone number or email address. Since I no longer have access to my phone number, I attempted to search for my account using my email address [redacted] Unfortunately, no matches were found, so the system suggested searching by name. After typing in my name "Luke Bramer," I located my profile picture three profiles down and selected it. I was then prompted to choose a confirmation method either via SMS or email, leaning towards email. However, the email address displayed under my profile picture was not mine but something like f*****************[redacted] This is not associated with [redacted] I desire to regain control of my account under my email address for security. If that isn't possible, I request the hacked account be permanently deleted to prevent any misuse.

My daughter, Alexis Peterson, informed you about her hacked account by donovan_2630_darwin, with no action taken. The hacker gained unauthorized access without verification via email. Instagram's oversight enabled the intruder to use her account, photos, and personal data. Despite being alerted by her followers, you blocked them instead of halting the hacker. Your current approach is deleting reports of hacking, concealing the hacker's actions. I will pursue legal action against Instagram for the emotional distress caused to my daughter, permitting misuse of her profile. Your inadequate support and response have allowed these crimes to persist unchecked. Dr. Vicki Peterson

I encountered an issue with my Facebook session on the app expiring. Upon trying to log back in by clicking "Forgot password," I was asked to enter my phone number or email address. Since I no longer have access to my phone number, I attempted to find my account by email. Despite typing in [redacted], I received no matches, and was then prompted to search by name. After selecting my profile picture, I was given the option to receive confirmation via SMS or email. While I was leaning towards email, I noticed the displayed email was different from mine - f*****************[redacted] It is crucial that my account is returned to my email address, [redacted], and secured. If retrieving it is not possible, I request for the hacked account to be deleted to prevent misuse.

Hello, My name is Derek Warden. I hope you had a good weekend. I had a Facebook account named "Derek Warden" for years. I recently upgraded to a new PC capable of handling better graphics on FB but had trouble resetting the password on both old and new machines. Consequently, I created a new "Derek Warden" account to play games online. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of both accounts and have been unable to regain access after multiple attempts. Is there any way to recover my original account with friends and contacts despite not having access to the old associated hotmail.com email account? I initially created the new "Derek Warden" account using [redacted] I would appreciate your help. Thank you for your time and assistance. Sincerely, Derek Warden

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account due to the security measure requiring an SMS code, which is sent to my old phone number [[redacted]]. I have a new phone number, [redacted], and need it updated in my account. I also request to either update the phone number or remove the security measure so I can log in and make the necessary changes. My name is Vanessa Castilllo, born on 03-15-[redacted], and I am from Chicago, Illinois. This is my first time seeking help on this platform, but I have contacted Facebook support four times in total regarding this issue. I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my original Facebook account due to having created two accounts to hide my different religion from my family. I have only linked my email to the original account and have tried sending a government ID picture and a handwritten code, but still cannot log in. Despite entering the correct password and providing screenshots, I continue to face issues with the login section. The codes I receive do not seem to work, and I am unable to reach Facebook for assistance. I am frustrated as I want to retrieve important photos and memories from that account before deleting it. Can someone please offer guidance on how to regain access to my account? It is crucial for me to retrieve the contents of that account.

I received a message from someone claiming to be a representative of Facebook, along with their boss, Facebook's CEO, stating that I won $[redacted],[redacted] in an international sweepstakes. They asked me to delete my phone number from my profile and provided me with a photo of Mark Zuckerberg's staff identification. I shared my personal information, including my address, and was assured there were no issues and that I would receive a check in the mail. However, in the last few days, they requested that I use Western Union to send money to an address in the UK under the name Bill Laird. I am highly suspicious that this might be a scam and would like to know if it's legitimate. I can provide all the details, including the names of the contacts and the messages exchanged, as well as photos of the ID provided. The person who contacted me on Facebook Messenger goes by the name Arris Clark and has an area code of [redacted]. Thank you for your help! Sincerely, G.A.

My Facebook account has been compromised by my ex-husband, Steven George Torres. He has taken control of my accounts and changed all my personal information to his. I discovered this when accessing my accounts on his phone, where I saw the changes he made. Despite my requests, he refuses to return the accounts. Is there a way to recover my Facebook accounts and have him banned from the platform? The emails and phone numbers associated with my accounts are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. Thank you, Pada Vang Torres from Clovis, CA.

I accidentally shared something while half asleep that I didn't remember posting. It got reported, which was okay because I wouldn't have shared it if I was fully awake. I forgot about it, reported it myself, and then realized later that I had shared it by mistake. The app prompted me to change my password, but it kept saying my old password was incorrect and wouldn't let me change it. The codes I received via text to reset it were also not working. Now, it's telling me I've used too many codes, even though that's not true. I'm now locked out of my Facebook account, and it's saying my account doesn't exist. I just wanted to change my password, and now I need help. Thank you.

