I sold an item to someone. They paid me and when I sent the request for the money ($***) the payment method listed underneath the dollar amount I entered was a debit card, which I updated to a new one. On that same screen it has * buttons, one to send the money and one to request so one would ***ume whatever is listed on that dialogue box is the source or destination for the funds...Wrong! I had an old PayPal account that was set as the default and it is an account I do not have access to anymore it is an old outdated account. So the customer is out $***, I still have to ****p the item out to him so I am taking an almost $*** loss because facebook will not reverse the transaction and paypal wouldn't help me either.**I opened several support tickets with facebook and even after clearly stating that paypal was of NO help that I should contact paypal....**When money is sent or received via messenger there should be something telling you where the funds are going to goto.
I trust that Facebook will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