I lost access to my previous phone number that was linked to my Facebook account four months ago. Today, I decided to update my account with my new number, [redacted], while changing my password. Facebook sent me a verification code ([redacted]) at 07:19. Unfortunately, I made a mistake while entering the code, and Facebook denied me access. They then requested me to answer some security questions, which I managed to do successfully. However, the next question asked for a code to be sent to my old number, [redacted], which I no longer have access to. These were the only questions asked. I am unable to retrieve the code from my old number. I am in need of assistance as I know my username and password. Can you please help me?

Hello. I work in the lending and real estate industry. Recently, when I tried to post a Facebook listing Ad and boost it, my account got blocked due to unusual activity. Facebook requested a photo from me, and I mistakenly uploaded a regular photo of myself without any ID information. Now my account is inaccessible, and I need assistance in restoring it. I had hired someone to create and launch the ad to promote my business, and I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this. The URL for the ad is fb.me/besthomesforsaleorangecounty. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I forgot to change the phone number on my account after losing my original one. I used a new number but didn't update it because I could still login with my password. Today, after changing my password, I decided to update my phone number. When I tried to enter the verification code sent to my new number ([redacted]), I accidentally entered it wrong, and Facebook locked me out for security reasons. They asked me to confirm my identity by naming a few friends and verifying my new phone number. When I tried to update my number to ([redacted]), it wasn't allowed, and I was advised to try on another device. Since I don't know what that means, I tried another verification method involving contacting friends. I'm feeling frustrated after spending the whole day on this and running out of data. I am confused and seeking assistance as I feel helpless dealing with this situation.

I am feeling very frustrated because I have been attempting to regain access to my account for five days now. Despite reaching out multiple times for assistance, I have not been able to receive the email reset from the email address on file. Even after changing the email through the trusted friends option, I did not receive any emails. Now, after finally receiving the confirmation email for my new email address, the system keeps reverting back to the old email. I have tried everything to resolve this issue, but I keep going around in circles. Please provide clear guidance on what steps I need to take next. I can access all the emails involved, but I am struggling to make any progress. The account is under the name Lori Patton-Xavier, and the phone number associated with it is [redacted]. The old email it reverts to is [redacted], while the new email should be [redacted]

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the name Dewey Beardsley, linked to the email [redacted] After my recent release from jail in mid-May, I've been unable to log in as it says the account doesn't exist, despite using it since its creation in August or September of [redacted] until my arrest on April 2nd. To keep some friends and family updated, I've made a new account under the same name connected to my new email [redacted] However, I really need help recovering my original account since it holds many of my contacts. My original email [redacted] isn't letting me sign in, hence the new one. Any assistance in recovering my original Facebook account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dewey Beardsley

I shared a medical photo that was reposted by over 25 people, but it was from 4 years ago. Unfortunately, I've experienced two deaths in my family within 5 weeks, and Facebook is crucial for me to connect with loved ones. I feel my civil rights are being violated as I haven't received a response despite answering your questions. I will escalate this matter to the NAACP and other relevant organizations as it feels unfair not to receive a reply. Moreover, I've adjusted my settings for people tagging me, requiring approval. This is my tenth email without any response, and I sense discrimination based on the color of my skin or where I come from. Blocking me without warning instead of just removing the photo is unjust. I want to emphasize that I do not post inappropriate content. My father, a pastor, is my Facebook friend, further highlighting the importance of this platform to reach out to my family members in other states. The lack of response is concerning, especially considering my account's security.

I need assistance with my disabled Facebook account. I urgently require access to it. My account was disabled due to a post on the marketplace where I was selling some purses, including a designer replica clearly mentioned in the description. I believe this led to my account being disabled. I struggle to comprehend how Facebook can permanently ban someone without clear justification. I am not a malicious individual but a single mother striving to earn extra income by selling items. I would never knowingly breach any rules. I implore someone to assist me in recovering access to my Facebook page. Thank you.

On May 31st, at 1:30 pm, Casey Rosquete posted photos and videos of my underage sons in their swimsuits on Facebook without permissions. The post is labeled as a PSA, but it contains fake information and should be taken down. My sons have been attending KSR Ultimate Martial Arts Summer Camp and After School program for years and have always been treated well. We strongly support KSR and their disciplinary methods. My boys can be a handful, but KSR effectively manages them by making them sit down when they misbehave, and they respond positively. As their mother, I request the immediate removal of the post. - Salena Wooten

My name is Anthony C. I own and operate an after-school and summer camp program in Port Orange, FL. On May 31 at 1:30 pm, Casey R. posted photos and videos of myself, my coach, and the underage children in my after-school program enjoying 30 minutes of cool down time at the local splash park. She did this without my knowledge or consent, creating a story with lies and exaggerations to accompany the photos. These images feature underage children, shared on Facebook without parental permission. This content should be taken down immediately to protect the children's privacy.
